Abstract

Transformational leadership is a leadership model that is still relevant to use today. All Christian educational institutions require this pattern to develop quality in every implementation of the civitas academical. This paper aims to examine the relevance of transformation leadership patterns in Christian educational institutions through literature studies. The method in this research uses literature studies with descriptive analysis techniques. Through this study concluded that transformational leadership patterns are very relevant to be applied. Through this study, concluded that transformational leadership is very relevant to implemented in educational institutions. Transformational leadership has a role important in the achievement of the quality of education in Christian educational institutions.

Abstract

The main problem studied is how the multicultural problems faced by Christian teachers can be solved based on the teachings of the Bible, especially in luke 10:25-37. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying an overview of multicultural problems, as well as expressing views on multicultural education from both a general and Christian perspective and views on the role and duties of teachers. In addition, it aims to convey the message of the New Testament text, luke 10:25-37, in order to provide input for the teacher's constructive service to students. So that it can provide implications for multicultural services as a signification for Christian teachers. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis method, a research that seeks to describe by interpreting the consequences that are happening. While the type of research used is quantitative by conducting literature studies, studying the Bible text in luke 10:25-37, and field studies. In field research, researchers conducted participatory observations and interviews with teachers and students to obtain accurate data on existing problems so that appropriate solutions could be sought. The results of the research on the multicultural problem of teachers in Christian theology secondary schools in Bogor Regency based on cultural pluralism among students, it is proposed to teachers the following things: first, teachers need to increase knowledge about multicultural and multicultural education. Second, develop a creative attitude in learning. Third, multicultural appreciation is expressed in the Samaritan exemplary attitude in giving help without distinguishing who the person being helped is.

Abstract

This article discusses how technology and testimonies can be integrated into Christian religious education to create a holistic approach that builds character. Testimonies share personal stories about how faith impacts people's lives, while technology enables personalized and interactive learning experiences beyond traditional classrooms. This article emphasizes the importance of using testimonies in Christian education to connect faith with practical life situations. The holistic approach to Christian education aims to develop students comprehensively, including their physical, social, emotional, and spiritual aspects. Strategies and benefits for incorporating technology and testimonies are also discussed, along with approaches for implementing the holistic approach. In conclusion, integrating technology and testimonies in Christian education can improve students' understanding of Christian values and their practical application in everyday life.

Abstract

Education has a crucial role in fostering the quality of human resources and promoting community development within Batak society. The significance of a gendered approach to education in Batak society stems from cultural and traditional viewpoints that delineate distinct roles for men and women in the realms of education and employment. Nevertheless, there has been a notable shift in cultural perspectives towards gender roles in the realm of education, as seen by the growing presence of women in both educational pursuits and professional occupations. Alongside the gendered approach, the biblical worldview exerts a notable influence on education within Batak society. The biblical perspective offers a robust ethical framework for education and instills a comprehension of its inherent objectives. Hence, it is imperative for education in Batak society to incorporate the biblical worldview as a foundational framework for imparting crucial moral principles. This work utilizes a qualitative research methodology, employing case studies and historical comparisons. Julia Sarumpaet is a prominent individual who has been actively involved in advocating for the advancement of women's rights. The correspondence she has written exhibits a notable similarity to the letters authored by prominent figures in Indonesian history. In the cultural context of Batak Toba, individuals of both genders are accorded a position of high esteem. The identical sentiment is also expressed within the pages of the Bible. Hence, it is imperative for men and women to engage in collaborative efforts, as this aligns with their inherent nature. In the absence of male offspring within a family unit, there is no inherent need to perceive any sense of lacking.

Abstract

A high-quality education will produce a well-educated pupil as well. Of course this is not apart from the human resources that play a role in the educational unit as an educator. As a teacher of Christianity education must have adequate ability in teaching, both scientifically disciplined and spiritually the teacher. At the present time there are still many problems arising in the world of education in Indonesia. It is also not apart from the Primary Secondary School of Banjarbaru City specifically Christian education that exists in the City of banjarbaru. The results of a survey of 10 teachers of Christian education at Banjarbaru Primary High School as respondents showed that there are still Christian teachers in the city that do not have the professionalism in teaching based on the concept of Jesus' supremacy in John 13:12-20 and have not had the basic competence under Act No. 14 of 2005 scientifically. This research uses qualitative research with techniques in data collection through interviews, observations and documentation studies. The aim of this research is to find out how much the quality of PAK teachers in the first secondary school in Banjarbaru city, and what the impact of when a teacher has quality on PAK learning in the city of Banjerbaru. It turns out there was a positive influence on Christian education in Banjarbaru City's First High School when a teacher had good qualities and focused.

Abstract

Aksi perubahan yang diusulkan dalam konteks desa-desa di Kecamatan Cariu ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan dalam pengelolaan data informasi dan administrasi pemerintahan desa yang saat ini dilakukan secara manual. Hasil diagnosa organisasi telah mengidentifikasi bahwa pendekatan manual ini telah menyebabkan keterbatasan dalam ketersediaan dan aksesibilitas data informasi dan administrasi pemerintahan di desa-desa tersebut.Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, sebuah Inovasi Rancangan Aksi Perubahan Sistem Data Informasi dan Administrasi Pemerintahan Desa yang dinamakan "SIAP_Desa" akan diterapkan. Inovasi ini akan berbasis aplikasi website yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan data informasi dan administrasi pemerintahan desa di Kecamatan Cariu.Aksi perubahan ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan kegiatan utama, yaitu jangka pendek, jangka menengah, dan jangka  panjang. Dalam tahapan jangka pendek, akan dilakukan pembentukan Tim Efektif aksi perubahan yang bertanggung jawab untuk mengimplementasikan sistem "SIAP_Desa" hingga menjadi operasional di Kecamatan Cariu. Tahapan jangka menengah akan fokus pada pengoptimalan pengelolaan data dan input data ke dalam aplikasi SIAP_Desa yang terintegrasi dengan Kecamatan Cariu. Sedangkan tahapan jangka panjang akan mencakup pemutakhiran, pengembangan, dan pemeliharaan aplikasi SIAP_Desa untuk memastikan keberlanjutan sistem. Hasil dari aksi perubahan berupa Sistem Data Informasi dan Administrasi Pemerintahan Desa "SIAP_Desa" yang berbasis aplikasi website yang memberikan kemudahan kepada Kecamatan dan Pemerintahan Desa dalam mengelola data informasi dan administrasi, serta meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik dan transparansi di tingkat desa

Abstract

Oaths play a crucial role in human life, particularly in religious and cultural aspects. This paper elucidates the concept of oaths as an endeavor to bolster the veracity of a statement by invoking sacred entities such as God. In Israeli culture, oaths are regarded seriously and involve the name of God, with the threat of divine punishment if the oath is breached. Challenges for Christians arise when they encounter the influences of local culture and traditions, such as the Tippu’ Sasa oath ritual of the Mentawai tribe, which contradicts biblical teachings. Therefore, a profound understanding of oaths and the challenges of maintaining the sanctity of the Christian faith amidst local culture becomes imperative. This underscores that oaths are not merely verbal acts but also reflect profound spiritual commitments, serving as the foundation for a meaningful and responsible life.
