Abstract

Kajian Pemupukan  N, P, Dan K  Terhadap Jagung (Zea mays Linn) Pada Lahan Kering Tanah Typic Ustropepts. Assessment of N, P, and K fertilizer to upland maize on Typic Ustropepts.   Assessment was conducted in Jeneponto South Sulawesi, started on October 2004 until March 2005. The objective was to know respon of maize (hybrid and non hybrid variety) to N, P, K fertilizer on upland and to compare farmer’s practice and complete NPK application. A split plot design with five replications was used. Maize variety was used as main plot, and omission plot (fertilizer application) as sub plot. Result showed as follows : 1) Maize respond to N, P, K fertilizer: 2) Un complete fertilizers application caused growth and field quality of maize become lower (10-30%). Complete fertilizers application (N,P,K:200:35:100) indicated much more higher yield (5,5 t/ha) than farmer’s practice (<150 N) with yield of 3,8 t/ha. Hybrid variety of BISI-2 give higher yield (5,67 t/ha) than non hybrid variety of Lamuru (3,3 t/ha). On dry land of typic Ustropepts, under dry climate, nutrient deficiency of N, P, K (low nutrient status), in Jeneponto, N, P, K fertilizer application suggested were 200:35:100 kg/ha or equally to 440 kg Urea, 223 kg SP-36, 191 kg KCl/ha, plus 500 kg organic metter/ha, with dibbling application, plant spacing of 75 x 20 cm2, one plant/hill.  Kajian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Jeneponto Sulawesi Selatan pada bulan Oktober 2004 sampai Maret 2005. Tujuan kajian mengetahui tanggap tanaman jagung hibrida dan non hibrida terhadap pupuk N, P, dan K pada tanah Typic Ustropepts di lahan kering dan membandingkan aplikasi pemupukan cara petani dan lengkap NPK. Kajian dilakukan melalui pendekatan petak omisi dengan Rancangan Percobaan Petak Terpisah dengan lima ulangan, dimana varietas merupakan petak utama, sementara petak omisi (pemupukan) sebagai anak petak. Hasil kajian menunjukkan sebagai berikut: 1) Tanaman jagung tanggap terhadap pupuk N, P, dan K: 2) Pemberian pupuk yang tidak lengkap menyebabkan pertumbuhan dan hasil berkurang  (10-30%). Aplikasi pupuk lengkap N, P, dan K (200:35:100) menunjukkan hasil lebih tinggi (5,5 t/ha) dibanding cara petani (<150 N) yang hanya mencapai 3,8 t/ha. Jagung hibrida BISI-2 hasilnya lebih tinggi dari pada jagung non hibrida varietas Lamuru  (3,34 t/ha). Pada lahan kering Typic Ustropepts, iklim kering, kekurangan hara N, P, dan K (status hara rendah) di Jeneponto, anjuran aplikasi pupuk untuk jagung adalah 200:35:100 kg/ha atau setara dengan 440 kg Urea, 223 kg SP-36, 191 kg KCl/ha, disertai dengan 500 kg pupuk organik/ha. Aplikasi pupuk disarankan secara tugal, jarak tanam 75x20 cm2, satu tanaman/lubang.

Abstract

An Assessment Time of Strangulation on Flowering Induction of Pummelo ‘Cikoneng’ (Citrus grandis (L.) Osbeck). Field assessment was conducted at Farmer’s Field Bantarmara Village, Cisarua, Sumedang region, West Java from August 2007 to May 2008, to determine the effect of different strangulation times on flowering induction of Pummelo during flowering-off season. Three strangulation times (1,2 and 3 months after harvest, MAH) were arranged in randomized complete block design with 6 (six) replications. An assessment results showed that strangulation at 3 MAH effectively induced flowering appearance (83%) and increased numbers of generative shoots, flowering cluster, bud, blooming, fruit formation and fruit setting. On the other hand, all treated plants had higher C/N ration than control. Kajian lapang dilaksanakan di Tanah Petani (TP) Bantarmara, kecamatan Cisarua, kabupaten Sumedang, Jawa Barat dari bulan Agustus 2007 sampai Mei 2008, untuk melihat waktu strangulasi yang tepat untuk menginduksi bunga diluar musim. Tiga waktu strangulasi (1, 2 dan 3 bulan setelah panen, BSP) disusun menurut rancangan acak kelompok dan 6 (enam) ulangan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa waktu strangulasi 3 BSP cukup efektif menginduksi jumlah muncul bunga (83%), tetapi mempengaruhi jumlah tunas generative, kluster bunga, kuncup bunga, bunga mekar, buah terbentuk dan fruit set masing-masing 32,67; 28,17; 220,00; 143.33; 61,17 dan 39,02%. Di samping itu, rasio C/N daun pada semua perlakuan lebih tinggi dari control.

Abstract

This research is the classroom action research (PTK). It is held toward students of Department of Agribusiness 4 semester sixth of academic year 2014/2015 Faculty of Agriculture North Sumatra Muhammadiyah University, which is amount 40 persons. The research aims to improve the student’s learning result that in the low level and did not achieve the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) of 65 score. This classroom action research uses learning media of video which is used as instrument to motivate the students in the learning process so that the learning result become better and achieve the score of KKM. The instruments are used by researcher is the 20-questions-multiple-choice and 5-question-essay test, observation sheet either for researcher or students, and using media of video. The student’s learning result of the first cycle is the highest score of 78 and the lowest score 56. While the student’s learning result in the second cycle obtaining the highest score of 88 and the lowest score of 68. The average score of first cycle is 68.65 experienced an increase in the second cycle with the average score of 81.15. This shows that learning media of video plays an important role in improving the student’s learning result.

Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the relationship of services quality of ship agency, interpersonal communication with user satisfaction in PT Buana Listya Tama, both partially and simultaneously. The research uses quantitative methods by doing survey, and the data were analyzed using correlation and regression. The results show that the variables of interpersonal communication and service quality have a significant relationship either partially or simultaneously with customer satisfaction. Variable quality of service has a positive and significant correlation with t value of 4.905 and greater than t table of 1.998 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Interpersonal communication variables also has a positive correlation with customer satisfaction with the value of tcount equals to 6,108 and greater than t table of 1.998 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Through the F test it is found that the quality of service and interpersonal communication are simultaneously correlated with satisfaction where the F count is larger than F table (90.839> 2.75) so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The coefficient of determination (R Square) between variables is 0.749 or 74.9%. The amount of the contribution of service quality and interpersonal communication on customer satisfaction is 74.9%, whereas 25.1% influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

Metode EOQ merupakan salah satu metode yang paling sering diterapkan untuk mengetahui jumlah persediaan bahan baku terbaik yang dibutuhkan perusahaan untuk menjaga kelancaran produksinya dengan biaya yang efisien. Metode ini sering dipakai karena mudah untuk dilaksanakan dan mampu memberikan solusi yang terbaik bagi perusahaan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan menggunakan metode EOQ tidak saja diketahui berapa jumlah persediaan yang paling efisien bagi perusahaan tetapi akan diketahui juga biaya yang akan dikeluarkan perusahaan dengan persediaan bahan baku yang dimilikinya dihitung dengan (Total Inventory Cost ) dan waktu yang paling tepat untuk mengadakan pembelian kembali (dihitung dengan Re-order Point). Untuk home industry roti mekar sari berdasarkan prasurvey belum mengatur pengendalian persediaan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan oleh perusahaan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  besarnya jumlah pesanan , besarnya biaya persediaan , jumlah pembelian yang optimal bahan baku tepung terigu dengan menggunakan metode EOQ. Metode penelitian dalam hal ini dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif untuk membahas permasalahan yang sifatnya menguraikan, menggambarkan, membandingkan, suatu data atau keadaan, melukiskan dan menerangkan hasil penelitian sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan, Untuk menghitung besarnya EOQ dan ROP. Hasil Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa home industry usaha roti sekarsari menerapkan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ)tahun 2017 dengan pembelian bahan baku nyang optimal. Maka terdapat adanya selisih penghematan pengeluaran total biaya untuk bahan baku gula sebesar  Rp. 442.187 dan bahan baku tepung sebesar Rp. 691.574. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, maka sebaiknya Home Industry Usaha roti sekarsari menerapkan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dalam menentukan kuantitas pembelian bahan baku yang  optimal. Sehingga dapat meminimumkan total biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan setiap tahunnya

Abstract

Prediction of Acid Mine Drainage Forming using Method of Column Leaching Test. One of the environmental problems in coal mining activities is the formation of acid mine drainage. Prediction of the formation of acid mine drainage is important as an effort to control environmental impacts. Acid mine water occurs with interactions between potentially acid-forming material with oxygen, bacteria and water. Objective of study is to analyze the potential for acid mine drainage forming based on material characteristics. The research method was carried out using static and kinetic tests. The static test method classifies materials according to the ability to produce clean acids with observed parameters such as paste pH, total sulfur, Acid Neutralizing Capacity (ANC), Net Acid Generation (NAG), Maximum Potential Acid (MPA), and Net Acid Producing Potential (NAPP). The Kinetic test method predicts the rate of acid-forming of a material. The kinetic test uses the Column Leaching Test Method by using material with composition designed to represent field condition. The kinetic method parameters are pH, electrical conductivity, acidity, alkalinity, sulfate content, and dissolved metal content (Fe, Mn, and Cd). Results of the static test classified the material into NAF Non-Acid Forming (NAF), Potential Acid Forming (PAF) and Uncertain (UC) material categories. The results of the Column Leaching Method classified the material into categories of potential and no potential to form acid mine water. The columns that have the potential to form acid mine drainage occur in columns with large amounts of tonnage of PAF material or those in the upper layer so that it reacts with oxygen. The columns that have no potential to produce acid mine drainage in columns with PAF material are in the middle layer or mixed with NAF material.
