Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Work Motivation and Discipline to Performance by Mediation Job Satisfaction. The population used in this study is the object of all primary school teachers in Dabin II Subdistrict Batangan Pati Regency totaling 85 people. In this study using primary data obtained by questionnaire. The research method using a computerized approach to program SPSS (Statistics Package for Social Science). The data analysis method used is linear regression to test the effect of mediation. Research shows that the ability of the model to correctly describe the effect of variable Motivation and Discipline Working on Job Satisfaction in the amount of 27.6%. While the other is equal to 73.4% is explained by the variables outside the model The Effect of Motivation, Discipline of Work and Job Satisfaction to Performance 34.2%, and the other at 65.8% outside of the model described in this regression. Motivation Job Satisfaction with mediation does not affect the performance of teachers in Dabin II Subdistrict Batangan Pati Regency. The test results of mediation explained that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect, ie 0.0125 <0.000324. Discipline Work with Job Satisfaction mediation proved significant effect on performance Dabin II Subdistrict Batangan Pati Regency. The test results prove the value of the indirect effect is greater than the value that is equal to the direct effect of 0.252> 0.098. The results of the analysis could be concluded that the motivations no effect on Job Satisfaction, Motivation also has no effect on performance. Work Discipline positive influence on job satisfaction, job Discipline is also a positive effect on performance. Keywords: Motivation, Discipline Work, Job Satisfaction, and Performance.

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi tentang penerapan pendekatan Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan bentuk aljabar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Desain penelitian mengacuh pada desain penelitian Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart, yakni perencanaan, tindakan dan observasi, serta refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan pendekatan RME hasil belajar siswa meningkat, dengan mengikuti tahap-tahap RME yaitu (1) memahami masalah, (2) menyelesaikan masalah, (3) membandingkan dan mendiskusikan jawaban, (4) menyimpulkan.Abstract: This research aim to obtain a description about applyingRealistic Mathematic Education (RME) approach able to improving student achievment of additional and subtraction of algebra form matter. This was a classroom action research. design refers to the design of the research Kemmis and Mc. Taggart, that is planning, action and observation, and reflection. Abstract

 Today's Indonesian university graduates are facing the challenges of the business world and the increasingly turbulent (chaotic) world of work, with a variety of fundamental changes, not easily predictable, because they do not have a clear pattern and take place continuously. Science and entrepreneurship skills obtained from college, can experience obsolescence, in the midst of increasingly rapid demands for progress. Facing such a situation, what is needed is not only the ability to adapt for a moment, but also the willingness and determination to always adapt to developments that occur on an ongoing basis. Policy. The method of teaching entrepreneurship needs to be integrated (synergize), the content of knowledge and skills (transfer of business knowledge and skills), which comes from outside-in (outside-in), with the process of actualizing the inner-out entrepreneurship, so that expressing their entrepreneurial ideals and spirit, becoming human capability of Indonesian students.Keywords : inside-out, outside-in, human potential, competence, virtues The implementation of the development of an entrepreneurship model that relies on the capabilities of human students, proves that college graduates, are able to become entrepreneurs to their expectations. With the support of a conducive academic climate, which is based on virtues, and the concerns of the parties concerned, while strengthening the implementation of entrepreneurship model development, in giving birth to scholars of entrepreneurs becoming superior, independent and competitive human beings in the global environment. It is hoped that the results of the study will be aimed at implementing and developing effective models of entrepreneurship, for the birth of young entrepreneurs from universities, especially students at the University of Mataram.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tari Orek-orek merupakan tarian khas Kabupaten Rembang yang ditarikan secara berpasangan putra dan putri. Tari Orek-orek menceritakan pergaulan antara sepasang suami istri yang sedang bekerja di sawah. Gerak yang ada pada tari Orek-orek didapatkan dari proses eksplorasi, improvisasi dan juga komposisi. Tari Orek-orek memiliki keunikan dalam balutan kostumnya. Digunakan untuk menggambarkan identitas Kabupaten Rembangyang diwujudkan dalam bentuk batik khas yang ada di Kabupaten Rembang yaitu batik tulis lasem. Tari Orek-orek menggunakan rias korektif pada penari putri dan rias kethoprak pada penari putra. Alasan tersebut yang melatarbelakangi peneliti untuk mendeskripsikan tari Orek-orek dari segi proses koreografi dan bentuk tari. Penelitian yang dipakai oleh peneliti yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian dan mengumpulkan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Data yang sudah didapatkan peneliti di analisis dengan menggunakan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.   Kata kunci: bentuk tari, koreografi, tari orek-orek ABSTRACT Orek-orek dance is special dance from Rembang regency who danced couple by men and woman. Orek-orek dance tell about husband and wife that work in rice field. Movement in orek-orek dance arrange from exploration, improvisation, and composition. Orek-orek dance has an unique costume. This costume used to explain identity of Rembang regency that formed in batik tulis lasem, an spesial batik in rembang regency. Orek-orek dance used corrective make up for women dancer, and kethoprak make up for men dancer. This research describe orek-orek dance from choreography process and form of dance. Qualitative research method used in this research. Researcher use observation, interview, and documentation to get data. Analisys data use reduction data, display data, and conclusion.   Keywords: form of dance, choreography, orek-orek dance

The purpose of this research was: to give a description on  the use of Questions and Answer Methode, to description an the increase on the result of learning english, and to describe the problems and their solutions. This research used Classroom Action Research technique and implemented in three cycles. The results showed that: the application of Question  and Answer methode with the word card media can improve the result of learning english of state elementary school. Keyword:Question and answer, word card Abstrak: Penggunaan metode Tanya Jawab dengan media Kartu Kata Bergambar dalam peningkatan hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris pada siswa kelas IV SDN Jogosimo Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan penggunaan metode pemberian tugas, mendeskripsikan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris, dan mendeskripsikan masalah serta solusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Penelitian Tindakan Kelas serta dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa: penggunaan metode Pemberian Tugas dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris pada siswa kelas IV SD.  Kata Kunci: metode tanya jawab, kartu kata bergambar

Abstract

Background: Hormonal injectable contraceptives are the most common choice taken by women. The 3-month injection of contraception is DMPA, one of the most effective contraceptive methods currently used. Using injectable contraceptives, especially DMPA, influences fat metabolism, especially lipoproteins. Changes in fat metabolism cause disturbances in the balance of blood fat fractions (fluctuation of HDL, LDL and total cholesterol levels) due to hormonal influences.
