<![CDATA[Abstrak Dengan adanya kebijakan pemerintah dalam menaikan Tarif Dasar Listrik (TDL) membuat semua sektor pengguna energi listrik harus berbenah guna menekan penggunaan energi listrik yang selanjutnya mengurangi pembayaran rekening listrik. PT. LESTARI ALAM SEGAR merupakan salah satu industri yang mengkonsumsi energi listrik cukup besar dengan total daya terpasang 1.110 KVA. Penggunaan energi listik PT. LESTARI ALAM SEGAR pada tahun 2018 adalah sebesar 3.402.244,8 kWh atau 10.904,63 kWh/ hari, dari analisa yang dilakukan diperoleh bahwa telah terjadi kenaikan konsumsi energi menjadi 14.772,31kWh/hari. Dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi tersebut, pengelola harus melakukan penghematan guna menekan penggunaan energi listrik. Usaha penghematan energi listrik pada beban tenaga pada industri ini dilakukan dengan menambah penggunaan VSD (Variable Speed Drive) pada motor listrik, pada beban penerangan dan sistem pengkondisian udara (Air Conditioner) dengan cara mengurangi jam kerja operasi lampu dan AC. Dari hasil analisa ditemukan penghematan pada motor listrik dengan penggunaan VSD (Variable Speed Drive) sebesar 6.152,64 kWh/bulan, dengan biaya penghematan yang diperoleh setiap bulan Rp 6.372.781,459. Pada beban penerangan sebesar 4.741,36 kWh/bulan, dengan biaya penghematan yang diperoleh setiap bulan Rp 4.911.005,860. Pada sistem pengondisian udara (AC) sebesar 6.739,2 kWh/bulan, dengan biaya penghematan yang diperoleh setiap bulan sebesar 6.980.328,576. Rekomendasi penghematan pada motor yaitu dengan Menambah penggunaan VSD (Variable Speed Drive) pada motor listrik yang melayani beban yang berubah-ubah,pada lampu dengan mengganti lampu hemat energi atau LED dan pada AC dengan mengganti AC berteknologi inverter.Kata kunci : Analisis Energi, VSD (Variable Speed Drive ), PT.
