Abstract

This study aimed to analyze: (1) The effect of services marketing mix to satisfaction on services, (2) The effect of services marketing mix to customer loyalty (3) The effect satisfaction on services to customer loyalty (4) The effect services marketing mix to customer loyalty through satisfaction on service as intervening variable. This type of research is causative, the respondents are customers of Mandala Finance Padang City. The population in this study amounted to 2868 people. Determination of the number of samples by using Slovin Formula, samples were taken with Simple Random Sampling method. This study used sample of 352 people Mandala Finance Customer. Type of this research is the primary data. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inductive analysis through Structural Equation Model analysis and hypothesis testing using t test (α = 0.05). The research show that: (1) Product, price and physical evidence have significant effect to satisfaction on services (2) Product and price have significant effect to customer loyalty (3) satisfaction on services have significant effect to customer loyalty (4) Product and price have significant effect to customer loyalty through satisfaction on services as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripskan upaya pengawas sekolah dasar dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang inovatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan supervise akademik di sekolah Dasar Binaan Kecamatan Padang Utara Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS) penelitian dilaksanakan SDN Binaan Kecamatan Padang Utara Kota Padang. Pendekatan yang digunakan observasi kelas, pendekatan bimbingan personal, setting tindakan sosialisasi PTS, Setting menggunakan empat tindakan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Pada saat awal siklus pertama indikator pencapaian hasil dari setiap komponen RPP belum sesuai/tercapai seperti rencana/keinginan peneliti. Hasil observasi pada siklus kesatu dapat dideskripsikan berikut ini Observasi dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2015, terhadap sepuluh orang guru. Semuanya menyusun RPP, tapi masih ada guru yang belum melengkapi RPP-nya baik dengan komponen maupun sub-sub komponen RPP tertentu. Satu orang tidak melengkapi RPP-nya dengan komponen indikator pencapaian kompetensi namun pada siklus dua kelemaham pada siklus satu dapat diperbaiki dengan menggunakan pendekatan supervise akademik dan mencapai Kriteria penilaian yang telah ditetapkan. Saran dengan menggunakan pendekatan supervisi akademik dapat lebih ditingkatkan sehingga kompetensi guru dalam menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dapat lebih baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan hasil belajar keterampilan psikomotor sains Fisika siswa melalui penerapan strategi pembelajaran Think Talk Write. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 018 Alang Laweh Padang tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 26 orang siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah tes hasil belajar keterampilan psikomotor. Hasil analisis data secara deskriptif menunjukkkan bahwa daya serap rata-rata siswa adalah 95% dengan kategori amat baik, efektivitas pembelajran 95% dengan kategori sangat efektif, ketuntasan belajar siswa secara klasikal adalah 100% dengan kategori tuntas, dan ketuntasan materi pelajaran adalah 100% dengan ketegori tuntas. Dengan demikian, penerapan strategi pembelajaran Think Talk Wrute (TTW) pada meteri pokok cahaya sangat efektif digunakan untuk pembelajaran fisika di SDN 018 Alang Laweh Padang pada aspek hasil belajar keterampilan psikomotor.

Abstract

Requirements for teacher rank, especially in Group IVa to IVb, require special requirements, namely one journal published with ISSN both nationally and locally, in this case there are still many teachers who do not understand how to write an article taken from an existing PTK. The purpose of this service is to provide training to elementary school teachers in Padang City in writing reputable scientific articles. Until now there are still many Padang City elementary school teachers who have remained in group IVa and even for years now there are mandatory requirements that must be met for credit scores from the sub-element of scientific publications and/or elements of innovative work. The results obtained from this workshop are increasing teachers' understanding of writing reputable scientific papers and producing scientific papers from teachers.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the influence of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of teaching staff at SMA Negeri 1 South Siberut , Mentawai Regency. Data collection methods are Field Research and Library Research. Types and sources of data are primary data and secondary data. The population of this study were all teaching staff at State Senior High School 1 Siberut Selatan, Mentawai Regency, both with PNS status and a sample of 37 people. The analytical method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are: (1) Work motivation partially has a significant effect on the performance of civil servant educators at SMA Negeri 1 Siberut Selatan, Mentawai Regency. (2) Work discipline partially has a significant effect on the performance of civil servant educators at SMA Negeri 1 Siberut Selatan, Mentawai Regency. (3) Work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of civil servant educators at SMA Negeri 1 Siberut Selatan, Mentawai Regency.
