Abstract

PT. X is a newspaper publishing company. In publishing newspapers, paper raw materials are needed as the main ingredient. In choosing a supplier of paper suppliers, so far the company still applies conventional methods. Improper supplier selection process will have an impact on the sales of the company because it relates to the production process and also the products to be sold later. Many things must be considered in choosing suppliers. In the decision-making process for selecting suppliers, it must be noted that the factors (criteria) that each other might be interrelated. The Analytic Network Process (ANP) method is a method of decision making with many interrelated criteria. This problem is represented in a system with dependence and feedback. The linkages found in the ANP method are linkages in a set of elements (node comparison) and linkages to different elements (cluster comparison). The use of the ANP method will produce priority value weights on all elements contained in the decision making system. From the research that has been done at PT. X there are 4 consideration criteria consisting of 12 sub-criteria, and 3 alternative choices. Based on the results of data processing, alternative suppliers of CV. A was chosen as the best alternative supplier with the highest weight value of 0.158 then CV. B with 0.145 and CV. C of 0.134. Therefore, alternative suppliers of CV. A is the best alternative supplier for the company.

Abstract

Eastern Naval Warehousing is the technical implementation elements in charge of receiving, storing, maintaining and distributing supplies to support existing user in the Navy in particular user located in the eastern region. To support the operational activities of the Navy, Eastern Naval Warehousing as service organizations should be supported with the provision of an information system capable of supporting the activities become more optimal provisioning. Speed and accuracy of support provision to user is an indication for the success of a service. Information technology nowadays has grown very rapidly to develop into the current warehousing system. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is the process of identifying an object automatically by Radio Frequency. There are two important components of an RFID system is the card (tag) and the reader. Application warehousing information system can be integrated with RFID technology, so that the system can run more optimal for warehousing system. This research aims to design warehousing information system based on RFID in Eastern Naval Warehousing used in processing existing warehousing system to gain optimal in provisioning operations running in Eastern Naval Warehousing to support provisioning activities to meet the requirement of existing user in Navy. Field studies conducted in Eastern Naval Warehousing, aimed to determine the current state of warehousing system that runs to identify existing problems. Furthermore, to process the data, created the design of an information system based on RFID warehousing in software system. This paper get to report out of the goods, report the amount of inventory in real time, the location of goods and EOQ value of goods to determine the optimal inventory level of each item.

Abstract

The development of Naval Base requires very strategic planning and calculation to obtain the sustainability of the base. This is intended so that in the future the existence of these bases can continue and exist, which is not disturbed by changes and System Dynamics from various aspects that develop and change over time. Sustainability of Naval Base is determined by many factors that are interrelated with one another as a very complex system arrangement so that a comprehensive analysis of various related aspects of the researcher is compiled into Three main aspects namely Defense Security Political Aspects, Economic Aspects and physical aspects of naval base. In this paper, the researcher will compile a model with System Dynamics approach to the sustainability of the Naval Base that is the object. Then also use Fuzzy Weighting from the elements of subjectivity which will be projected to become elements of objectivity, which also involves data / variables that are qualitative and quantitative. This has never been discussed in previous site selection studies. The complexity of the variables and the dependency relationships between variables in the system, and the decision makers' subjectivity can be identified and smoothed with the Fuzzy Weighting to get the weighting value so that the integration between the System Dynamics model with the Fuzzy Weighting method gets the analysis results of the Naval Base sustainability system based on three main aspects namely Defense Security Political Aspects, Economic Aspects and Physical Aspects of Naval Base. The results of the assessment of Fuzzy Weighting put the Defense Security Political Aspects in the first place with the value of the weight of the influence of interest 3.60, followed by the second position of the Physical Aspects of Naval Base with the value of the weight of the influence of the interest 3.40 and in the third position the Economic Aspects with a value of 3.0. Then the results are integrated into the System Dynamic calculation that produces sustainability values from three main aspects including Defense Security Political Aspects with strategic value of base area 36.42, then from Economic Aspects with land availability value 3.94, and Physical Aspects of Naval Base with physical capability values base 21.07. Keywords: Naval Base, Sustainability, Three Main Aspects, Fuzzy Weighting, System Dynamic.

Abstract

Faced with conditions of life of the nation that continues to evolve into a multidimensional cover all areas of the life of the nation, then certainly required the development and deployment of the total potential and power of the nation effectively. Therefore it is the power that was developed to deal with these threats must also have the ability to multi-dimensional as well. Reality is always pushing to restructure the military concept of defense to become responsive and adaptable and tailored to the substance of the reforms in the defense. The main problem faced by Indonesia to develop a domestic defense industry is the inability of industry and education sectors to absorb the fundamental aspects of the Revolution in Military Affairs (RMA). This inability does not allow Indonesia to experience significant breakthroughs in the application of RMA. So with reference to the condition necessary to anticipate concrete steps in developing a systematic plan to build the defense industries are able to anticipate the revolution in military affairs. Among priorities at once by selecting the appropriate stages of the development plan which includes the development of Main Equipment Weapon System, Spatial Planning Area Defense, Civil Defense Development, and Spatial Structure of the Organization. And one of its efforts is the creation of the ability of military logistics support system effective and efficient and responsive, which in this case is the development of Arsenal's arsenal of weapons and ammunition in terms of both quality and quantity so that is always ready to face any condition of any contingency that would happen. Determining policy location Arsenal first location contains more choices in environmental issues multi-objective and multicriteria decision, then the model is proposed to be the appropriate methodology to accommodate the qualitative preference and priority-setting objectives/criteria for future development is to approach the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Principle of the AHP method is to break breaking a complex situation and unstructured, into its component parts, arranging these variables in a section or an order of hierarchy, giving numerical values to subjective considerations about the relative importance of each variable and analysis various considerations is to determine which variables have the highest priority and act to influence the outcome of the situation. From the results of the solution by using the AHP method showed that the first priority location determination Arsenal 1 in the eastern region is a factor analysis of logistics operations to support operations capabilities in the integrated logistics support system that effectively and efficiently. And the locations selected for Arsenal's first priority location is in the eastern region Lantamal Ambon.
