Abstract

Influence of Leadership and Compensation Employee Satisfaction Against Outsourcing at. BRI (Persero),Tbk. Branch Lumajang conducted by survey (eskplanatory analytical , with a sample of 42 employees of outsourcing and using correlation and regression analysis). Operationally purpose of this study is to investigate and test empirically (1) Effect of simultaneous compensation of leadership and employee job satisfaction outsourcing, (2) Effect of partial compensation of leadership and employee job satisfaction outsourcing, (3) Which of the dominant independent variable influence on employee job satisfaction outsourcing. Results show the following: 1 ) The first hypothesis is that the testing simulatan influence of leadership on job satisfaction and compensation amounting to 20.305 and Fcount known Ftable 3,232 , because of Fcount > F table the first hypothesis can be accepted . 2 ) For the second hypothesis about the partial effect of leadership on job satisfaction and compensation known result that tcount Leadership and Compensation for 2042 amounted to 4,630 compared with the known ttable 2,021 so tcount > ttable thus the second hypothesis can be accepted. 3 ) As shown by the standardized coefficient B, variable compensation = 0.571 greater than 0.252 leadership variables. Thus it is said that the variable compensation has a dominant influence on job satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai transformasi struktural di Indonesia dankaitannya dengan pengaruh perubahan struktural pertanian dengan ketimpangan pendapatandan kemiskinan. Secara empiris penelitian ini menggunakan data time series periode tahun1980-2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 model analisis regresi linear berganda yakni untukmelihat pengaruh transformasi struktural pertanian terhadap kemiskinan dan pengaruhtransformasi struktural pertanian terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan. Penelitian ini juga di ujiasumsi klasik yakni uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas dan autokorelasi.Untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan uji t dan F. Berdasarkan hasil pengujianhipotesis 1 yaitu terdapat pengaruh signifikan transformasi struktural pertanian terhadapkemiskinan. Sedangkan hipotesis 2 yaitu terdapat pengaruh signifikan transformasi strukturalpertanian terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan.Kata-kata Kunci: Kemiskinan, Ketimpangan Pendapatan, Transformasi StrukturalPertanian.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior is an extra and voluntary individual behavior out of their duties and very effectiveness to support of the goals organization. The research aims to determine effect of organizational culture, discipline and motivation to OCB employees of PT. BPR Nur Semesta Indah, Jember Regency. The sampling method using saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 84 employees (Central and Branch). The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The outcome analysis of the data explained that variables of organizational culture, discipline and motivation have significant influences on organizational citizenship behavior partially. And Simultaneously, organizational culture, discipline and motivation variables have significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The result of coefficient determination test shows that the variables of organizational culture, discipline and motivation have an effect of 84.9% on organizational citizenship behavior. And 15.1% remaining has influenced other variables which is not explained in thisreseach, such as style of leadership, organizational commitment and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of attitudes and perceptions on customer loyalty of drinking water in the packaging of Aqua brand on Aqua agent in Candipuro subdistrict partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression. This research is a quantitative research by finding associative association that is causal or research that is asking about the relationship between two or more variables and causality. The analysis used in this research is multivariate analysis that is multiple linear regression analysis consist of 2 (two) independent variable and 1 (one) dependent variable, then sample size taken 10x3 variable = 30 sample member. Sampling method used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained is 0.383. This means 38.3% loyalty can be explained by attitude and perception variables, while the remaining 61.7% loyalty is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Limitations of this study is to examine the effect of attitude and perception on customer loyalty, while other variables that can influence customer loyalty are expected to be investigated by the next researcher.

Abstract

Research Purposes : to realize Small and Medium Industries (IKM) that are globally empowered in solving social problems through product downstreaming. Design/methodology/approach: The research method is descriptive qualitative, using direct observations and interviews and documentation. Findings: The Oyster Mushroom Farmer Group has applied the management function (organizing), business administration starts to be organized by implementing the economic entity principle, has applied a more effective online marketing strategy, graphic design for the packaging of all product innovations has followed the proper provisions, especially innovation for packaging. oyster mushroom products Limitations/Implications Research: the data sources only came from the head, farmers, and processors of the "Manut" Oyster Mushroom Farmers Group. Practical Implications: to transfer of knowledge from universities to the participants of the "Manut" Oyster Mushroom Farmers Group, especially business management, business administration, effective online marketing strategies, graphic design, and product innovation made from oyster mushrooms. Abstract

Abstrack: Anxiety is a subjective feeling of disturbing mental tension as a general reaction to the inability to overcome a problem or lack of security. Anxiety can slow healing and is associated with increased morbidity and mortality in CHD patients. Healthy heart gymnastics is one of the restorative treatments for CHD patients. Gymnastics can provide a feeling of relaxation and pleasure after doing gymnastics. Gymnastics causes an increase in GABA which inhibits anxiety. The purpose of this study was to analyze differences in levels of anxiety between patients with coronary heart disease who routinely and do not routinely perform healthy heart exercises at the Indonesian Heart Foundation in South Kalimantan Branch. , as many as 24 subjects were obtained in total sampling, from 8 patients routinely doing healthy heart exercises found 6 patients with low anxiety levels and 2 patients with moderate anxiety levels, 16 patients did not routinely do healthy heart exercises found 15 patients with low anxiety levels and 1 patient with moderate anxiety. Data analysis using Fisher's test showed that there was no relationship between the level of anxiety with CHD patients who routinely and did not routinely perform healthy heart exercises (p = 0.249). It was concluded that there was no relationship between the level of anxiety with CHD patients who routinely and did not routinely perform healthy heart exercises at the Indonesian Heart Foundation South Kalimantan Branch. Keywords: Anxiety, Healthy Heart Gymnastics, Coronary Heart Disease. Abstrak: Ansietas adalah suatu perasaan subjektif mengenai ketegangan mental yang menggelisahkan sebagai reaksi umum dari ketidakmampuan mengatasi suatu masalah atau tidak adanya rasa aman. Ansietas dapat memperlambat penyembuhan dan berhubungan dengan peningkatan morbiditas dan mortalitas pasien PJK. Senam jantung sehat adalah salah satu perawatan restoratif untuk pasien PJK. Senam dapat memberikan perasaan rileks dan senang setelah melakukan senam. Senam menyebabkan peningkatan GABA yang menghambat terjadinya ansietas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis perbedaan tingkat ansietas antara pasien penyakit jantung koroner yang rutin dan tidak rutin melakukan senam jantung sehat di Yayasan Jantung Indonesia Cabang Kalimantan Selatan.Penelitian ini bersifat observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional dengan pengukuran tingkat ansietas menggunakan kuesioner Zung self-rating anxiety scale, sebanyak 24 subjek didapat secara total sampling, dari 8 pasien rutin melakukan senam jantung sehat didapatkan 6 pasien dengan tingkat ansietas rendah dan 2 pasien dengan tingkat ansietas sedang, 16 pasien tidak rutin melakukan senam jantung sehat didapatkan 15 pasien dengan tingkat ansietas rendah dan 1 pasien dengan tingkat ansietas sedang. Analisis data menggunakan uji Fisher’s menunjukan tidak terdapat hubungan antara tingkat ansietas dengan pasien PJK yang rutin dan tidak rutin melakukan senam jantung sehat (p=0,249), Disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara tingkat ansietas dengan pasien PJK yang rutin dan tidak rutin melakukan senam jantung sehat di Yayasan Jantung Indonesia Cabang Kalimantan Selatan. Kata-kata kunci: ansietas, senam jantung sehat., penyakit jantung coroner

Abstract

The research entitled The Relationship between Motivation and Work Discipline with Employee Performance aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Tofu factory employees CV. Serampang Jaya, Pujer, Bondowoso, both partially and simultaneously. The number of samples in this study amounted to 35 respondents with a sampling technique, namely the saturated sample technique or census. The data collection method used is by using questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The data analysis used includes validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test consisting of multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test, followed by hypothesis testing, namely partial test and simultaneous test, and continued with the coefficient of determination test. (R2). The results of the partial hypothesis test state that there is a positive and significant influence between the motivational variables on employee performance. The results of the partial test also state that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline variables on employee performance. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous hypothesis test state that there is a positive and significant effect between the two independent variables, namely the motivation and work discipline variables on employee performance.

Abstract

Physical, psychological, and social changes in elderly can be a stressor in their lives that may lead todepression. Spirituality could be used as an adaptive coping source with the result that preventdepression. This study was aimed to know the relationship ofspirituality level with depression level inelderly at Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha (PSTW) Budi Sejahtera Province of South Kalimantan. Thestudy was a descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. It was conducted at PSTW BudiSejahtera Province of South Kalimantan. There were 54 elderly as respondents were determined bypurposive sampling technique. The data were collected by using questionnaires of The DailySpiritual Experience Scale and the Short Form-Geriatric Depression Scale. Data analysis usedGamma Somers’d test. The result of this study showed that there was moderate negativelyrelationship of spirituality level with depression level in elderly at PSTW Budi Sejahtera Province ofSouth Kalimantan (p = 0.032, p < 0.05, r = -0,333). It was concluded that there was relationship ofspirituality level with depression level in elderly at PSTW Budi Sejahtera Province of SouthKalimantan.

Abstract

Peningkatan kadar kolesterol dan trigliserida dapat disebabkan kurangnya aktivitas fisik, sehingga terjadi penumpukan plak pada pembuluh darah dan terjadi gangguan metabolisme. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kadar kolesterol total dan trigliserida sebelum dan sesudah lari aerobik 12 menit yang dilakukan 4 kali dalam seminggu selama 6 minggu pada pemain sepak bola. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimental non control group design yang sudah ditetapkan untuk kriteria sebagai sampel penelitian. Sampel penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan mengambil 15 orang klub sepak bola Banjarmasin. Pengukuran kadar kolesterol total dan kadar trigliserida dilakukan sebelum program 12 menit dan setelah program 12 menit. Data dianalisis menggunakan t-test berpasangan.Rerata kadar kolesterol total sebelum 188,06 ± 43,46  dan sesudah 158,86 ± 31,12. Hasil analisis data adalah terdapat pengaruh bermakna pada kadar kolesterol total (p=0.000). Rerata kadar trigliserida sebelum 107,66 ± 42,76 dan sesudah 144,60 ± 66,58. Hasil analisis data  tidak terdapat pengaruh bermakna pada kadar trigliserida (p=0.088). Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa lari 12 menit dapat menurunkan kadar kolesterol secara signifikan, akan tetapi lari 12 menit tidak berpengaruh terhadap kadar trigliserida.
