Abstract

Along with the progress of the times and increasingly sophisticated technology, various arisan arisan, one of which is the declining arisan, where this arisan has appeared in Indonesia since 2016 which was initiated by socialite women in cyberspace or social media such as: Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapps Messenger. The focus of the problem in this research is how the online social gathering system practice has decreased at the Wahyuni ​​Shop arisan in Mentibar Village, Paloh District? 2. How is the maslahah review about the practice of online social gathering with a downward system in the perspective of maslahah at the Wahyuni ​​Shop arisan in Mentibar Village, Paloh District? This research method uses an approach in this research is to use a field approach (field research) with the type of descriptive research (qualitative), the community's understanding of the online social gathering practice system decreases in Maslahah perspective in Mentibar Village, Paloh District. The results of this study show that the online social gathering system practice decreased at the Wahyuni ​​shop arisan, more or less the same as the social gathering in general, where the online social gathering participants will get money according to the agreed sequence number. Each participant gets a different payment and the number of receipts, the initial serial number will pay more than the amount received and the final serial number will get a receipt greater than the amount to be paid. Apart from unequal dues, the provisions that have been made by the admin in the arisan must also be obeyed by every arisan participant. Analysis of Islamic law only two things are allowed (numbering system and admin fee) and others are not in accordance with Islamic law because in its implementation, each member of the arisan pays money with different nominal values, some benefit and some are disadvantaged.

Abstract

This research departs from the phenomenon of Galing Village community is seen as a society with Middle-down economic conditions. This fact is inversely proportional to the consumption style of Galing villagers who tend to be consumptive and luxurious. This study uses a qualitative approach and type of case study research. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted by interview, observation, documentation. Data analysis techniques include: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. Data validity test is done by: extend participation, triangulation observation persistence, and member checking. Transferability test (certainty of data with detail), dependability test by auditing the research process and conformality Test Test the results of research (certainty of data) to draw conclusions. The results of this study indicate: first, the consumption of Galing villagers based on factors that affect consumption: income, number of family members, tastes, age, education level, environmental trends and religiosity have a positive effect on the consumption of Galing villagers. The income of each profession is influenced by the income of other professions. All professions have income tends to fluctuate except civil servants, therefore some professions get around it by looking for other income, saving, saving gold metal assets or debt to meet daily needs. the causes of the consumption style of the affluent and luxurious people; the former being a migrant worker or having a family being a migrant worker, looking for other income besides the main income characteristics of the upper class economy: priority needs are oriented towards future economic welfare, the lower economy: the main expenditure is to meet food needs and to increase non-investment assets Secondly, the phenomenon of consumption is contrary and in accordance with Abdul Mannan's 5 Principles of consumption ethics; not using formalin in accordance with the principle of Justice. Drug consumption, contrary to the principles of hygiene. Consumption of branded food and clothing is contrary to the principle of simplicity. Social alms at certain events according to the principle of generosity. Pray before work and work as a provision of worship in accordance with the principles of morality.

Abstract

This study departs from the regional elections is a manifestation of the Democratic Party, where at that time the people are directly involved in democratic life in Indonesia. Before the regional head election took place Regional Head candidates along with their success team, they conducted a campaign from one place to another, the purpose and purpose of the campaign is none other than their vision and mission as a candidate for Regional Head and far more important than all that is for the public to vote for the regional head candidate. Usually, candidates for regional heads promise everything, whatever the form, both for the benefit of the local people and to advance the economy of the region. The purpose of this study was to conduct an assessment and analysis related to the criteria for actions that can be considered as money politics in the implementation of the Sambas regency election in 2020. To describe and analyze money politics in the 2020 Sambas regency Regional Head election from the perspective of Islamic Economics. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative phenomenological approach. Data collection was conducted with research instruments in the form of a list of interviews, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations and documentation. The source of data in this study is primary data sourced from interviews with people who directly intersect with money politics, responses of religious leaders and successful teams, namely field implementers from prospective Regents and vice regents in the Sambas regency election in 2020. The data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation, conclusion or verification. Based on the results of the study, the criteria for actions that can be considered as money politics in the implementation of the Sambas regency election in 2020 include the provision of basic necessities, souvenirs in the form of sarongs, in the form of cash veils are given to fill the recitation cash, Based on the principles of Islamic Economics, the money politics that occur in Sambas regency are not in accordance with the principles of Islamic economics, because they are carried out unfairly, irresponsibly, and do not limit individual freedom.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the income that affects the interest of employees IAIS Sambas transact and use Islamic banking services in Sambas. To determine the influence of banking services IAIS Sambas employees in using Islamic banking services Sambas regency. To determine the religious level of IAIS Sambas employees in using Islamic banking services in Sambas. To determine the significant effect of variables X1, X2, X3 on variable Y in Mudharabah savings products in Islamic Banking Sambas regency. The method used in this study is the type of research used in this study is a field study using a quantitative approach. The data collection is done by research that will be conducted using indirect observation techniques because it only uses questionnaires (questionnaires) as material for data retrieval. The source of data in this study is the employees of IAIS Sambas amounting to p as many as 140 employees. The data analysis techniques in this study descriptive analysis, test research instruments, Partially, variable Islamic banking services (X1) has a value of t-count > t Table is equal to 2.419 > 1.659 and a GIS value of 0.008. Based on the hypothesis, H1 is accepted and H01 is rejected so that Sharia banking services partially affect the interest in saving. Employee income variable (X2) has a t-count value of 2.813 > 1.659 and a GIS value of 0, 043. Based on the hypothesis that H2 is accepted and h02 is rejected so that employee income partially affects the interest in saving. Employee religious variable (X3) has a t-count value of 2.380 > 1.659 and a GIS value of 0.006. Based on the hypothesis that H3 is accepted and h03 is rejected so that the employee's religion partially affects the interest in saving. In the F test (simultaneous), based on the results of the F test on the Anova table shows that the value of F is 3,232 with a probability value of 0,000 so < 0.05. Then f count > F table is 3,232 > 2,461 so that based on the hypothesis used in this study means h3 accepted and h03 rejected. Thus, employee income, Sharia banking services and employee religion simultaneously affect the interest in saving.

Abstract

The subject matter of this study discusses the application of Islamic Business Ethics to traditional stall traders who are affected by the presence of modern retail. Furthermore, from the subject matter can be drawn several formulations of the problem, namely 1) whether the impact of the rise of modern retail for the sustainability of traditional stalls in the District. Sambas 2) is a traditional stall traders in the District. Sambas understands and applies Islamic Business Ethics in its business 3) How is the sustainability of traditional warung business in Kec. What is the role of Sambas in implementing Islamic Business Ethics?. The type of research is Field Research (Field Research) with descriptive qualitative methods of analysis. Location of the study was conducted in the District of Sambas Sambas regency. The research approach used includes normative theological, sociological and phenomenological approaches. With data sources that are divided into two, namely primary data sources obtained directly from traders or buyers and secondary data sources obtained from various literature relevant to the discussion of research. Data collection methods include observation, interviews and documentation for further data collected are analyzed through data reduction, data singing and then draw conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the presence of modern retail in the middle of traditional stalls have a negative impact on the sustainability of its business, while traditional stall traders who feel the positive impact or help from the existence of modern retail is only a little, and unevenly felt by all traditional stall traders. 2) the traditional warung traders in Sambas Sub-District have applied most of the Islamic ethics to their traditional warung business, although almost all traders feel unfamiliar or unfamiliar with the term Islamic Business Ethics and its details. 3) the application of Islamic Business Ethics to traditional stall traders in the midst of the rise of modern retail in Sambas district can maintain the sustainability of their businesses. The implication of this study is the need to provide education to traditional stall traders related to Islamic business ethics, business management, utilization of technology, as well as the provision of riba-free capital. Furthermore, it invites the public to keep shopping at traditional stalls and asks the government to determine the right zone for modern retail so as not to have a negative impact on the business of traditional stalls in the vicinity.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of the Times which is characterized by economic development that is increasingly rapid, causing higher business competition. With such high competition, business people can use all means to make a profit. Deviant behavior is often found in traditional markets, among others: reduction of the measure of the scales, good quality goods with poor quality, and also there are some traders when serving buyers do not behave friendly or generous with marked service with a less friendly face. So that researchers want to know more about the application of buying and selling transactions in traditional markets according to Islamic Economics. The focus of the problem of this study is about the application, implementation, constraints, solutions of buying and selling transactions in traditional markets Islamic economic perspective. While the purpose of this study is to explain, identify and solutions for the application of buying and selling transactions in traditional markets Islamic economic perspective. The research approach is qualitative research and types using phenomenology. The number of informants from this study there are 6 traders, 6 buyers around the market and 2 market managers. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews and documentation. Technical analysis using the Miles and Huberman models. Checking the validity of the data by triangulation. The research stages consist of preparation, implementation and data analysis stages. The results of research on the first problem, in the application of buying and selling transactions are not in accordance with the principles according to Islamic Economics, and there is still fraud in the scales and service traders to buyers who are still less maintain silahturahim well. Second, the constraints that occur in both research sites are still not in accordance with the principles of Islamic Economics. Because there is one merchant who has practiced usury, has broken his promise in ordering goods, and has committed fraud. Third, solutions to reduce constraints include cooperation with BPOM. Monitor activities on a scale of goods available at the Selimbau Sub-District People's market. Conduct periodic monitoring of each trader and the location of other markets. Conduct market operations and receive complaints from buyers or traders in case of problems.
