Abstract

Proper operation can affect how the company is able to distribute goods running well can also be determined how effective distribution of the goods is carried out. With the operations of a company can carry out their respective functions and roles to produce output in the form of goods and services. Especially hypermarkets and minimarkets in the Greater Jakarta area. This research uses the observation method, literature study method, and questionnaire method. This study uses the Product Moment correlation formula (Corrected Item-Total Correlation) consisting of: correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and regression equation, and t test results. The results of this study indicate that between warehouse operations and the effectiveness of the distribution of goods there is a very strong relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.865, while for the calculation of the determination obtained 74.8% results, which means that 74.8% influence of warehouse operations on the effectiveness of the distribution of goods and the rest of 25.2% is influenced by other factors and it is concluded that if there is an increase in warehouse operations, the value of the effectiveness of the distribution of goods will increase or increase.

Abstract

Internet is one of the clearest evidence of rapid technological developments in the field of information and telecommunications. The Internet brings a huge influence in the pattern of life of the world community, especially the developed countries, This research was conducted in the southern area of Tangerang. The number of respondents is 30 students SMP and SMU in the area sepatan tangerang south. The instrument used in this study is questionnaire while the variables of concern in this study are independent variables (internet) (X1) and dependent (learning process) (Y). Researchers use validity test, reliability test, T-test, correlation coefficient and regression equation, result of research indicate that internet usage (X) have an effect on student learning process (Y) coefficient of determination value (R2) that is 0,032 which has the mean that influence of internet usage to learning process development is 3.2% and the rest influenced by other variables and also obtained Regression equation Y = 7,953 + 0,131X1, result from regression equation indicate that there is influence of internet usage toprogressof student learning process. Abstract

ABSTRACT In this study there are two variables that are variable X (Discipline) and variable Y (Employee Performance). This research was conducted to determine the discipline in relation Abadi PT Jakarta, the performance of employees at PT Relations Abadi Jakarta, and the influence of discipline on the performance of employees at PT Relations Abadi Jakarta.Data in use is the primary data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The hypothesis of this study is no disciplinary effect on the performance of employees at PT Relations Abadi Jakarta. To measure the effect of those variables used simple linear regression and coefficient of determination with the help of IBM SPSS computer application program 22. Based on the results of data analysis using the statistical method that is simple linear regression, the value of the coefficient of determination (KD) amounted to 37.4% with a correlation coefficient of 0.612. Partial assay results (Test T) indicate that significant berrpengaruh work discipline variables on the performance of employees who obtained that t is greater than t table. Based on these results it can be concluded that the disciplinary effect on the performance of employees at PT Relations Abadi Jakarta. Keywords              : Discipline, Perfomance Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel yaitu variabel X (Disiplin) dan variabel Y (Kinerja Karyawan). Penelitan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui disiplin pada PT Relasi Abadi Jakarta, kinerja karyawan pada PT Relasi Abadi Jakarta, dan pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Relasi Abadi Jakarta.Data yang di gunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Relasi Abadi Jakarta. Untuk mengukur besarnya pengaruh variabel tersebut digunakan regresi linier sederhana dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan program aplikasi computer IBM SPSS 22.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan metode statistik yaitu regresi linier sederhana, diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (KD) sebesar 37.4% dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.612. Hasil uji parsial (Uji T) menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berrpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang diperoleh hasil bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Relasi Abadi Jakarta. Kata Kunci          : Disiplin, Kinerja

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini mengambil tema pelatihan internet sebagai media informasi dan komunikasi  untuk santri pada Pondok Pesantren Daarul Hasanah Bogor,   pelaksanaan dilakukan secara virtual  melalui Zoom Meating  dengan peserta santri di Pondok Pesantren Darul Hasanah yang berlokasi di jl abdul fatah , kampung Babagan Rt 22/5, desa cinangneng Kec Tenjolaya Bogor Barat .Materi yang disampaikan meliputi penggunaan internet sebagai media informasi dan pengetahuan . permasalahan prioritas yang ada pada mitra Pondok Pesantren Daarul Hasanah meliputi Sulitnya mengakses jaringan internet untuk pendidkan pesantren dan untuk mendapatkan informasi pengetahuan dan komunikasi, Sarana dan prasarana pendukung yang terbatas di pondok pesantren, ketersediaan listrik dalam proses  pembelajaran santri di pondok pesantren, Pengetahuan teknis ustadz  tentang penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang terbatas. Metode pelaksanaan yang ditempuh untuk mengatasi permasalahan penggunaan internet pada pondok pesantren darul hasanah yaitu pendidikan masyarakat dengan melakukan observasi dan pemberian koesioner.Di akhir kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat tersebut kami melakukan evaluasi dengan cara memberikan koesioner dengan responden kurang lebih  20  orang untuk melihat presentase tingkat kepuasan peserta ( santri dan ustadz ) selama mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat serta untuk mengukur secara kuantitatif presentase pengaruh dan dampak yang ditimbulkan setelah selesai mengikuti pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut.Setelah proses evaluasi, kami akan melihat reaksi dan responsif dari peserta serta selalu memonitoring proses pembelajaran pada pondok pesantren darul hasanah. target luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa Pengetahuannya meningkat, Keterampilannya meningkat, pelayanannya meningkat.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between the desire to shop and consumer decisions. And for the focus of this research is how usability and convenience variables that directly affect the desire to buy and consumer buying decisions. In online purchases, the population is all consumers who have ever shopped online, therefore in the study the number of populations is large and the number is not known precisely, so the researcher decided to make a sampling using random sampling method which is part of the quota sampling technique using respondents aged over 19 years and resides in the Jakarta area. The sample taken amounted to 120 respondents. The results of this study indicate that usability and convenience have a significant and significant effect on consumer spending. Usefulness of use is a variable that has a contribution and influence on the decision to spend. While the desire to buy has a significant and significant effect on consumer decisions to buy. So that the usability factor of a better way and the convenience of the shopping system directly affect consumer decisions.

Abstract

Service quality is closely related to customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction can be achieved if customers get services that are in line with what is needed and expected. PT Lintas Timur Sejahtera North Jakarta is a company engaged in freight forwarding services. To maintain and increase customer satisfaction every item is sent immediately so that it is timely to the destination for customer satisfaction. Thus the expected service quality that has been given has an effect on increasing customer satisfaction. To determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Lintas Timur Sejahtera, North Jakarta, the authors conducted a Quantitative method. How to get Observation, Interview, Questionnaire data with valid and reliable conditions and Documentation Study. Based on the results of the Correlation Coefficient Test between the Quality of Service and Customer Satisfaction gives a coefficient of 0.831 it can be concluded that the relationship between Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction is very strong. Based on the results of the Determination Coefficient, the percentage of contribution to the influence of Service Quality variable on Customer Satisfaction 69%. Based on the Regression Equation Test obtained by value t count> t table (7,907> 2,048) and significance <0,05 (0,000 <0,05), it can be concluded that Service Quality influences Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Mengingat pentingnya faktor sumber daya manusia untuk mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan yang telah ditetapkan, maka sudah semestinya apabila perusahaan memberikan perhatian khusus terhadap sumber daya manusia yang bekerja di perusahaan dalam menunjang pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Selain gaji yang diberikan kepada karyawan, salah satu usaha yang telah dilakukan oleh PT Harsumas Sakti dalam memperhatikan karyawannya adalah dengan memberikan kompensasi yang layak kepada karyawan sebagai ucapan terima kasih dan apresiasi untuk karyawan yang telah memberikan kinerja yang baik untuk perusahaan dalam mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan. Kompensasi yang diberikan perusahaan kepada karyawan PT Harsumas Sakti antara lain berupa komisi, insentif, asuransi dan juga cuti karyawan. Perusahaan mengharapkan dengan adanya pemberian kompensasi, dapat meningkatkan semangat dan kinerja karyawan yang lebih lagi sehingga dapat meningkatkan popularitas dan produktivitas perusahaan di mata dunia bisnis

Abstract

The use of package delivery services today is very influential on one's motives for package delivery services, the post office's dedication is arguably very good, because if we examine the performance traces of its services, the post office has long been providing services about package delivery services. research carried out by secondary and primary data collection methods, including observation, interviews, distribution of questionnaires and documentation. the sample needed for this study amounted to 30 people with a random sampling method, the instrument was tested with validity and reliability, then a standardized coefficient of determination process of the two variables was carried out to find the level of relationship and the determinant effect of the variable x on the variable y, while to find out the significance of the effect of the service on the motive for using package delivery services at PT. Pos Indonesia is t-test by looking at the level of significance.

Abstract

Di zaman yang semakin berkembang banyak perubahan yang dirasakan, perusahaan di tuntut untuk mengikuti perkembangan yang ada. Sebuah perusahan tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhannya sendiri, oleh karena itu memerlukan hubungan dan kerja sama dengan pihak lain. Pembelian merupakan fungsi yang bertanggung jawab atas perolehan barang yang dibutuhkan, karena sebagian besar proses bisnis tidak akan beroperasi dengan lancar tanpa pengelolaan pembelian yang baik dan benar. PT Primekemas Cemerlang Jakarta merupakan perusahaan dagang yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan barang jadi. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut penulis mengambil judul Pelaksanaan Administrasi Pembelian Barang Jadi. Metode dalam pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan metode analisanya berupa analisis kualitatif yaitu metode analisis data tanpa menggunakan analisis statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan adminsitrasi pembelian barang jadi pada PT Primakemas Cemerlang Jakarta sudah baik namun perlu di tingkatkan lagi di masa yang akan datang, terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaan administrasi pembelian barang jadi yaitu kendala dalam sistem maupun kesalahan pada komunikasi, solusinya selain melalui sistem ada baiknya menggunakan manual, melakukan pelatihan dan pembinaan agar tercipta komunikasi yang efektif dan efisien dalam perusahaan.
