Abstract

ABSTRAKData Badan Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) tahun 2020 masih menunjukkan rata-rata angka pemberian ASI eksklusif di dunia baru berkisar 38 persen. Di Indonesia meskipun sejumlah besar perempuan (96%) menyusui anak. Sumatra Barat didapatkan dilakukan IMD 62,7% dengan lama IMD < 1 jam sebanyak 86,8%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Faktor - Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Air Susu Ibu Pada Ibu Yang Menyusui Di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Rimbo Data Tahun 2021. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan crosectional pada tanggal 10 Juli sampai 10 Agustus 2021 di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Rimbo Data, populasi dalam penelitian ini 45 orang, dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 45 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling dan data di olah secara univariate dan bivariate. Hasil univariat didapatkan 55,6% makanan cukup, 51,1% pemberian ASI tidak sesuai, 57,8% tidak dilakukan perawatan payudara, 62,2% pola istirahat kurang cukup, 55,6% responden bekerja, 51,1% dukungan suami, 62,2% produksi ASI cukup. Hasil bivariate didapatkan makanan ibu (p =0,0015, OR=6), pemberian ASI ibu (p=0,019, OR=6), perawatan payudara ibu (0,000, OR=3), pola istirahat ibu (p=0,000, OR=19), dukungan suami (p=0,000, OR=22). artinya ada hubungan makanan ibu, pemberian ASI ibu, perawatan payudara ibu, pola istirahat ibu, dukungan suami dengan Produksi Air Susu Ibu Pada Ibu Yang Menyusui. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adanya hubungan makanan ibu, pemberian ASI ibu, perawatan payudara ibu, pola istirahat ibu, dukungan suami dengan Produksi Air Susu Ibu Pada Ibu Yang Menyusui. Disarankan pada pelayanan kesehatan untuk memberikan pendidikan kesehatan kepada ibu tentang jenis makanan yang dapat meningkatkan produksi ASI.Kata Kunci : Faktor Produksi ASI ABSTRACTAccording to World Health Organization (WHO) data in 2020, the average rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the world was only around 38 percent. The purpose of this study was to determine Factors Related to Breast Milk Production for Breastfeeding Mothers in Rimbo Data Community Health Center in 2021. The type of this study was analytical descriptive method with a cross-sectional approach from 10 July to 10 August 2021 in working area of Rimbo Data Community Health Center. The population was 45 people and by using total sampling technique 45 people were chosen as the samples. The data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate. Analysis. The univariate results obtained 55.6% of the respondents had adequate diet, 51.1% of them had inappropriate breastfeeding, 57.8% of the respondents did not do breast care, 62.2% of them had insufficient rest pattern, 55.6% of respondents had a job, 51.1% of them stated that they receivedgood support from their husband, 62.2% of them had sufficientbreast milk production. Moreover, the bivariate results obtained maternal food (p = 0.0015, OR = 6), mother's breastfeeding (p = 0.019, OR = 6), maternal breast care (0.000, OR = 3), mother's rest pattern (p = 0.000, OR =19), husband's support (p=0.000, OR=22). it means that there was a relationship between mother's food, mother's breastfeeding, mother's breast care, mother's rest pattern, husband's support toward breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers. In short, there was a correlation between maternal food, maternal breastfeeding, maternal breast care, maternal rest patterns, husband's support and breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers. It is recommended that health services provide health education to mothers in order to increase breast milk production. Keywords               : Breast Milk Production Factors

Abstract

ABSTRAKKelas ibu hamil merupakan sarana belajar bersama tentang kesehatan bagi ibu hamil dalam bentuk tatap muka dalam kelompok yang bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu hamil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan kelas ibu hamil di masa pandemi COVID 19 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sungai Liuk kota Sungai Penuh Provinsi Jambi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif Eksploratif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi.Informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 20 orang.Dimana Pemilihannya secara purposivesampling.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 23 Juni – 3 Juli 2021.Analisis data yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, Penyajian, penarikan kesimpulan.Dari hasil penelitian diketahui kunjungan kelas ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sungai Liuk mengalami penurunan.Pelaksanaan kelas ibu hamil tidak rutin.Ditemukan juga kurangnya sarana dan prasarana kelas ibu hamil antara lain matras, sound system, LCD, alat peraga seperti boneka, baju kangguru. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan ibu hamil tidak bervariasi, metode yang digunakan hanya metode kelompok dan ceramah, tidak menggunakan demontrasi, penugasan, simulasi dan curah pendapat. Terjadi penurunan kunjungan kelas ibu hamil, tidak rutinnya pelaksanaan kelas ibu hamil, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, metode yang digunakan dalam penyampaian materi tidak bervariasi.Diharapkan ibu hamil yang aktif mengikuti kelas ibu hamil dapat membantu mempromosikan kegiatan kelas ibu hamil kepada ibu hamil yang kurang aktif, sehingga diharapkan semua ibu hamil yang ada di wilayah Puskesmas Sungai Liuk mengikuti kelas ibu hamil.Kata Kunci                :Kelas ibu hamil, Pelaksanaan, Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

ABSTRAKNyeri persalinan pada tahap pertama atau kala 1 disebabkan karena kontraksi rahim yang menyebabkan dilatasi dan penipisan servik. Nyeri ini semakin lama semakin kuat, sehingga akan menimbulkan stress yang menyebabkan melemahnya kontraksi rahim dan berakibat pada persalinan lama atau kala I lama. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penggunaan Pain Reliever Terhadap Penurunan Nyeri Ibu Bersalin Kala I Fase Aktif dengan Menggunkan Kompres Air Hangat di Klinik P dan PMB Y. Jenis penelitian adalah Pra-experimental dengan desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Postest Design. Penelitian Telah dilakukan di Klinik Y dan PMB P. Penelitian telah dilakukan pada bulan Juni-Agustus 2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang melakukan persalinan di bulan Mei dan Juni di Klinik P dan PMB Y yang berjumlah 42 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data univariate dengan menampilkan frekuensi dan persentase dan analisa bivariate dengan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil Peneliotian diperoleh p value = 0,000 (p value<0,050) maka ini berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak di simpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pemberian Pain Reliever terhadap penurunan nyeri pada ibu bersalin kala I. Kesimpulan yaitu Adanya pengurangan nyeri setelah dilakukan kompres air hangat menggunakan Pain Reliever  pada ibubersalin kala I fase aktif. Disarankan bagi Bidan di Klinik dan PMB  agar dapat menggunakan Pain Reliever sebagai metode alternatif dalam mengurangi nyeri ibu bersalin kala I fase Akrif. Kata Kunci       : Nyeri, pain reliever, ibu bersalin

Abstract

Long parturition is one of the causes of maternal and fetal death. By consuming dates before delivery, besides being filling, it is also useful for making the uterine contractions more regular. The purpose of the study was to compare the processing of oven date Cookies and steamed date Cookies to the acceleration of the second stage of labor at BPM Az Jambi City in 2021. This research is a pre-experimental study with two posttest groups. This research was carried out at BPM Azimah Jambi City in July 2021. The population in this study were all mothers who gave birth at BPM Azimah in july-august 2021. The sample of this study used purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by processing and giving oven date Cookies and steamed date Cookies to the second stage of labor and assessing the acceleration of labor. The analysis used is univariate and bivariate. The results showed that the average acceleration of labor in the second stage given oven Cookies was 26.8 minutes, while the average description for the second stage of labor given steamed Cookies was 30.6 minutes. There is no difference in the average acceleration of labor in the second stage of processing oven and steamed date Cookies at BPM A Jambi City in 2021 with a p value of 0.559. It can be concluded that giving oven date Cookies and steamed date Cookies has no difference on the progress of labor. Abstract

Prolonged labor is one of the causes of maternal death. The percentage of this case is 20% of all cases of causes of maternal death and 60% of cases of prolonged labor are inadequate. The inadequacy occurs because many women undergo an active phase for more than 6 hours and the cervical opening acceleration is less than 1 hour / cm. The purpose of this study was to determine The Effect of Egg Tea on the First Stage of Labor at BPM "A" Agam Regency in 2021. It was quasi experimental study with posttest design with only none equivalent control. This study was conducted at BPM "A" Agam Regency on February-March 2021. The samples were 20 people (1 control groups and 1 treatment groups). The data were collected through interviews and direct observation. The measuring instrument used pathograph. Then, it was analyzed by univariate and bivariate analysis by using the T test. The results of the study found the average childbirth in the control group was 3.3 hours and the average delivery in the treatment group was 2.6 hours. There is an effect of egg tea administration on the duration of delivery when I, with the result of a symp.sig value of 0.026 < α 0.05. In short, there was an effect of egg tea on the duration of the first stage of labor at BPM "A" Agam Regency in 2021. It is hoped that midwives improve the quality of delivery to women who give birth by carrying out proper handling of women who are at risk of dehydration and lack of energy during the labor process. how to rehydrate by consuming egg tea. Keywords: First Stage Labor, Duration of First Stage Labor, Egg Tea

Abstract

Non-natural disasters caused by Corona Virus or Covid-19 are the increasing number of victims and property losses, expanding the coverage of areas affected by disasters, and having implications for broad socio-economic aspects in Indonesia. The initial survey obtained from IV Koto Community Health Center from 10 maternal assistants during Covid 19 era, 4 people had high knowledge, 6 people had low knowledge, 19 people had negative attitudes and 4 people had positive attitudes about the Covid 19 protocol. The general purpose of this study was to determine Factors Related to Compliance of Maternity Patient Assistants in Implementing Covid 19 Protocol in the New Normal Era in IV Koto Community Health Center Working Area in 2021.It was analytical descriptive research uses a cross sectional design. The data were collected using primary data, parents and husbands of mothers who gave birth in IV Koto Working Area were chosen as the samples. They were 40 samples. They had been selected by using accidental sampling.From the research results, it was found that there was a significant relationship between beliefs p = 0.008 (p <0.05). knowledge p = 0.000 (p <0.05). attitude p = 0.027 (p <0.05). In short, it can be concluded that all variables had a relationship with the compliance of the patient's assistant with Covid 19 protocol in IV Koto Community Health Center. Abstract

EBI is important in the success of breastfeeding and exclusive breastfeeding, but 87% of infants in Indonesia do not have EBI.in the working area of the Bonjol Health Center, Pasaman Regency,in 2020 only 44.98% of infants experienced EBI. This study to determine the effectiveness of providing health education about early initiation of breastfeeding (EBI) on the behavior of mothers in early breastfeeding at the Bonjol Public Health Center, Pasaman Regency in 2022. Post-test test design approach. The population in this study were pregnant women in the third trimester . Sampling using quota sampling technique with a sample of 10 people. Collecting data in this study used knowledge and attitude questionnaires and observations of EBI actions. Data analysis includes univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the average knowledge of respondents about EBI pre-test was 3.3 and post-test was 7.4, the average attitude of the pre-test was 26.7 and post-test was 34.7, and the average the mean of the pre-test was 3.4. and posttest 10.7. There is a difference in the average knowledge of pretest and posttest with an average rank of 5 and p = 0.007, there is a difference in the average attitude of pretest and posttest with an average rank of 5 and p = 0.007 and there is a difference in the average pre-test and post-test measurements with mean rank 5 and p = 0.007. It can be concluded that the provision of health education about early initiation of breastfeeding is effective in increasing EBI behavior. Therefore, it is hoped that all parties, especially health workers, always provide education about EBI in antenatal care services as an effort to prepare mothers for EBI action. Abstract

Perineal rupture is one of the causes of postpartum hemorrhage. This rupture is the second cause of bleeding where the most maternal deaths are bleeding (1,280 cases), and it occurs in almost every first delivery and not infrequently also in subsequent deliveries. This study aimed to determine The Effectiveness of Perineal Lubrication and Massage by Using Olive Oil toward Rupture During Labor at BPM Mawar Kerinci in 2021. The type of this study was group comparison pre-experimental design. Statistical test with Whitney Mann test. The population was primigravida pregnant women with a minimum gestational at 36 weeks. There were 30 pregnant women that chosen as the samples. It was divided into 2 groups, namely a group of pregnant women with olive oil and a group of pregnant women with perineal massage with olive oil. The results showed that in the olive oil smear group, there were 5 people (33.33%) and first-degree rupture were 6 people (40.0%), and as many as 4 people (25.67%) did not experience rupture of the perineum. In the perineal massage group with olive oil, 8 people (53.33%) did not have perineal rupture and 7 people (46.67%) experienced grade 1. Based on the analysis of the Whitney Mann test found a significant p value of 0.033 (< 0.05), it means that there was a significant difference between perineal rubbing and massage with olive oil on the incidence of perineal rupture. In short, it can concluded and perineal massage with olive oil can prevent perineal rupture better than applying olive oil in normal delivery. This program can be applied in midwifery clinical practice, especially for primigravida pregnant women.Keywords: Perineal rupture, perineal massage, olive oil

Abstract

Background: Exclusive breastfeeding for six months is one of the global strategies to improve growth, development, health and survival of infants. However, the coverage of failing in providing exclusive breastfeeding are still high in many countries. Lactagogum is a substance that can increase milk production, lactagogum can be found in the Coleus amboinicus lour plant. Purpose: To identify the effect of providing Coleus amboinicus lour ice cream on breast milk production. Methods: This research employed an experimental study with a quasi-experimental research design and three group pre-test and post-test design on 15 respondents. The variables used are consuming Coleus amboinicus lour as the independent variable and milk production for the dependent variable. Statistical test using univariate and bivariate data analysis and Paired sample t test, using SPSS V. 26 Results: The results showed that 3 groups consisted of 15 respondents with the average breast milk production based on the baby’s weight of 3020 grams before consuming ice cream, 2940 grams after consuming 15 grams of ice cream, and 3040 grams after consuming 25 grams of ice cream. Besides, the frequency value of the baby’s weight after the treatment increased to 3051 grams, 3120 grams with 15 grams of ice cream, 3258 grams with 25 grams of ice cream. The Paired sample t-test obtained p = 0.0005 (p <0.05) and the independent t-test obtained a sig value of 0.015 and a sig. 0.008 (< 0.05) Conclusion: It can be concluded that there is an effect of giving Coleus amboinicus lour ice cream on the increase of breast milk production. It is suggested to provide Coleus amboinicus lour ice cream can be a solution in providing exclusive breastfeeding services for smooth breastfeeding.
