Abstract

Amount of sales PT. Anugrah Pharmindo Lestari Semarang from 2001 till 2007  showed no positive trend. That between the realization of sales every year and target couldn’t be achieved. So the managers needs to know  variable related to marketing for getting increasing of sales volume. Marketing activity not only activities to selling goods and services to consumers but also activities to know what the consumers wants.This research has been implemented on February 2008. There were 98 agents of PT. Anugrah Pharmindo Lestari in central java  are chosen as the object of the research.  Data analysis carried out by spread of the questioner to the object of research.            The research hypothesis were tested by using  classical assumption, multiple regression, T-test, F-test and also coefficient of determination (R2). The result of this research show that Price, Promotion, and brand in simultaneous having significantly affected to sales

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence about the impact of corporate governance and ownership structure on financial performance. Corporate governance is measured by two variables are independent commisioner board and audit committee while the ownership structure is measured by two variables of institutional ownership and managerial ownership.This study population is the entire banking companies that are not state-owned enterprises listed on the Stock Exchange during the period 2008 to 2010. Data obtained from the company’s annual financial statements in the period 2008 to 2010. By using purposive sampling, observational data obtained up to 65 observation data. Testing the hypothesis using multiple regression analysis.The results showed that an independent commisioner board and audit committee that affect financial performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this researched is to find dominant factors have an effect on to production rate at manufacturing industry of furniture big scale company with labour more than 100 people, influencing factors production rate at this research among others : labour, worker fee, fuel and lubricants cost , electricity purchased and raw materials cost.This research is manufacturing industry furniture in Jawa Tengah by exploiting data sekunder of BPS. The big factor of its influence to production rate is resouces and is costly of raw materials where raw material of furniture industry the core important is wood . This matter because of bouncing up its of marketing wood price effect of discontinuing of practice of ilegal logging andalso limitation of wood raw material in Jawa Tengah. Labour also become factor having an effect on to remember industry of furniture this of its process very is requiring of skillful hands touch (made hand). Fee worker factor, fuel and lubricants cost and electricity purchased less is having of share which is signifikan at makeup of result of production rate of furniture industry.Considering this industrial sector enough become pledge in dig of area foreign exchange , hence him presumably require to strive to answer solution of problems related to effort improve production rate in the future, either by government , private sector and also society

Abstract

To increase sales volume, PT Unilever Indonesia focused on marketing strategy especially marketing mix strategy, including promotion and distribution. How many products have been sold depend on promotion and distribution cost allocated by corporate. This research analized the effect of promotion and distribution cost to increase sales volume’s PT Unilever Indonesia. The result proved that promotion and distribution cost have a significant effect on sales volume.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of the issue or phenomenon where there are some users of hospital services less memuasakan as the sample is; Baby missing, the alleged malpractice, patient complaints because the queues were so maximum and the lack of speed and accuracy in pasien.Hal menanganan this may indicate that the hospital services to the customers (patients) have not and or do not satisfy the customer. In general, this study aimed to analyze the effect of Service Quality, Competence and Education Level on Customer Satisfaction with Work Experience as a moderating variable. So it can be analyzed whether the variable Work experience can serve as a moderating towards Customer Satisfaction. Specifically, this research aims to increase customer satisfaction on hospital services in the city of  Semarang. With good service, competence and level of education and experience sufficient work of the hospital staff then the output will be achieved customer satisfaction.The variables in this study consisted of five variables which in the first stage variable Service Quality, Competence and Education Level becomes the independent variable while Customer Satisfaction becomes the dependent variable. Then in the second stage of the three independent variables with the variable in moderating Work Experience.Research data collection techniques by means of a questionnaire spread on hospital visitors in Semarang systematically arranged with multiple choice answers are easy to understand. Distribution of the questionnaire by means of a direct encounter conducted in the period MayAugust 2014 with a sample of some 155 people. Then the data were collected through a questionnaire to test the data analyst; validity and reliability, the classic assumption test followed by a multiple regression analysis, testing moderating variable by using MRA (Moderated RegressionAnalysis).

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of corporate governance, bonus plans, and firm size on earnings management. Corporate governance is measured using two variables (independent commissioners state by the composition of an independent board and audit committee state by the number of audit committee members), bonus plans are measured from awarding compensation bonus by using a dummy, and firm size measured value of the final number of shares outstanding years. Earnings management measured by discretionary accruals using the Modified Jones Model. The population in this study were three companies engaged in the cement industry are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2007-2010. The research data obtained from the financial statements and annual reports of cement manufacturing firms in the period 2007-2010. Based on purposive sampling method, a sample of three companies by the number of observation data as much as 12 data derived from the company’s total multiplied by the sample period from 2007 to 2010. The hypothesis in this study were tested using multiple regression analysis. The analysis showed that the variables that have a significant influence on earnings management is variable of the audit committee, the bonus plan and firm size.
