Abstract

Declining student achievement happens in SMK Pelita Nusantara 1 Semarang estimated as maximal performance of teachers in guiding students. The ability of teachers views of education and training is still less than the maximum because of the lack of opportunity to follow pendididikan and training. Census method used in this study. The fourth hypothesis proposed in this study are all accepted. Results of research by multiple linear regression analysis showed that the most dominant variable is the motivation to work with the highest regression coefficient, amounting to 0.433 followed by a variable commitment, amounting to 0.281; and variable working capability of 0,260. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.577, or (57.7%), describes the work motivation, commitment and ability to work simultaneously affect the performance of teachers. While the rest (100% - 57.7% = 42.3%) is explained by other variables outside of the variables studied.

Abstract

The background of this research is the declining number of hotels in semarang district. This indicates that the hotel can not satisfy customers. In general, this study aimed to determine the effect of directly or indirectly discipline and responsiveness to customer satisfaction where the quality of service as a mediating variable. So that it can be seen that the most powerful mediating pathways to influence customer satisfaction. Specifically, this research aims to increase the number of visitors hotels in semarang district. Research data collection techniques by spread many questionnaires to the hotel customers in semarang district are arranged systematically with multiple choice answers which easy to understand. Distribution of the questionnaires by means of a direct encounter conducted in the period April-July, 2013, with a sample of some 250 people. Then the data were collected through the questionnaires to be tested the data analyst; validity and reliability, followed by pathway analysis (path analysis), test the strength of the model using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The result of the research proves that there is positive direct influence between discipline and responsiveness to customer satisfaction. The results also shows that the quality of service is a positive intervening between discipline and responsiveness towards customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Business competition in the field of industrial products and services, making the company should be able to create something different (inovative). Companies are required to have a good brand image in the view of consumers, it is to distinguish one company with another product. They can not be imitated especially good brand image stored in the minds of consumers. If the brand image is considered positive for the consumer, they will always be remembered, spoken to others, and consumers will become loyal, willing to pay a high price. Similarly, organizational commitment should terreflesikan levels of identification and involvement of individuals in employment, unwillingness to leave the job and supported efforts to attract, retain customers through increased company's relationship with its customers (Relational Marketing).Loyalty customers is something that needs to get serious attention from the management company, not least in the field of hospitality business services, with the hope of sustainability of the company will continue to grow and develop.Generally, this study aims to examine, analyze the effect of directly or indirectly Brand Image and Organizational Commitment to Customer Loyalty through Relational Marketing. So that it can be seen that the most dominant pathway mediating in influencing the Customer Loyalty. In particular, this study aims to provide us with feedback hospitality business management services in the city, in improving the quality and quantity of performance (customor oriented).The variables in this study consisted of four variables which at the first stage variable brand image and organizational commitment becomes the independent variable while relational marketing becomes the dependent variable. Then in the second stage of Brand Image and Organizational Commitment as independent variables, Relational Marketing as a mediating variable (intervening), while the Customer Loyalty variable as the dependent variable

Abstract

This research about brand and price of snacks consumen’s attitude at student at SMK Pelita Nusantara 1 Semarang. Research problem will be discussed are (1) How for worker brand to the consumen’s attitude, (2) How for worker price to the consumen’s attitude, and (3) 3. How for worker brand and price to consumen’s attitude.The research used dobled regression analisis and determination koefisien, and then (1) Variable brand as independent variable and consumen’s attitude as variable dependent, (2) Variable price as independent variable, consumen’s attitude as variable dependent, and (3) Variable brand and price as independent variable and consumen’s attitude as variable dependent. Total sample is taken 80 responden used random sampling by questioner.
