Abstract

Hospitals have the function and purpose of health service facilities which carry out service activities in the form of outpatient services, inpatient services, emergency services, referral services which include medical record services and medical support and are used for education, training and research for health workers. Medical record is written evidence regarding the service process provided to patients by doctors and other health workers, where with this written evidence, the medical record provided can be accounted for, with the aim of supporting orderly administration in efforts to improve medical record health services. The H. Abdul Manap Regional General Hospital, Jambi City, has implemented a medical record information system in its patient data collection service process, but it is still not integrated in terms of patient data collection from registration to medical records. The methodology used in designing this information system uses the UML (Unified Modeling Language) Model. This methodology can be used to analyze and design a medical record information system for the H. Abdul Manap Regional General Hospital, Jambi City, so that the results of this medical record information system can help overcome existing problems and no more recording data repeatedly and when data is needed can be seen immediately

Abstract

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is a medical record system that uses electronics based on a sheet ofpaper / medical record file in the handling of patients. However, this EMR system does not alwaysdevelop rapidly in other Hospitals / Clinics / Health Care Centers, one of them at Kambang Eye Clinic.The purpose of analyzing data processing on the business process of medical record in Kambang EyeClinic which there are still many obstacles such as lack of data accuracy, frequent inconsistency andredundancy of data, and the length of process of searching and accessing data needed because there is nointegrated system between one with other. As well as designing Electronic Medical Record System (EMR)Web Based on Kambang Eye Clinic is using PHP programming language and using object-basedmodeling techniques to describe the analysis and system design, namely in the form of use case diagrams,class diagrams, and activity diagrams. Abstract

In a tertiary institution, the existence of lecturers is needed to carry out the tridharma activities of higher education and it is the responsibility of the lecturers themselves. Higher Education Tridharma covers Education, Research and Service. There are several problems that researchers see related to the performance of lecturers, especially for the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi Higher Education. So far, the processing of lecturer performance data at the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi is carried out conventionally, namely inputting data into Microsoft Excel by the admin on duty and additional files that have been submitted by each lecturer are simply stored on the computer without a data center or centralized data storage. . The purpose of this study is to analyze and design a lecturer performance report information system that is able to simplify business processes, use lecturer performance reports according to needs and process lecturer performance data which includes identity data, lecturer tridharma data, and other supporting data more effectively and efficiently by system prototyping method that produces a web-based lecturer performance report information system at the Muhammadiyah University of Jambi to overcome existing problems

Abstract

At present, the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is not only happening in the industrial world but also in government agencies that apply technology to fulfill service needs to the community. The government is expected to answer all community needs by providing the best services based on information technology. One of them is the Jambi City Public Complaint Information System Applications or Online-Based Jambi City Community Complaint Application (SiKesal) is a form of information technology-based service application for incoming public complaints dominated by infrastructure, roads, drainage, cleanliness, street lights, clean water, and parking problems and about damage to be repaired. With the public complaint report, it will not be followed up by the relevant OPD admin, so it is necessary to train how to use the SiKesal application for OPD Admins in Jambi City so that each OPD admin knows what to do. On this basis, in the community service program (PkM) activities on this occasion, assistance in using the SiKesal application for OPD admins in the Jambi City which is one of the right solutions for the government to improve government services to the community so that public satisfaction and trust in the government can increase.

Abstract

Software Modeling is a scientific discipline for studying forms of software modeling that are used as part of the software development stages in a structured and object-oriented manner. This software engineering modeling is presented in Requirements Analysis and described using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method. UML (Unified Modeling Language) is a visual modeling method used as a means of designing object-oriented systems. UML diagrams that are often used are Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Statemachine Diagrams and Component Diagrams. There are several applications that support UML creation, one of which is Draw.io. Draw.io is a website specifically designed for depicting UML diagrams online. It has a very responsive display and is integrated with Google's file storage service, namely Google Drive, so draw.io is an alternative for creating UML diagrams in a shorter time. On this basis, in the Community Service (PkM) program activities on this occasion, UML creation activities were carried out using the draw.io application and assistance in using UML in analyzing needs is one of the right solutions for solving problems in order to expand knowledge, simplify and improve the quality of education. and will overcome problems, time and socio-economic
