Abstract

The location of the watershed that becomes the subject of study is the Way Ketibung watershed, which the part of Sekampung watershed and administratively located in South Lampung district. The objective of the study is to analyze and predict water utilization for current condition and for the needs in the year 2019 and 2024 in Way Ketibung watershed South Lampung district. In this study, water utilization that’s being analyzed is water use in irrigation and domestic Water use will be compared with water availability in Way Ketibung watershed. Water discharge analy- sis is used FJ. Mock method. The result from the analysis shown that Way Ketibung watershed has an average water discharge 4,228 m3/second. The water discharge of Way Ketibung watershed capable to fulfill water use in irrigation, which on average for 2,1773 m3/s and also fulfill domes- tic water use until the year 2024 which the population being projected 144.496.

Abstract

The train is a means of transportation favored by the community because the train is one of the modes of transportation that has special characteristics and advantages. Along with the development of infrastructure development in Lampung Province and South Sumatra Province, the planning and design of a building must be done carefully and well, one of them is by building a double track between Giham - Martapura, South Sumatra because the application of one track has many obstacles. It is hoped that the addition of the double track can make the train schedule more timely and can improve the quality of the trip. Based on the results of the Atterberg boundary test the soil originating from the undisturbed soil sample of the Giham-Martapura railroad gets an PI value <LL-30 (26.51% <27.95%), then the land based on the AASHTO system is classified into A -7-5 that is clay soil and as subgrade material has normal to poor evaluation. Abstract

In an effort to meet the needs of drinking water for the community, the city government of Bandar Lampung pioneered the development of a Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM), the authors reviewed the analysis of investment in the construction of the Bandar Lampung City SPAM project. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of a SPAM development project assessed from financial parameters. In this study, the feasibility of the economic aspect was carried out by reviewing the following assessment parameters, namely Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PP). The data used are detailed data on SPAM cost budget, SPAM working drawings and water consumption levels, as well as data from BI in the form of interest rates and inflation rates. From the analysis, it can be concluded that the inflation rate in Indonesia is based on a projection for 25 years, namely between 4% -10% per year, the BI rate based on projections in 2018-2057 ranges from 6% -12% per year, the total investment in SPAM development is Rp. .750,000,000,000.00, from the existing scenario it is concluded that the Bandar Lampung SPAM development project is not financially feasible. However, SPAM development is economically feasible because it increases water availability and the coverage of existing services and also expands regional development in the city of Bandar Lampung.Keywords: analiysis, SPAM, scenario

Abstract

Proyek pembangunan jalan tol tidak pernah lepas dari berbagai masalah baik teknis maupunmasalah non teknis. Masalah ini disebabkan berbagai macam faktor yang dianggap sebagai risikoproyek konstruksi. Risiko-risiko tersebut akan sangat mempengaruhi kinerja proyek danmengakibatkan kerugian baik dalam hal biaya, mutu, dan waktu, yang menentukan keberhasilansebuah proyek. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi danmenganalisis risiko yang mungkin terjadi pada studi kasus proyek secara kualitatif yangdikuantitatifkan menggunakan metode Soft System Methodology (SSM) pada studi kasus ProyekPembangunan Jalan Tol Trans Sumatera Bakauheni-Terbanggi Besar seksi II Sidomulyo –Kotabaru (Sta. 39+400 – Sta. 80+000). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknikpurpose sampling untuk mengumpulkan data dari enam responden. Metode analisis data yangdigunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Uji Risiko Probabilitas, Uji Risiko Konsekuensi, dan SoftSystem Methodology (SSM). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa risiko kendala pada pembebasan lahanmerupakan risiko yang paling ekstrim yang menghambat kelancaran pada proyek Jalan Tol TransSumatera Bakauheni-Terbanggi Besar.

Abstract

The Way Sekampung Dam construction project is one of the major projects in the province of Lampung. There are several risk involved in the construction of the project. According to Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), the risks contain in a project can be controlled through risk management. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the highest risks in the Way Sekampung Dam package 2 construction project. The data was gathered through a questionnaire that was developed based on previous similar studies. The respondents was recruited based on a purposive sampling method. Based on Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method, it can be concluded three highest occupational risk, namely concrete work in diversion building, tunnel excavation and dewatering work. Subsequently, a fishbone analysis was carried out to determine the basic risk factors. After that a Domino method was utilized to find out the response and efforts to handle those risk.

Abstract

There are possible problems arise during construction of project that can cause delays. Delays can cause losses in the form of fines, overhead costs, additional salaries and rental tools and other. To overcome the problems, there are some ways to achieve project completion in due time. The purpose of this study was to analyze the acceleration of the project duration by utilizing crashing method and its impact on project cost. The object of the case study was the construction of Lampung Regional Police Headquarter. The scenario utilized was increased the number of workers by 35% and the added working hours by four hours. The results show by increasing the number of workers across eleven project activities, the project duration was crashed to 252 days or two days earlier than the scheduled time and the project cost was decrease to Rp. 23,964,647,646.00 or 0.908% lower than the scheduled cost. The results also show by adding four more working hours across ten project activities, the project duration was crashed to 253 days or one day earlier than the scheduled time and the project cost was decreased to Rp. 23,995,417,215.00 or 0.781% lower than the scheduled budget. Keywords: Project Acceleration, Crashing method, increase of the number of workers, the addition of working hours

Abstract

Landslide is a natural disaster that often occurs in Lampung Province, particularly in WestLampung regency. The sliding occurs due to an increase in soil pore water stress in the rainyseason. Based on the research on the slopes, there is a safety factor value that can be used as areference for the degree of slope stability. One method to analyze the value of slope safety factoris by using the Geostudio Slope / W 2007 program.In this study, some cross sections of slope were simulated with 4 different water table conditions.The required soil properties index are: cohesion, c; natural angle of repose, φ; and unit weight ofdensity, γ .The analysis result shows that slope transversal cut shape have influence on slope stability. Theanalysis results on slopes with saturated conditions have a safety factor value of <1.25 and areclassified on unsafe slopes. In the unsaturated condition the whole simulation is classified as astable slope with a safety factor value> 1.25. Based on the analysis result, it can be inferred thatthe slope has insecured status. Thus, it is suggested to conduct such actions in order to preventlandslide.Key words : soil, slope stability, safety factor, geostudio slope/w.

Abstract

Investor yang berinvestasi dalam suatu proyek pasti berharap agar mendapat keuntungan dari investasinya.  Oleh karena itu, sebelum memulai suatu investasi, hendaknya dilakukan suatu studi kelayakan untuk menilai apakah investasi yang akan ditanamkan layak atau tidak. Dalam penelitian ini, kelayakan investasi hotel hanya ditinjau berdasarkan aspek ekonomi teknik.  Parameter yang digunakan untuk meninjau investasi yaitu menggunakan metode Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit to Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP) dan Break Even Point (BEP). Analisis kelayakan proyek ini dibuat dalam 8 (delapan) buah skenario. Setiap skenario memiliki variasi pada tingkat inflasi, faktor kekosongan kamar dan sumber dana.  Hasil analisis kelayakan investasi yang paling menguntungkan adalah skenario pertama, yang mengasumsikan sumber dana investasi berasal dari modal sendiri dengan faktor kekosongan kamar sebesar 25%, tingkat inflasi 10%, tingkat suku bunga 7,5% per tahun dan rate of return sebesar 10%.  Sementara itu, skenario lainnya menunjukkan bahwa setiap skenario tersebut tidak dapat memenuhi satu parameter atau lebih.  Kata kunci : Studi kelayakan, Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), Break Even Point (BEP).

Abstract

Sistem manajemen mutu merupakan uraian proses kerja yang harus dilaksanakan secara berurutan, konsisten, dan sesuai dengan prosedur serta tata kerja yang berlaku, untuk menerapkannya dibutuhkan standar pengendalian dan penjaminan mutu secara umum. Standar sistem manajemen mutu secara umum adalah ISO 9001 yang diakui internasional dan bersifat global untuk berbagai bidang usaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 PT. Nindya Karya (Persero) pada proyek Constructing of Nine (9) New Buildings and Supporting Infrastructures of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang dan menyelidiki kendala-kendala yang terjadi dalam penerapan sistem manjemen mutu. Data sekunder yang digunakan adalah berupa dokumen kualitas yang terdiri dari beberapa level dokumen, sedangkan data primernya berupa kuesioner. Pertanyaan kuesioner mengacu kepada 7 klausul ISO 9001:2015, yaitu konteks organisasi, kepemimpinan, perencanaan, pendukung, operasi, evaluasi kinerja, dan peningkatan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa PT Nindya Karya (Persero) layak untuk mendapat sertifikat ISO 9001:2015 dengan tingkat implementasi sebesar 75,18%. Kendala yang dialami dalam pelaksanaan proyek terdapat pada klausul kepemimpinan, perencanaan, dan peningkatan.

Abstract

Double track railway construction area railroad crossing many hills and rivers makes the railroad body located between the slopes of the hill. Around the area, disasters that often occur are landslides caused by increased pore water pressure on the slope resulting a decrease in the shear strength of the soil (c) and the deep shear angle (φ). Therefore in planning the handling of cliffs of railroad tracks it is necessary to analyze the stability of slopes or cliffs so as not to endanger the surrounding environment, especially in railroad transportation. The purpose of the research are: (1) To know the cross section of the safest slope by considering the slope angle, (2) To Find the value of the safe factor for shear and rolling on the slope by using software analysis, (3) To know type of slope safety in accordance with slope conditions. The location of this research was conducted in the Martapura-Giham area which is the location of the construction of double track railroad, Waykanan Regency, Lampung. The method used in the analysis of slope stability is Geostudio Slope/W Analysis by making 3 cross-section slope designs which are then analyzed further. The results of the analysis found that the slope conditions before handling obtained the number of safe factors with ordinary, bishop, and morgenstern methods, respectively 0.730; 0.911; and 0.950. While after handling with sheetpile construction, it was obtained the number of safe factors with ordinary, bishop, and morgenstern methods in a row that is 2,945; 3,633; and No Solution. It can be concluded that the slope condition after handling shows increase in the value of the safe factor by 500%. Keywords: Geostudio Slope/W Analysis, Double track railroad, Cliffs and slope stability.
