Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan jenis-jenis senyawa bioaktif dan konsentrasi yang paling efektif dari ekstrak daun sawo manila dalam menghambat pertumbuhan jamur Aspergillus sp. Perlakuan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu E1: Etil asetat teknis 70% dan E2: Etil asetat teknis 90% masing-masing dengankonsentrasi 10% = 20%= 30%= 40%= 50%. Masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Dari pengamatan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan ekstrak daun sawo dari etil asetat 70% pada hari yang kelima yaitu dengan zona bening dari uji daya hambat seluas 4,1 mm yaitu pada konsentrasi ekstrak daun sawo 50% mampu menghambat pertumbuhan jamur Aspergillus sp. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan analisa uji daya hambat pertumbuhan jamur Aspergillus sp maka kombinasi perlakuan yang terbaik adalah E1: Etil asetat 70% dengan konsentrasi 50%, dari hasil perlakuan terbaik tersebut dilakukan analisa kelayakan usaha meliputi perhitungan biaya investasi sebesar Rp. 227.650.000 dan kebutuhan total biaya investasi diperoleh biaya produksi tahunan sebesar Rp. 1.945.950.000 dengan kapasitas produksi selama 1 tahun adalah Rp. 180.000 botol/tahunnya, maka akan diperoleh HPP sebesar Rp. 18.935,33/botol. Nilai BEP terjadi pada kualitas produk Rp. 18.935,33 unit produk/tahun sebesar Rp. 1.163.432.485 IRR= RCR= 1,75 karena nilai RCR pada proyek ini > 1 maka usaha produksi ekstrak daun sawo manila menggunakan etil asetat ini layak untuk diusahakan.

Abstract

Security and confidentiality of data or information has become an important issue within each person or in an organization. Especially, if this concerned data  is in a computer connected with public network, such as LAN. The data will be vulnerable of computer crime done by unauthorized person. This article will discussed about designing a cryptographic application by using a combination between symmetric algorithm SQUARE and hash function SHA-1, to provide not only security but also authenticity in message delivery through network. Symmetric algorithm SQUARE with 128 bits key length will provide security of message delivery through network, by encrypting the message into an incomprehensible form, so it can not be accessed by unauthorized person, only by the one who also knows  the key. While using a hash algorithm SHA-1 (Secure Hash Algorithm), user can produce message digest and use it as a digital signature of the message which provide authenticity, by then user will know if the message is really come from a trusted person.Keywords: Cryptosystem, SQUARE, SHA-1, Message Authentication, Conventional Encryption, Computer Security, Digital Signature, Hash Algorithm, Symmetric-Key Algorithm, Public-Key Encryption.

Abstract

With the existence of a system of information technology continues to grow the company to easily create an advertising job vacancies on the internet for simplicity in accelerating the process of recruitment and selection based on procedures that run at PT PZ Cussons Indonesia Tangerang. The methods used in the writing of this qualitative technique is a method of collecting data through observation, interview and documentation. In the procedure of recruitment and selection of employees at PT PZ Cussons Tangerang Indonesia starts from the recipient employee requests a user or supervisor directly, User or supervisor directly fill in the form request inspection employee, based on the organizational structure, the approval of the Director, advertising jobs, screening (filter) CV, calling applicants via e-mail and phone, fill out the application form, interview and psychological test, Direct supervisor and User interviews, medical examinations (medical check up) the working agreement, signature, verification of personal data form, and ends with receiving documents.

Abstract

Logical reasoning is a reasoning that conforms to logical rules. Therefore logical reasoning corresponds to mathematical logic material that has correlation with logical rules and obtains a conclusion of an information. The thinking style associated with logical reasoning is the abstract sequential thinking style. This research includes the type of qualitative research that uses descriptive qualitative research methodology. This research will be conducted on students in SMA Negeri I Tungkal Ulu. It is described in this research is the logical reasoning ability of students who have abstract sequential thinking style in solving the problem of mathematical logic. The results of the information-testing test designed by Jhon Parks le Tellier in can be three students who have abstract sequential thinking style. From the results obtained valid and it can be concluded that SSA1 has a high logical penalarn ability, and SSA2 has good logical reasoning ability, whereas SSA3 has less reasoning ability.Keywords: Logical Reasoning, Math logic, Sequential Abstract
