Abstract

Prospective new students will apply to one or more of the colleges, and choose more than one major. Prospective new students who are declared to have passed more than one university will choose a better college, and will withdraw from other universities. Universities that are not re-registered will suffer losses and must look for other prospective new students. So a decision support system for the resignation of prospective new students was built using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method by selecting the criteria and weight stages, to determine the factors supporting the decision. The criteria used to build this system are grades, parents' income, majors and location. This decision support system can assist the staff of the new student admissions committee in obtaining data in the form of a list of prospective new students who re-register and resign. Based on the results of testing on the system, the accuracy value is 86.96%. So it can be concluded that this system has been able to be used for the selection of prospective new students.

Abstract

The Entrepreneurship Development Program (PPK) is a community service program that aims to create new, independent entrepreneurs. PPK provides opportunities and opportunities for students and alumni of the Bengkalis State Polytechnic to utilize their expertise into business opportunities. The PPK has a positive impact in inspiring people to support the improvement of the campus entrepreneurial ecosystem. Students and alumni with skills that have economic value, are nurtured and prepared to become new entrepreneurs. Through the PPK, new entrepreneurs have been born in the fields of IT, animal husbandry, culinary, animation, creative economy, photogrammetry and geospatial information, MC services, printing, and drone services. The PPK is like a midwife for the birth of new and independent entrepreneurs in Bengkalis Regency.

Abstract

Information about tourist attractions, hotels and culinary Bengkalis not yet complete and detailed. So that the local tourists who visit Bengkalis less get the information. For that purpose, it is designed the search application of tourist, hotel and culinary place in Bengkalis by utilizing Global Positioning System (GPS) technology on android device and generate a website which is used to input all information needed by android application to database server by admin. This application is designed using Java programming language and MySQL as database. System design uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) which consists of use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram and class diagram while database design using entity relationship diagram. The results achieved is a search application of tourist attractions, hotels and culinary in Bengkalis by utilizing Global Positioning System (GPS) technology found on android device to facilitate users to get information and search for tourist attractions, hotels and culinary in Bengkalis.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Bengkalis Subdistrict have not been maximized in utilizing information technology to increase sales of products owned. This is due to the lack of utilizing media promotion, lack of knowledge of business people about information technology and limited market access. According to the results of direct observations to several business actors in Bengkalis Regency, product marketing was carried out by entrusting products to food and mini-market stores in Bengkalis Regency. This study aims to build a decision-making system for the selection of SMEs in Bengkalis Regency by using the Unified Modeling Language design model, which consists of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams. In determining the decision to determine the right promotional media the method used is Fuzzy Mamdani, which consists of five criteria, namely promotion costs, duration, place, market segment, and ad scale. While alternatives as decisions are television, radio, newspapers, internet and pamphlets. Abstract

Pemerintah desa Air Putih Kecamatan Bengkalis memberikan Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) kepada masyarakat sebagai upaya membantu masyarakat dalam mengatasi masalah perkonomian sebagai dampak dari pandemi covid-19. Dalam menentukan penerima BLT, pemerintah desa Air Putih melaksanakan beberapa tahapan secara manual seperti melaksanakan musyawarah. Dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penerima Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) berbasis website untuk membantu menentukan penerima BLT agar lebih cepat dan akurat. Sistem ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode SMARTER dengan pembobotan ROC (Rank Order Centroid) pada masing-masing kriteria dan sub kriteria. Hasil dari penerapan metode SMARTER pada sistem adalah sistem menampilkan data alternatif secara berurutan berdasarkan ranking yang dapat membantu dalam menentukan penerima BLT. Dari 60 data lapangan, penerapan SMARTER pada sistem ini memiliki akurasi sebesar 86,6%. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah metode Extreme Programming.

Abstract

Final Project is a term used in Indonesia to illustrate a scientific paper in the form of exposure to written research results, discussing a problem in a particular field of science by using applicable rules. STIA Lancang Kuning is still not effective and efficient in terms of campus services for final year students, especially when submitting the final project title because it still uses manual methods. The file study program is recapsed one by one into Microsoft Excel, so there is a high risk of data input errors due to human error, not to mention the possibility of duplicate titles that could have occurred, where titles that have been submitted can be submitted again by other students. The process needs to be supported by implementing technology, namely by using the web as an implementing medium. The author uses the PHP programming language and MYSQL database which aims to build an information system for the final project title submission which is expected to support and facilitate the process of submitting the final project title and easily obtain information about campus services, especially when submitting a final project at STIA Lancang Kuning.
