Abstract

Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah peran kepala sekolah dalam pembelajaran di Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah. Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah adalah lembaga pendidikan keagamaan Islam pada jalur pendidikan non formal yang diselenggarakan secara terstruktur dan berjenjang sebagai pelengkap pelaksanaan pendidikan agama Islam pada jenjang pendidikan dasar. Pendekatan dalam penelitian in adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif yaitu bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan atau memberikan gambaran secara mendalam dan menyeluruh terhadap hasil penelitian mengenai suatu keadaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di Madrasah Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Al-Insan Singkawang adalah dengan menerapkan peranan kepala sekolah sebagai Educator (pendidik), Manager, Administrator, Supervisor, Leader (Pemimpin), dan Innovator. Kepala Sekolah menjadi contoh suri tauladan dalam memimpin dan pengambilan keputusan sebagai upaya memperbaiki pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di Madrasah Takmiliyah Al-Insan Sekolah dasar Negeri 57 Singkawang.

Abstract

This research departs from the phenomenon of Galing Village community is seen as a society with Middle-down economic conditions. This fact is inversely proportional to the consumption style of Galing villagers who tend to be consumptive and luxurious. This study uses a qualitative approach and type of case study research. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted by interview, observation, documentation. Data analysis techniques include: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. Data validity test is done by: extend participation, triangulation observation persistence, and member checking. Transferability test (certainty of data with detail), dependability test by auditing the research process and conformality Test Test the results of research (certainty of data) to draw conclusions. The results of this study indicate: first, the consumption of Galing villagers based on factors that affect consumption: income, number of family members, tastes, age, education level, environmental trends and religiosity have a positive effect on the consumption of Galing villagers. The income of each profession is influenced by the income of other professions. All professions have income tends to fluctuate except civil servants, therefore some professions get around it by looking for other income, saving, saving gold metal assets or debt to meet daily needs. the causes of the consumption style of the affluent and luxurious people; the former being a migrant worker or having a family being a migrant worker, looking for other income besides the main income characteristics of the upper class economy: priority needs are oriented towards future economic welfare, the lower economy: the main expenditure is to meet food needs and to increase non-investment assets Secondly, the phenomenon of consumption is contrary and in accordance with Abdul Mannan's 5 Principles of consumption ethics; not using formalin in accordance with the principle of Justice. Drug consumption, contrary to the principles of hygiene. Consumption of branded food and clothing is contrary to the principle of simplicity. Social alms at certain events according to the principle of generosity. Pray before work and work as a provision of worship in accordance with the principles of morality.

Abstract

One of the most popular Fiqh schemes used by Islamic banking is the Murabaha Buy-Sell Scheme. This Murabahah transaction was commonly carried out by the Prophet Muhammad, and his companions. The activities of Islamic banks are to collect funds from customers, distribute funds and other banking services. Islamic banks in its operations started from the collection of public funds in the form of demand deposits, savings and deposits. The funds raised were distributed in the form of financing, namely Murabaha, Musharakah, qardh, ijarah and services financing. The funds were distributed to customers in the form of working capital financing, consumption financing, working capital financing and investment. The focus of this study are: 1) How is the practice of Murabaha financing in Kalbar Syariah Bank Sambas branch? 2) What is the practice of Murabaha financing at Syariah Mandiri Bank Sambas branch? 3) What is the comparison of Murabaha financing at Kalbar Syariah Bank and Syariah Mandiri Bank Sambas branch? The purpose of this study was to describe, identify, uncover and analyze the financing practices in Kalbar Syariah Bank and Syariah Mandiri Bank branch sambas. This research is a field research (Field research) or qualitative research, qualitative research is more emphasis on the process than the product or outcome. Qualitative research focuses more on research that is a process, such as interaction between humans in a community, the process of implementing work, the development of a symptom or civilization. The researcher concluded that in distributing Murabaha Financing Kalbar Syariah Bank and Syariah Mandiri Bank both provide the conditions set by Bank Indonesia, and in the Murabaha financing process there is a difference between the total amount of financing installments of the two banks. Syariah Mandiri Bank Murabaha financing cheaper than Kalbar Syariah Bank, but judging from the interest of customers who do the financing, between Syariah Mandiri Bank with Kalbar Syariah Bank is more interested in financing at Kalbar Syariah Bank. The reason why the interest in Kalbar Syariah Bank is more than in Syariah Mandiri Bank, because the financing process, especially on the terms and the decision process does not take a long time and quickly.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an, through a series of verses, also lays down a series of basic norms for several types of transactions, both general and specific. Includes basic norms relating to several types of economic transactions. Therefore, the absorption of the texts of the Al-Qur'an into a legal compilation including economic and financial verses on the compilation of Islamic economic law will certainly experience difficulties. However, it is substantially based on the legal istinbath (istinbath al-ahkam) of the existing economic law verses, it is very possible. The possibility that the compilation of the Qur'anic texts will be absorbed into the compilation of Sharia economics, really depends on the compilation model itself. This includes emphasizing balance in life, not only focusing on or emphasizing the relationship of a servant with God (ta'abbudi), but also social (ijtimaiyyah). Such as zakat, infaq, shadaqah to improve welfare. Welfare is one of the top priorities of Muslims
