Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat menjelaskan bagaimana strategi BUMDes dalam pengembangan potensi ekonomi di Desa Bonto Sinala Kecamatan Sinjai Borong. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Informan penelitian, kepala Desa Bonto Sinala, ketua BUMDes Sipatuo, pengurus BUMDes Sipatuo, dan masyarakat. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi BUMDes dalam pengembangan potensi ekonomi di Desa Bonto Sinala Kecamatan Sinjai Borong.Berdampak baik bagi masyarakat Desa Bonto Sinala dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.Mulai dari pengelolaan, pemasaran dan sumber daya manusianya. Pengelolaan dilakukan BUMDes Sipatuo dalam proses pengelolaan gula semut ada 2 yaitu pengelolaan dilakukan melalui home industry dan pegelolan melalui rumah produksi. Pemasaran, dengan cara pemasaran dari promosi, melalui sosialisasi kelompok-kelompok tani, melalui sosial media, mengikuti kegiatan pameran-pameran yang biasa diadakan oleh pemerintah daearah maupun provinsi dan melakukan kerja sama dengan beberapa perusahan. Sumber daya manusia, yaitu pengurus BUMDes, kelompok-kelompok petani aren, kelompok-kelompok dasawisma dan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the democratic principles of legislative members in Sinjai Regency in the era of the Covid-19 Pandemic. This type of research is qualitative, data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of the democratic principles of the members of the DPRD of Sinjai Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic went well and was not affected by the pandemic. This can be seen from the continued fulfillment of democratic principles. Settlement of disputes is carried out peacefully and institutionally with reference to decision making based on the rules of the DPRD of Sinjai Regency, persuasive steps and mediation through the Honorary Board of the DPRD of Sinjai Regency. In responding to changes that occur in society, members of the Sinjai DPRD encouraged the Sinjai Regency Government to take quick steps in reducing the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, it also educates the public to be able to make peace with the pandemic conditions and can understand the importance of preventing the transmission of Covid-19 through health protocols and social distancing. The implementation of the change of leadership in the Sinjai Regency DPRD is still carried out according to applicable regulations and the schedule that should be and is not affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, law enforcement always avoids the use of force. Members of the DPRD of Sinjai Regency also acknowledge and consider it natural that differences exist and consider these differences as a blessing, and strive to ensure the upholding of justice by escorting the distribution of social assistance and guarding the political rights of the community at the 2022 Simultaneous Village Head Election event.

Abstract

The work program of the central government is of course also a program for the Regional Government. This is a reference for the government in Biroro Village, East Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency, South Sulawesi Province at this time in realizing and implementing development programs that have been set by the Biroro Village Government. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Agriculture-Based Independent Village Program in Biroro Village, East Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. The type of research is qualitative, where the data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The informants consisted of the Head of Biroro Village, Agricultural Extension Center, Village Government Officials, Biroro Village BPD, and Gapoktan (Farmers Group Association). Data analysis techniques were carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Based on the results of the study, that communication in the implementation of the Agriculture-Based Independent Village Development Program between the Village Government and community leaders, as well as farmer group institutions in the implementation of the Agriculture-Based Independent Village Program has been well established, where the Village Government involves the entire community so that they can participate in every activity. implementation of development programs

Abstract

The need for clean water is increasing over time, but the supply of natural resources in the form of clean and healthy drinking water is starting to decrease in several districts. Clean and healthy water is needed to support all community activities every day because water plays an important role for family needs, irrigation, recreation, and industry. This study aims to find out how the director's strategy in improving the quality of drinking water services at Perumda Tirta Sinjai Bersatu is related to problems, complaints and public complaints. This research includes qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study are: Director of Perumda Tirta Sinjai Bersatu, Head of service and billing, Head of subscription relations, Head of Division. Production, Head of Distribution Subdivision and Community as customers of clean water at Perumda Tirta Sinjai Bersatu The data analysis techniques used are data collection, decision making or verification. The results of this study reveal that the Director's strategy in Improving the Quality of Drinking Water Services at Perumda Tirta Sinjai Bersatu is the quality of drinking water services in the form of Direct Evidence, Reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit of Satpol-PP in controlling immoral behavior in Sinjai Regency. The type of research used is qualitative. The results of the study show that from the point of view of handling complaint reports, action procedures, raids to the handling and resolution of asusia problems. In addition, the reduction in the number of reported immoral violations is currently based on the work system of the civil service police unit of the Sinjai district in involving community participation in providing information/complaints and how the activity procedure goes well.
