Abstract

strategy of socializing the establishment of buldings in the Bila village, Dua Pitue district of sidenreng rappang regency. This study aims to determine the strategy of socializing building permits that from building in the Bila village, Dua Pitue district of Sidenreng Rappang regency and to find out the factors that influence the socialization strategy to build a building license iin the Bila village Dua Ptitue district of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was the village community if as many as 3.028 people by taking a sample of 97 people withdrawal technique used is purpossive sampling. This typpe of rescearch is descriptive quantitative. The data collcection technique used is observation, interview, questionnaire and literature study. Thee technique of the data abalysis used is descriptive statistics and with the help of the SPSS version 16 application. The result showed that the socialization strategy for establishing building licenses in Bila village viewed from three indicators of the socialization process : preparation, ready to act and the acceptance of collective norms obtained a result of 58 % of the expected result of 100 %. This shows that the socialization strategy of establishing building permits in the Bila village in the category is not good and still needs to be reviewed. Factors that influence the socialization strategy of establishing building permits in Bila village viewed from external factors : education, environment, employment adn internal factors : motivation, interest, aability to get 57 % of the expected result 100 %. This shows that the factors that affect the socialization strategy of establishing building permits are in the poor category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how the Women's Empowerment Program affects housewives in Sereang Village, Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. In this study, the population was determined to be 21 persons, and the research sample was a saturated sample, consisting of 21 people. The following data gathering strategies were used in this study: (1) observation, (2) questionnaire, and (3) literature review. Following that, the data was examined using frequency and percentage tables. The results revealed that the Women's Empowerment Program had a 76.3 percent positive impact in Sereang Village, Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, and that the welfare of housewives in Sereang Village, Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency was 76.6 percent positive, The average percentage value of the indicator is 72.81 percent with a good category based on the results of SPSS data processing, it turns out that the t-count> t-table (3.434> 2.093), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, indicating that each independent variable and the dependent variable have an effect / are significant.

Abstract

Determine the quality of public services at the Rappang Puskesmas, to determine the community satisfaction index at the Rappang Puskesmas, and to determine the effect of the quality of public services on the community satisfaction index at the Rappang Puskesmas. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study was 4983 people who have been counted as patients registered at the health center since 2019-2020. The sampling technique used was Random Sampling using the Slovin formula so that a sample of 98 people was obtained. Data collection techniques are carried out using questionnaires, observation and literature study. The collected data is then processed using a quantitative descriptive analysis technique with the help of SPSS 21.0 with a measurement scale using a Likert Scale. The results showed that the quality of service at the Rappang Puskesmas was in the poor category with an average percentage of 56.8%, the community satisfaction index at the Puskesmas Rappang was in the poor category with an average percentage of 60%, and the effect of the quality of service on community satisfaction index with a percentage of 55.7% influential.

Abstract

Effect of the performance of assistant collectors on the achievement of land and building tax targets at the Dua Pitue District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 95 people. The sampling technique used was saturated samples. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires, literature study. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test. The results showed that the quality was 77%, the quantity was 72%. timeliness 60%, effectiveness 74%, independence 71%. The factors that affect the performance of the land and building tax target achievement 70% include personal 72%, 76% leadership, 72% team. 58% system, 73% contextual, measuring the performance of assistant collectors towards the achievement of land and building tax targets at the Dua Pitue District Office, Sidenreng Rapappang district is 71% of the 100% expected results, which is categorized as "good".

Abstract

This study aims to determine the evaluation of village fund management policies in Pattondonsalu Village, Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency in 2018. The population of this study is a large population with a population of 200 people. Samples were taken as many as 60 people. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The data obtained from the questionnaire was then processed by descriptive statistical analysis with the SPSS.20 computer program. The results of this study are based on evaluation criteria and are categorized based on the categorization of Putra Eko Widjoko, evaluation of village fund management policies in Pattondon Salu Village, Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency in 2018 for the effectiveness criteria are in the very good category, the efficiency criteria are in the good category, the adequacy criteria are in the very good category. Good, the alignment criteria are in the very good category, the responsiveness criteria are in the very good category, and the accuracy criteria are in the very good category.With this research, it is hoped that it can be taken into consideration or reference for similar research, and it is also hoped that it can be developed further to expand and add new knowledge so that the results of further research will be better.
