Abstract

Consumers who are aware of ecological problems certainly have environmental concerns and a good attitude to preserve the environment so that it will be easier for the emergence of interest in buying a green product in the future and maintain a positive attitude. This research was conducted on consumers who have already bought green products in Rembang Regency. The method used to determine the sample is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique, the number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. Data collection is done through questionnaires, interviews and observations. The data processing technique used is using SPSS 21, the first step is to test the instrument from a questionnaire distributed by validity test, reliability test, multiple regression test and determination test. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Environmental awareness has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in green products; (2) Attitudes have a positive and significant effect on buying interest in green products; (3) Environmental awareness and attitude simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on interest in buying green products.

Abstract

In marketing, there is no doubt that customer loyalty is essential. Marketers will always try tokeep their customers in long period or even forever if it is possible. Therefore, this researchtries to examine the factors that influence the customer loyalty. These factors are perceivedrisk, switching costs and corporate image as a moderating variable between switching costsand customer loyalty. The necessary data was obtained through interviews using questionnairesto 100 respondents. The obtained data then analyzed by using the technique of Partial LeastSquare (PLS-SEM).The results of statistical test by using Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) showed that, theperceived risk has a positive effect on switching cost, switching cost has a positive effect oncustomer loyalty and corporate image did not moderate the relationship between switchingcosts and customer loyalty. Based on the results, a managerial implications can be drawn,namely loyalty enhanced by increasing switching costs and perceived risk. This is done byalways creating a system performance that is easier to operate and easy to understand throughcreating operating systems is no more difficult than the previous editions and provide multitaskingcapabilities that have larger capacity. In addition , it should provide better security systemsthat are not easily infected by virus or cyber criminals hacked, give the perception that ismore expensive and difficult to move to another operating system by means of improvingcustomer satisfaction and provide good services (performance) within the operating system,simplify and make it cheaper for the installation of new programs and increase customerengagement (eg: forming a community joint branding with the mobile phone company or othercomputer company) to provide added value for Microsoft customers.

Abstract

The movement to save the environment is increasingly widespread when it is known that the earth's temperature is increasing along with global warming which is difficult to stop. Consumers are increasingly aware of the importance of caring for the environment by buying green products and services, in addition to caring for the surrounding environment as well as to maintain a healthy body. For example, hand-drawn batik with natural dyes, cloth sanitary napkins, clody (baby diapers), plastic that can be recycled and is easily biodegradable, agricultural products and organic cosmetics and other green products (Lukiarti, 2019). This study discusses the impact of three independent variables, namely environmental concern, advertisement and electronic word of mouth on the dependent variable, namely green purchase behavior. The objects in this study are consumers of green products in Indonesia. This study uses the SPSS analysis tool, by calculating the relationship of the independent variables partially and simultaneously to the dependent variable and calculating the weight of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable with a determination test. From the results of the reliability and validity test, it is known that the statements on the questionnaire are reliable and valid. The partial test results state that environmental concerns, advertisements and E-WOM partially have a positive and significant impact on green purchase behavior. Simultaneous test results show that environmental concerns, advertisements and E-WOM simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on green purchase behavior.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of four independent variables, namely the Covid-19 disaster, social restrictions, physical restrictions and online marketing strategies on the dependent variable, namely consumer behavior in purchasing retail products. The population in this study is retail product consumers in Rembang Regency, using purposive sampling method and taking a sample of 200 respondents. This study uses multiple regression analysis technique with SPSS 22 analysis tool, by calculating the relationship of the independent variables partially and simultaneously to the dependent variable and calculating the weight of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable with a determination test. The results of this study are, the COVID-19 disaster variable has a positive and insignificant effect on consumer behavior in purchasing retail products. While the social restriction variables, physical restrictions variables and online marketing strategy variables each partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior in purchasing retail products. The variables of the COVID-19 disaster, social restrictions, physical restrictions and online marketing strategies simultaneously have positive and significant impacts. In the test of determination, the magnitude of the R2 coefficient of the three independent variables is 35.6%.

Abstract

This community service aims to optimize business management through improved financialmanagement in the Kartini Gold Chain Group II in Pasar Banggi village, Rembang Regency. Based oninterviews and analysis of the situation carried out, the problems that can be identified are as follows: 1)Has not been able to manage financial administration optimally, because of limited knowledge andbusiness management that is still simple. 2) Don't have a good financial report 3) Don't have knowledgeabout business management, namely financial management and internal control systems so thatadministrative management is still poor. Based on the problems faced by partners, the solutions offeredare by: 1) Providing knowledge and skills regarding good financial administration governance. 2)Provide knowledge, skills and assistance in preparing good financial reports 3) Provide knowledge, skillsand assistance regarding good business management and internal control. Abstract

Sekarsari Village is one of the villages located in Sumber District, Rembang Regency. Sekarsari Village has 5 hamlets, Sekararum, Klampok, Semendangsapi, Deresan, and Kaligenting. The ares of Sekarsari Village is approximately 10,000 hectares with a population of 3,500 people. There is alot of potential in Sekarsari Village, namely, plants of chilies, tomatoes, shallots, empon-empon, bamboo crafts and rabbits livestock. Based on the result of field observations that have been carried out, there are several problems faced by Kelompok Wanita Tani Sekararum Desa Sekarsari Kecamatan Sumber, namely: lackof product promotion so that marketing is hampered, lack of knowledge of appropriate marketing strategies, lack of pages or social media specifically to promote products, lack of skills in presenting product photos that are able to attract consumer tastes, there is no business financial accounting. The objectives of this program are: increasing knowledge and skills in implementing online produst marketing strategies, increasing kowledge and managing social media accounts for promotion, increasing knowledge and skills in using mobile phones as a promotional support tool, conducting training and mentoring to improve the management system to make it more planned and measureable. The output of this program is: increased turnover, having social media accounts, publications of scientific journals, and mass media publications, the method of implementations is by holding online and offline marketing training as well as direct business management assistance to members of the Kelompok Wanita Tani Sekar Arum.Keywords : Online Marketing, Sekarsari, Sekararum, Farmer Woman

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan pengaruh insentif, keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. Karya Mina Putra Divisi Kayu Kabupaten Rembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan metode cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara mendistribusikan kuesioner pada 100 responden karyawan bagian produksi PT. Karya Mina Putra Divisi Kayu Kabupaten Rembang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan insentif dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. Karya Mina Putra Divisi Kayu Kabupaten Rembang. Adapun keselamatan kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. Karya Mina Putra Divisi Kayu Kabupaten Rembang. Hasil uji determinasi menunjukkan insentif, keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja dapat menjelaskan variasi variabel kinerja karyawan sebesar 32,3%, adapun sisanya sebesar 67,7% dijelaskan faktor lain di luar model penelitian.Kata Kunci:   Insentif, Keselamatan Kerja, Kesehatan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Mentoring is an activity in community empowerment by placing assistants who act as facilitators, communicators, and dynamists. In this case, service assistance with Pokdarwis in Tuyuhan Village, Pancur District, Rembang Regency. The problems faced by Pokdarwis include the lack of popularity of Maqam Mbah Djumali, no list of attendance books for pilgrims, no genealogy that explains the history of Maqam Mbah Djumali, no Pokdarwis google account and social media accounts, and the location of Maqam Mbah Djumali is not yet available. registered.Based on these problems, the implementing team made a program plan to introduce the existence of Maqam Mbah Djumali, namely by carrying out marketing carried out through online media, making attendance lists for pilgrims, making genealogies that explain the history of Maqam Mbah Djumali, creating gmail accounts, creating accounts. Abstract

Penerbitan obligasi adalah jenis upaya perusahaan untuk mendapatkan dana atau modal. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan untuk membuktikan pengaruh leverage, profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan dan likuiditas terhadap peringkat obligasi pada perusahaan non keuangan yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2018-2021 dan diperingkat oleh PT. Pefindo. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder melalui website resmi dari BEI dan website PT. Pefindo. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dari kriteria sampel yang diajukan, sampel akhir didapat sebanyak 15 perusahaan dengan total sampel 60. Pengolahan data yang dilakukan menggunakan regression logistic analisis. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa secara parsial leverage memiliki pengaruh negatif tidak signifikan, profitabilitas memiliku pengaruh negatif tidak signifikan, firm size memiliki pengaruh positif tidak signifikan, dan likuiditas memiliki pengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap peringkat obligasi.
