To find out sales forecasts in the future, it is not only based on estimates but must be calculated carefully based on the experience of previous sales transactions. This observation can be made based on sales data a few months ago to be used as actual data to get predictive value in the future period. Prediction or forecasting is done with two methods Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) and Double Exponential Smoothing (DES), from these two methods, will be sought the most suitable alpha value to get the percentage error value. There are two error values : Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). By using sales data from February to December 2019, the predicted value of 430 orders was obtained in the SES method and resulted in a sales prediction of 402 orders in the DES method with the smallest error accuracy value of 26.88% in the SES method and an accuracy value of 22.71%. in the DES method with the acquisition of scalability of the right alpha value for both, namely 0.3 and the beta value of 0.3 in the DES method

The rapid development of email use and the convenience provided make email as the most frequently used means of communication. Along with its development, many parties are abusing the use of email as a means of advertising promotion, phishing and sending other unimportant emails. This information is called spam email. One of the efforts in overcoming the problem of spam emails is by filtering techniques based on the content of the email. In the first study related to the classification of spam emails, the Naïve Bayes method is the most commonly used method. Therefore, in this study researchers will add Random Forest and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) methods to make comparisons in order to find which methods have better accuracy in classifying spam emails. Based on the results of the trial, the application of Naïve bayes classification algorithm in the classification of spam emails resulted in accuracy of 83.5%, Random Forest 83.5% and KNN 82.75%

Poor rice (Raskin) badly needed by families who are poor or less capable. Rice is a staple food for most humans. Granting Raskin still found still less on target due to the measurement data of each poor family or less capable in the selection with no maximum. In order for data selection can be done properly so that the granting of Raskin can be right on target so this research will use the concept of CBR. Case Based Reasoning (CBR) or also called Case-based Reasoning with (CPB) is a concept that can provide the output based on the happenings in the present compared with the incidence in the past in the form of a case. Bayes algorithm can be used on the concept of CBR on the process of retrieval and similarity. The process of retrieval and similarity using Bayes algorithm based on data the parameters of assessment (PP) and the data class eligibility. This research uses data parameters 9 assessment (PP) with code PP1 to PP9 and use 2 class class i.e. feasibility "decent" (C1) and the class "not worthy" (C2). From 9 PP and 2 class has 15 sample data case that happened in the past. Fifteen cases of tested data with data input new cases and generate value for the probability of bayes of 0.000045655 i.e. the class "Worthy" and accuracy results from 15 case data that is 80%.

The inventory system that is being carried out at this time is by manual method where the inventory is still made using Microsoft Office in the form of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel in which data is written about data on the presentation of basic food items sold, expenditure of goods and orders. However, the presentation of goods is less efficient and effective. By looking at this situation and condition, the author makes a system "implementation of the economic order quantity method for inventory" where this system can help shop owners and employees who work at the shop make their work easier and also help streamline and be effective in recording the goods sold , issuing goods, and also ordering goods. In this system the author uses the PHP programming language with a MySQL database, where later the data will be entered and stored in the database and connected to PHP programming so that inventory control is easier, more efficient, and effective.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan berdasarkan beberapa permasalahan yang ditemukan pada perpustakaan SDIT Baitussalam 2 Cangkringan. Kegiatan di perpustakaan SDIT Baitussalam 2 Cangkringan masih dilakukan secara manual. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut ditemukan beberapa permasalahan, seperti data tidak dapat diakses dengan cepat, pencarian data tidak dapat dilakukan dengan mudah, data dapat mengalami redudansi, dan sebagainya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan adanya digitalisasi sistem informasi perpustakaan sekolah. Digitalisasi adalah proses peralihan media, dari media manual menjadi media digital, salah satu perangkat media digital adalah komputer. Tujuan dari pengimpelemntasian teknologi digitalisasi ini adalah membangun sistem informasi perpustakaan sekolah secara digital yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi di perpustakaan SDIT Baitussalam 2 Cangkringan. Metode yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dengan melakukan observasi, dan wawancara secara langsung di SDIT Baitussalam 2 Cangkringan. Sistem informasi perpustakaan dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML, CSS, PHP, framework Bootstrap, serta framework Codeigniter. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah terlaksananya penerapan digitalisasi pada sistem informasi perpustakaan sekolah di SDIT Baitussalam 2 Cangkringan. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah kinerja pustakawan dalam proses pengolahan data di perpustakaan.

Solee.co Store adalah toko penjualan sepatu yang berlokasi di Yogyakarta. Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu dan bertambahnya jumlah gerai toko sepatu di Yogyakarta, permintaan konsumen terhadap barang sangat pesat sehingga pengelola harus dapat merencanakan penjualan barang untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen agar dapat meminimalisir pengeluaran dana dalam penyediaan barang dari gudang. Untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang besar pada suatu perusahaan adalah dengan menentukan prediksi penjualan pada bulan berikutnya. Metode prediksi yang digunakan adalah metode Trend Moment dan Single Exponential Smoothing dengan tahapan penelitian mulai dari pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan literatur, analisis fungsional dan non fungsional, dan ERD, metode pengujian menggunakan Mean Square Error (MSE) dan Mean Absolute Deviation dan program ini dibuat dengan menggunakan PHP dan MYSQL sebagai penyimpanan database. Penggunaan metode Trend Moment untuk melakukan Prediksi atau Peramalan merupakan solusi yang diberikan oleh penelitian sebelumnya. Dari perbandingan kinerja metode Trend Moment dengan single exponential smoothing bahwa kinerja metode Trend Moment lebih tepat digunakan karena peramalannya paling mendekati aktual dan yang memiliki error paling kecil. dibandingkan dengan metode Single Exponential Smoothing.

The presence of the internet is a form of technological and information development that has a positive impact on life because given the many benefits. An example is the existence of a website organization which can be felt by the institution. As a response, it is appropriate for the website organization to be an important consideration for the organization, one of the military environments which in carrying out its duties and functions. The 469th Kopasgat Command Battalion is a Kopasgat combat unit directly under the Commander of Wing III Kopasgat located in Medan, North Sumatra. The existence of the 469th Kopasgat Command Battalion certainly has a very important role in maintaining national security. However, the public does not yet know much information related to the profile of the organization, due to limited access to information services owned by the organization and the community. One of the media for information and communication to the public used by this institution is Instagram. It has access is so easy, but the context is still limited, only uploading photos and videos and preventing Instagram users from reaching other domains. In addition, the quality of uploads is degraded and must be changed periodically. Therefore we need a mechanism to implement information media in the form of website services. This can provide information related to unit performance and others. The existence of this problem motivates me to develop a profile website as a form of community service. This service program aims to develop a website service profile for the 469 Kopasgat commando battalion to be able to work together to build a complete culture of information and communication. --- Kehadiran internet adalah salah satu bentuk perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang memberikan dampak positif bagi kehidupan, karena mengingat banyaknya manfaat yang didapatkan. Salah satu contohnya adalah keberadaan website organisasi yang kemudian dapat dirasakan manfaatnya oleh pihak lembaga yang bersangkutan. Menanggapi hal tersebut, sudah sepatutnya website organisasi menjadi pertimbangan yang penting bagi organisasi salah satunya adalah institusi di lingkungan militer yang dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya Batalyon Komando 469 Kopasgat adalah satuan tempur Kopasgat yang berkedudukan langsung di bawah Komandan Wing III Kopasgat yang berlokasi di Medan Sumatera Utara. Keberadaan Batalyon Komando 469 Kopasgat tentunya memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam mempertahankan keamanan nasional. Namun masyarakat belum banyak mengetahui informasi terkait profil organisasi tersebut, karena keterbatasan layanan akses informasi yang dimiliki organisasi maupun masyarakat. Salah satu media informasi dan komunikasi kepada masyarakat yang digunakan Batalyon Komando 469 Kopasgat Medan berupa Instagram. Instagram merupakan media sosial yang aksesnya begitu mudah, tetapi konteksnya masih terbatas, hanya memuat foto dan video serta membuat pengguna Instagram tidak dapat menjangkau ranah ranah lainnya. Selain itu, kualitas unggahan yang menurun dan harus diubah secara berkala. Oleh karena itu perlu suatu mekanisme untuk menerapkan sebuah media informasi berupa layanan website. Hal ini dapat memberikan informasi terkait dengan kinerja satuan dan lainnya. Adanya permasalahan ini memotivasi untuk mengembangkan website profil sebagaiwujud dari pengabdian masyarakat. Adapun tujuanprogram pengabdian masyarakat dosen ini adalah melakukan pengembangan layanan website profil batalyon komando 469 kopasgat untuk dapat bersinergi untuk bersama sama membangun budaya informasi dan komunikasi secara lengkap.
