<![CDATA[Penyidikan terhadap pelaku dan penanganan korban adalah bagian dari sistem peradilan terhadap tindak Pidana KDRT. Sistem peradilan pidana dan praktik penegakkan hukum dapat berjalan secara professional, konsisten dan dapatdipertanggungjawabkan antara lain jika ada perlindungan terhadap korban, pelapor, saksi pelapor, dan saksi pelaku yang bekerjasama. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Penyidikan Tindak pidana Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga didasarkan pada Undang-undang Nomor 23 tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga sebagai hukum materil dan Undang-undang Nomor 08 tahun 1981 tentang KUHAP sebagai hukum formil kecuali tentang alat bukti yang diatur khusus yaitu cukup dengan keterangan korban dan satu alat bukti lain maka berkas perkara tersebut sudah dapat diajukan kepada Jaksa Penuntut Umum kemudian diajukan untuk diperiksa di sidang pengadilan.Kata Kunci: Hak Asasi Manusia, Perempuan, Korban, Penyidikan, Pidana]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang (1) Bagaimana Pengaturan Hak Asasi Manusia dalam peraturan perundang-undangan Indonesia dan (2) Bagaimanakah Bentuk Perlindungan dan Penerapan Hak Asasi Manusia dalam Sistem Peradilan Pidana Menurut Undang Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1981. Untuk menjawab permasalahan ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian normatif; kajian komprehensif analitis terhadap bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Landasan pengaturan Hak Asasi Manusia telah dirumuskan dalam Kitab Udang Undang Hukum Acara Pidana. Undang Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1981 telah menghadirkan pembaharuan-pembaharuan dalam mengatur HAM sebagaimana diatur dalam pasal-pasal atas hak-hak tersangka/terdakwa dan mengatur juga Asas-asas yang menopang Hak Asasi Manusia seperti Asas Praduga Tak Bersalah, dan juga mengisyaratkan suatu asas hukum yang sangat fundamental yaitu asas Persamaan Kedudukan Dalam Hukum atau dikenal dengan istilah Equality Before the Law. Secara teoritis sejak tahap penyidikan, penuntutan serta pemeriksaan di depan sidang pengadilan, telah menjamin dan memberikan perlindungan Hak Asasi Manusia, Penerapan Hak Asasi Manusia dalam Sistem Peradilan Pidana secara umum sudah dilaksanakan pada proses penyidikan, penuntutan dan pemeriksaan di depan sidang pengadilan. Namun masih saja terdapat pelanggaran-pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh oknum-oknum aparat Penegak hukum yang bersifat personal.Kata Kunci : Pengaturan Penerapan HAM, Peraturan Perundangan, Sistem Peradilan Pidana.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of demand for red chili (annum L capsicum) on farmer group income. The basis of the research was carried out by fluctuations in the price of red chili caused by the large number of offers and the large number of requests. This research was conducted in Labuhanbatu District, in Wonosari Neighborhood, Aek Paing Village, North Rantau District, Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatera Province. The number of samples used was 30 respondents as users of red chili. The results of this study by conducting data testing using SPSS 20.0 can be concluded that from the calculation of regression which states that the income of farmers group of chili heavily very influential on consumer demand in the village of Aek Paing, so that existing chili farmers can increase the production capacity of chili which is good to meet the needs of the community in the village of Aek Paing. This shows a very strong and positive degree because the value is in the number 0.9 close to 1 this means very strong influence the demand for the farmer group's income. Where as with the value of R square of 0.988, this means that the effect of variables X1- X3 simultaneously (simultaneously) to variable Y of 98.8%. The income variable of farmers in the Wonosari neighborhood of Aek Paing Sub-district of Labuhanbatu Regency is influenced by the demand varieties of red chilli, while the remaining 1.02 percent is influenced by other variables outside the model.]]>

<![CDATA[Banking Industry the improvement of Indonesia cause increasing of competition level between bank, so the appraisal of bank’s efficiency becomes more important, because the efficiency is the describes the performance of the company work. The method used to measure bank efficiency in this paper is Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), a technic linear programming that calculating output ratio to input of each DMU. DMU is called efficient if the efficiency value is one, if the value is less than one it means DMU not efficient. DEA is also ready to give solution for other banks on sample which was not efficient to be more efficient. Bank’s efficiency which is valuated in this paper are national commercial banks in Indonesia and foreign banks. The determination of input and output of bank based on bank behavior theory was using intermediation approach. The used optimization method in this paper to increase bank efficiency  of inefficiency bank is optimization of input oriented method.]]>

<![CDATA[ Abstract This study aims to obtain data and information about the principal?s leadership and work climate to do with the competency of teachers. This study uses a quantitative approach to the descriptive format of the survey. The study population consists of 92 people who are teachers, civil servants, minimal education DIV or S1 with a minimum of three years teaching experience drawn from four State High Schools in Sintang Regency. The population will then be sampled 75 respondents who later conclusions of this study will apply to the population. This study used a questionnaire as data collection techniques. Furthermore, based on the data analysis result in (1) 84.36% the principal?s leadership of all State High Schools in Sintang Regency included in the category of effective to very effective. (2) 83.58% the work climate of all State High Schools in Sintang Regency are included in the category is conducive to very favorable. (3) 83.10% the teacher?s competency of all State High Schools in Sintang Regency included in the category of good to very good. Keywords: Leadership, Work Climate, Teacher?s Competency]]>

<![CDATA[The making of this android based ID card application aims to: 1) Provide convenience for the community in filling in the form of ID card without having to come to the office requesting form because it can be filled wherever they are using a smartphone; 2) Accelerate the process of service and making ID cards. The method used waterfall and programming used in the writing of this Final Project is based on android programming using mysql database for php script creation. In this application required internet or wifi facility of a mobile phone, which where the application can run if the application has been installed connected on the mobile phone in a network. From the discussion on the form of ID based on android can be concluded that: 1) With the application of this android ID based form, the process of inputting population data can be done quickly and efficiency without having to go to the office to fill out the ID; 2) With the application of this android ID based form, the service and making ID card (identity card) can be easier and faster; 3) Processing of population data on the application of this android ID based ID will facilitate the work process so as to improve the performance of the institution later; 4) Have built an Android based ID application form designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and implemented using Eclipse for Android Application using PHP and MySQL programming language and for its database online in one network]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of 4p's marketing mix on purchasing decisions and satisfaction and its impact on repurchase interest and customer loyalty in the case study of Wardom Pak Ato's Culinary UKM. The population in this study are consumers who buy at Warung Indomie Pak Ato located in Ujuang Bandar, Kec. Rantau Selatan. This research used a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a total sample of 100 respondents. Sampling in this study using accidental sampling (Accidental Sampling) which is part of sampling non-probability (Non-Probability Sampling). The feasibility test of the research instrument as well as descriptive analysis of the characteristics of the respondents used version 22 of the softwareSPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science). Data collection in this study was conducted through a survey approach with quantitative descriptive research type by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents, while the population used in this study were visitors to Suzuya Mall at PT. Happy Kiddy Indonesia Rantauprapat. Data analysis tools used in this study used SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). <![CDATA[UMKM is a form of business that has an import rple in contributing income and helping to increase the regional economy. This study aims to explain the factors that influence innovation and business performance, namely customer orientation, competitor orientation, technology orientation, and knowledge management. In determining the sample of this study using using Non-Probability analysis method with saturation sampling technique, that the method of sampling by including all members as the research sample. So the respondents who have been determined are all members who have joined the Labuhanbatu UMKM House. As well as using the slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, so that the study sample amounted to 142 respondents. To analyze it using a path analysis tool assitessted by the SPSS and AMOS applications. The results of this study have seven influences were customer orrientation towards innovation and customer orrientation towards business performance. So it can be concluded that this study shows the role of strategic orientation which is required to increasingly innovate in improving business performance.]]>
