Abstract

This survey was conducted nationally by youth risk behavior in the United States in 2015, 41.2% of students sitting in 9-12 had already had sexual relations, 35% of students in the upper secondary school had actively done so.Indonesia expresses some youth bahavior dating that are not married as follow: 35.7% of youth ever get the partners, 38.7% ever hurry lips, and 75.6% youth ever hold hands with the couple. Beside that, the age is the most for dating is around 15-17 years around 46.15%. The objectives of this research are to see the factors related to sexual behavior for youth in privet senior high schools of Bukittingi in 2018.Type od this research is analytic descriptive by using cross sectional study approching. The population of this resaerch is all of privatte students of senior high school. The number of the population is 613 students by using proporsional stratified random sampling. The total of the sample is 100 students. Data is calculated manually and anlyzed as univariat in frequency dsitubution table and bivariat by using chi-square statistical test.The result of the reseach shows that 60% respondents have negavtice attitude, 58% respondents effects of pairs, 60% bad effects of mass media, 64% respondents have negative sexual behavior. Thera are correlation among attitude, pairs and mass media with sexual behavior with score p=0.037,0.000 and 0.030.It can be condluded that main factors influences sexual behavior for youth is pairs. It is suggested to the teacher in private senior high school bukittinggi to improve the promotion and give lesson about sexual behavior, and bad effect if follow the risk bahavior pairs and effect if do sexual behavior toward the caouple before married.  Keywords : attitude, effect of pairs, mass media exposure, sexual behavior.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding coverage at the Lubuk Repeat Aling health center is at 73.8% with the implementation of IMD being at 79.1% IMD plays an important role in reducing infant mortality and increasing the success of exclusive breastfeeding. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of counseling on improving the behavior of pregnant women about IMD and exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of the Labukulang Aling Health Center in 2021. This type of research is a Quast Experiment with a Pre-test and Post-test group design. The population is all 3rd trimester pregnant women in the working area of the Lubuk Repeat Aling Health Center as many as 45 mothers. The sample is 45 people. Analysis of the results was carried out using the independent Sample T Test. The results showed that the average knowledge before was 7.98, knowledge after intervention was 13.09, the mean difference was 5.111. From 45 respondents, the average attitude before the intervention was 28.49, the attitude after the intervention was 32.58, and the mean difference was 4.089. The results of the statistical test obtained p value 0.000, it can be concluded that there is an Effectiveness of Lecture and Booklet Method Counseling on the Knowledge and Attitudes of Pregnant Women About IMD and Exclusive Breastfeeding in the Working Area of the Lubuk Repeat Aling Solok Selatan Health Center in 2021. Knowledge and Attitudes of Pregnant Women About IMD and Exclusive Breastfeeding in the Work Area of the Lubuk Repeat Aling Solok Selatan Health Center in 2021. Abstract

Bleeding can occur at any gestational age. The incidence of bleeding in early pregnancy is often associated with abortion. The frequency of spontaneous abortion in Indonesia is 10%-15% of 5 million pregnancies each year or 500,000-750,000. At the Colonel Abundjani Hospital Bangko, the number of abortions in 2020 was 232 people (25.6%) and in 2021 there were 176 (24.8%) people. The purpose of the study was to determine the risk factors for abortion at the Colonel Abundjani Bangko Regional Hospital in 2022. The study was carried out from February to May 2022 at the Colonel Abundjani Bangko Regional Hospital. Variables are parity, age, disease history, gestational distance, nutritional status, parity and history of abortion. While the dependent variable is abortion, the type of research is Observational, descriptive design. The population of all mothers who have abortions in 2019 - 2021 is 566 people with a sample obtained using purposive sampling of 293 people. The data uses secondary data. Analyzed by univariate analysis. The results showed that more than half of the 167 respondents (57%) were aged 20-35 years. 185 respondents (63.1%) had pregnancy intervals > 2 years. 212 (72.4%) have a parity of 1-3 people. 124 respondents (42.3%) had no history of disease. 224 respondents (76.5%) had normal nutritional status. 122 respondents (41.6%) had missed abortions. The conclusion of this study is that many respondents had missed abortions. It is expected for hospitals to always provide health services in carrying out care for patients, especially health workers on duty in hospitals and provide information in order to improve the quality of health services, especially about problems that occur in pregnant women causing abortion.Keywords: Risk, Abortion Incidence.
