Abstract

Tourism based on local wisdom can realize community creativity in introducing regional potential, especially culture, as a unique attraction and can support the development of a creative economy for local communities. For this reason, collaboration is needed among stakeholders, local governments (in this case, the Padangsidimpuan City Culture and Tourism office), tourism managers, the community to work together to build tourism based on local wisdom based on available social capital such as networks, culture, and social trust to support coordination and to the common interest. This study uses an experimental method with a qualitative approach. The research subjects are informants, namely the Padangsidimpuan city culture and tourism department employees, local wisdom-based tourism managers in Padangsidimpuan, Padangsidimpuan city communities, and tourists. Research subjects or informants were 11 people. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, documentaries, and online data searches. The technique data analysis used is descriptive qualitative and triangulation data analysis techniques as a validity test. This study concludes that it is necessary to develop a tourism communication model that is formed in Padangsidimpuan. There is involvement between the relevant public in the effort to develop tourism based on local wisdom. Statement of attitudes and commitments from all related elements in the tourism sector to maintain socio-cultural values and preserve the environment as the foundation of tourist destinations. Local wisdom managed by managers, audiences, cultural and tourism offices, and other related agencies to become a Padangsidimpuan tourist destination, namely Salak.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted to obtain motives and the usage patterns instagram among the students unimed the economics faculty of economic education course of study. Population in this research is 490 people. Sample a total of 49 people in this research. A theory that used in this research is a theory uses and gratification. Methods used in this research is quantitative research methods. The technique of analysis in this research is a technique of the data analysis by doing tabulation of the results of such data that has been filled by respondents, the data obtained next shown in the form table a frequency distribution. The result of this research revealed that motive respondents using instagram is to “pleasure seeking/ entertainment“ Using patterns of instagram in respondents tend to irregular, according to the research using patterns of instagram generally seen from the frequency of a total of more than 4 ( four ), duration less than 1 ( one ) hours, the use of more at night, content most widely seen is a photo sites tutorial video. Keyword: Motives, Patterns and Instagram

Abstract

Sejak Badan Kesehatan atau WHO telaj menyatakan bahwa virus Corona Covid-19 sebagai pandemi. Menindaklanjuti hal tersebut, pemerintah Indonesia juga menyatakan masalah virus corona sudah menjadi bencana nasional non alam. Presiden RI dan Pemerintah Daerah beserta jajarannya memberikan untuk saling bahu membahu membuat beberapa langkah taktis sebagai upaya pencegahan penyebaran virus Corona Covid-19 dimasyarakat. Dari level menteri sampai kepala daerah provinsi, kabupaten bahkan pemkot. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis isi, dimana content analisis dibatasi pada media surat kabar yang menyampaikan informasi terkait beberapa langkah taktis yang diambil oleh masing-masing kepala pemerintahan, baik di beberapa daerah maupun negara. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana global dan pencegahannya.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemerintah daerah telah banyak melakukan strategi komunikasi kepada masyarakat wilayahnya masing-masing  melaluii teknik koersif, informatif, canalizing, edukatif, persuasif dan redudancy dalam mengemas pesan berupa instruksi, himbauan kepada masyarakat  untuk mencegah  penularan Covid-19 diwilayahnya masing-masing. Akan tetapi masih belum melakukan  teknik koersif sampai pada tahap memberikan sanksi untuk efek jera bagi pelanggarannya. Pemerintah pusat juga belum memaksimalkan perannya dalam menggunakan strategi komunikasi secara komprehensif bagi seluruh pemerintah daerah. Hal ini karena tidak adanya komando nasional dari pemerintah pusat yang dikenal lambat dalam mencegah penularan Covid-19 yang sudah menjadi bencana global.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze a creativity and innovation in small business ability with a digital system literature review. Because of a fluctuation on local industry such as culinary, fashions, tourism, and management. This research can review by digital collaboration systems about design for content creator. This research was used by a research round map, such as depth interview informants and review. Then, take a sample with gathering all data using research instruments. Therefore, it was provide some estimated of future demand, given data on the underlying driven in Indonesia. So, any entrepreneurship in local industry did not survive to manage their business. In this case, it was need to discuss with all teams like internal for being either stuffed by development a new products with minimum cost. Moreover, local communities that have been tried to make innovation for their product, which not enough tough the market in short-term space off.Keywords: creativity, innovation, small business, review

Abstract

One of the recently popular place in Central Tapanuli Regency is the Tugu Titik Nol Islam Barus which is one of the most popular buildings in Central Tapanuli because of the history behind the establishment of the monument, namely as a symbol of the starting point to spread islam in Indonesia. Since it was legalized in 2017, many visitors have come, both local and non local. However, after several years of existence, the construction in Tugu Titik Nol Islam is still relatively ordinary. There is no development, progress, and even tends to decline. The purpose of this study was to determine the visitor's response to the attractiveness of Tugu Titik Nol Islam Barus. The method used in this research is qualitative, by doing in-depth interviews with visitors. From the research results, It’s known that the visitor's response to the attractiveness of Tugu titik Nol Islam Barus is good and positive. Visitors feel that Tugu titik Nol islam is a new icon for Central Tapanuli regency. In addition, the beaches around the monument add to the special attraction of the Tugu Titik Nol islam Barus, because the visitor not only can  see the monument directly, but also can enjoy the view of the beach. For development, visitors feel that it is quite good, but still needs maintenance. And for other infrastructure facilities, the visitors considered that they still needed to be improved and equipped again, and also the problem of cleanliness around the monument which also still needed attention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of personality, and self-concept on product purchasing decisions at Lazada partially or simultaneously. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiayah University, North Sumatra in 2018, 2019 and 200 who bought products at Lazada. The sample in this study used the Slovin Sempling formula, amounting to 95 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiayah University of North Sumatra who bought lazada products. The data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, documentation study, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used the Multiple Liner Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Test (t test), and the Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciens) software program version 24.00. The results of this study prove that partially personality, and self-concept of the purchase decision for lzada products.

Abstract

Salah satu objek wisata yang akhir-akhir ini populer di Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah adalah Tugu Titik Nol Islam Barus yang merupakan salah satu bangunan yang paling cukup populer di Tapanuli Tengah karena sejarah di balik berdirinya Tugu yaitu sebagai simbol titik awal penyebaran agama islam di Indonesia. Sejak disahkan pada 2017 lalu, banyak pengunjung yang datang, baik wisatawan lokal maupun luar kota. Namun setelah beberapa tahun berdiri, pembangunan di kawasan Tugu Titik Nol Islam ini masih tergolong biasa saja. Tidak ada perkembangan dan kemajuan, bahkan cenderung menurun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui respon pengunjung terhadap daya tarik Tugu Titik Nol islam Barus. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, yaitu dengan wawancara mendalam kepada pengunjung. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Respon pengunjung terhadap daya tarik Tugu Titik Nol Islam Barus ini adalah baik dan positif. para pengunjung merasa bahwa Tugu Titik Nol Islam ini menjadi ikon baru tempat wisata di kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Selain itu, pantai yang ada disekitar Tugu menjadi penambah daya tarik tersendiri di Tugu Titik Nol Islam Barus, karena para pengunjung yang datang tidak hanya bisa melihat langsung Tugu, tapi juga sekalian menikmati pemandangan pantainya. Untuk pembangunan, para pengunjung merasa sudah cukup bagus, tapi masih sangat perlu perawatan. Dan untuk fasilitas sarana prasarana lainnya, para pengunjung menilai masih perlu ditingkatkan dan di perlengkap lagi, dan juga masalah kebersihan disekitar Tugu yang juga masih sangat perlu diperhatikan.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah membawa perubahan besar dalam perilaku politik, sosial, ekonomi, pendidikan, dan berbagai aspek lain dalam kehidupan “normal” kita sehari-hari. Di sector pendidikan, pola pembeljaran dengan tatap muka langsung di kelas, banyak yang terhenti karena adanya anjuran physical distancing sebagai salah aspek lain dalam kehidupan “normal” kita sehari-hari. Di sektor pendidikan, pola pembeljaran dengan tatap muka langsung di kelas, banyak yang terhenti karena adanya anjuran physical distancing sebagai salah satu upaya untuk  mencegah penularan COVID-19. Demikian juga dengan KKN (Kuliah Kerja Nyata), yang semestinya memberikan ruang yang cukup bagi mahasiswa untuk berinteraksi secara langsung dan belajar bersama dengan masyarakat, mengalami kendala terkait pelaksanaannya. KKN dilaksanakan selama 10 Hari dari tanggal 18 September sampai 28 September 2021 di Lingkungan III/I gg. Purwosari Kelurahan Karang Berombak Kecamatan Medan Barat Kabupaten Medan. Sasaran dalam diadakannya KKN ialah dikhususkan kepada adik-adik yang mengikuti sekolah secara online. Alasan saya melakukan KKN di Lingkungan III/I ini adalah tempatnya di Pimpinan Ranting Muhammadiyah. Dalam masa abdi kegiatan KKN ini, ada beberapa metode yang kami gunakan adalah metode observasi dan metode dokumentasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment and workload on the performance of employees of PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan. The population in this study were employees of PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan.This research method uses a quantitative approach and uses associative reseach with questionnaire data collection techniques. with a sample of 126 people with a saturated sample. The data analysis technique in this study uses classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, F test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study can be concluded that together the work environment and workload have a significant effect on employee performance. This study resulted in a calculation that the work environment and workload had a significant effect on the performance of PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan. These results can be seen from the Fcount test of 58.139 from a significant level of 0.000 which is smaller = 0.05 and also the work environment and workload have a significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the R-square obtained by 0.486 (48.6%) , shows that 48.6% of employee performance variables can be explained by the work environment and workload variables, or practically it can be said that the contribution of the work environment and workload to employee performance is 48.6%, the remaining 51.4% is influenced by other variables. not researched.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Marketing Mix-Based Purchase Decision in Moderation of Halal Certification. This study uses Marketing Management theory related to Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Purchase Decision and Halal Certification. The approach used in this study is to use an associative approach and the type of data used is quantitative. The population in this study are consumers / visitors to the Marelan Culinary Barn whose number is unknown. The number of samples as many as 60 visitors using simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the product did not have a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, price had no positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, place had no positive and insignificant effect on decisions, promotions had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and halal certification had no positive effect. and not significant to Purchase Decision, Halal Certification does not moderate the Product variable to Purchase Decision, Halal Certification does not moderate the Price variable to Purchase Decision, Halal Certification does not moderate the Place variable to Purchase Decision and Halal Certification does not moderate the Promotion variable to Purchase Decision.
