Abstract

The Data obtained at Panca Jaya of Mesuji Regency on January-June of 2016, out of 430 women of childbearing  age who did pap smear and IVA, as many 2 people (0,46%) was detected of having cervical cancer stage 1b, 57 people (13,4%) experiencing pre-cervical cancer lesions which were marked by inflammation, vaginal discharge, redness in the cervix, there was a lump in the cervix and the rest with the normal condition. This study was to be known the influence of cervix cancer socialization toward the motivation of women’s participation in doing Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid (IVA). This research was quantitative research, with Quasi-Experiment research. The population in this research was the women who were at working area of Adi Luhur Community Health Centre, Pancajaya sub-District of Mesuji Regency, on January of 2017 as many 2361 people. Total samples were 96 respondents. Sample taking was proportional random sampling method. Data were collected using questionnaire. The research was done on the date of Mei 1st-20th July 2017. The data was analyzed by univariate (mean) and bivariate (t-test). The result showed that the average score of motivation before the socialization was 42,79 with deviation standard of 7,367. The average score of motivation after the socialization was 62,00 with deviation standard of 6,059. There was the influence of socialization about cervix cancer with the motivation of participating on examination of IVA on women to do Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid (IVA) (t-test> t-table 21,125>1.714, p-value<0,05). It was suggested that Community Health Centre to improve the skill for the staff in the field about socialization technique, also give the facility for sufficient socialization so that they can improve the motivation for the women.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui respon peternak terhadap pencegahan dan pengobatan penyakit cacing gilig pada ternak kambing dan  mengetahui faktor ? faktor yang mempengaruhi respon peternak terhadap pencegahan dan pengobatan penyakit cacing gilig. Alat dan bahan yang digunakan yaitu alat tulis, kuisioner, folder, EK, obat cacing dan tablet vitamin B komplek.Responden berjumlah 30 orang. Data di ambil dari pra test dan post test dengan cara melakukan wawancara langsung mengenai pencegahan dan pengobatan penyakit cacing gilig dengan alat bantu kuisioner. Berdasarkan analisis regresi didapatkan persamaan linear berganda sebagai berikut : Y = 28.946 + 5.084X1 ? 0,215X2 + 0,171X3+ 0,548X4 + e Dari model regresi diatas dapat di artikan bahwa setiap peningkatan nilai X1 (pendidikan) sebesar 1% akan menambah respon sebesar 5.084, setiap peningkatan nilai X2 (umur) sebesar 1% akan mengurangi respon sebesar 0,215, setiap peningkatan nilai X3 (pengalaman beternak) sebesar 1% akan menambah nilai respon sebesar 0,171, dan setiap peningkatan nilai X4 (jumlah kepemilikan ternak) sebesar 1% akan menambah nilai respon sebesar 0,548.Hasil uji statistik secara keseluruhan menunjukan bahwa faktor pendidikan, umur, pengalaman beternak dan jumlah kepemilikan ternak secara bersama ? sama berpengaruh sangat nyata atau sangat signifikan terhadap respon peternak terhadap pencegahan dan pengobatan penyakit cacing gilig pada ternak kambing.Kajian ini disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan aspek pengetahuan sebesar 14,87   dengan EP  82,6%  dan EPP 77,36% , aspek sikap sebesar 10,47 dengan EP 90,88% dan EPP 82,12% serta aspek keterampilan sebesar 5,1 dengan EP 86,6% dan EPP 79,19% dan peningkatan nilai respon dari aspek pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan sebesar 30,39% yaitu dari respon rendah menjadi respon tinggi terhadap pencegahan dan pengobatan penyakit cacing gilig pada ternak kambing. Pendidikan merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh sangat signifikan 0,001 ? (P ? 0,01) terhadap tingkat respon peternak (5,084).

Abstract

The majority of an immune system infected by HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) is CD4+ T cells. The HIV-1 transmission through cell to cell of CD4+ T cells supports the productive infection. On the other hand, infected CD4+ T cells stimulate cytotoxic T-lymphocytes cells to control HIV-1 infection. We develop and analyze a mathematical model incorporating the infection process through cell to cell contact of CD4+ T cells, CTL compartment and the combination of RTI and PI treatments. By means of the alternative reproduction ratio, it is analyzed the stability criteria and the existence of endemic equilibrium. Numerical simulations are presented to study the implication of the combination of RTI and PI therapy. The results indicate that RTI drug shows more significant effect in reducing HIV-1 infection compared to PI drug.

Abstract

Multiple decrement model in life insurance is a decrement model where the decrement of amount participants of insurance do not only because of just one cause of decrement but because of two or more causes of decrement, so that can provide various benefit in one policy of insurance program. In this paper, using two causes of decrement, that is disability and death. In construction of a multiple-decrement table, can be associated from the tables of single-decrement which have known. The number of premium payments for life insurance depends on what kind of insurance program that have been taken. A life insurance, the number of premium depends on of age, even though on  term insurance, except age is policy time period.   Keywords: Insurance, Multiple Decrement Model

Abstract

 A predator-prey model with infected prey is an interaction between a predator and a prey population with infected prey. This model is a result of the predator-prey model with logistic growth in the prey population which is combined with Susceptible-Infected-Susceptible (SIS) model in the prey. The equations in this model are non linear differential equation with three dependent variables. In this system, is size of prey population at time , is the fraction of the prey that are infectious at time and is size of predator population at time . It is assumed that infected prey are vulnerable than by a factor . Stability analysis system is done to all five equilibriain this linearized. Each of stability in those equilibria points is based on theeigen values.

Abstract

 Inventory represents the amount of reserved raw material to meet demand of consumers in certain period. If the demand is uncertain, the stock cuold be insufficient or becaming excessive. Therefore, it is required to device an optimal inventory rule which concerning all posible factors. In this paper, a probability inventory model with constraint will be applied on a case of back order policy. The constrains considered are budget constraint and storage capacity constraint. Lagrange Multipliers method with Kuhn-Tucker condition will be used to solve the model. Using this model, the company can determine the order quantity (Q), reorder point (r) and safety stock (Ss) at the optimal point by accomodating purchasing budget and storage capacities of existing raw material. The result of comparison study between this model with the inventory policy by company shows that this model is able to gives an optimal solution. So applying the model, the company is able to save inventory cost 2,42 % every year with consideration storage area capacities.

Abstract

Health insurance is a guarantee to minimize financial loss from sickness. Group health insurance spital care is health insurance. Health insurance used for Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) and retering PNS and TNI/Polri and also their family that called ASKES service insurance. Computation hospital health insurance premiums affected by age and sex, also use Daily Hospital Benefit table for group health insurance, while ASKES service premiums based on class and work time and the computation and fixed by Departemen Keuangan Republik Indonesia. To difference between group health insurance premiums with ASKES service premiums for hospital care is grat 1:7.

Abstract

Program linier yang mensyaratkan nilai variabelnya terbatas, maka fungsi tujuannya sanagat bergantung pada nilai variabel tersebut. Fungsi tujuan optimal mensyaratkan nilai variabel memenuhi batas-batasnya. Untuk menyelesaikan program linier ini, metode simpleks dimodifikasi sedemikian hingga didapatkan solusi optimal yang kemudian dikenal sebagai “metode simpleks primal menggunakan working basis”. Pencarian solusi basis fisibel dilakukan jika tiga kriteria optimalitas terpenuhi yaitu koefisien fungsi tujuan bernilai negatif variabelnya akan bernilai sama dengan batas atasnya, bernilai positif variabelnya akan bernilai sama dengan nol dan untuk variabel tanpa batas atas koefisien fungsi tujuannya non negatif.

Abstract

. Three species food chain models are model that express the interaction of three populations of prey, first predator and second predator populations. The models are derived from a combination of logistic growth model between prey population and predator population. Model that is used is a Holling type II functional response. The model consists of non linear differential equations with three dependent variables, there are  representing size of prey population at time ,  is size of  first predator population at time , and  is size of second predator population at time . From the result of stability analysis conducted on the food chain model of three species are found six equilibrium points based on the value eigen, and six cases of different stability.

Abstract

As guarantee in a life insurance is which caused by death. The death results loss of income of someone or the family. With the result that, a life insurance provides a payment of specified amount upon the death of a given life. There are two systems in this payment, that the insurance payable at the moment of death (continuing insurance) and the insurance payable at the end of the year of death (discrete insurance). If life table are uniformly distributed, so there is a relationship that an immediate payment is equivalent on the average to a payment of  at the end of the year of death. Â
