Abstract

Real-life viewing as a practice for prospective teachers is not automatically and instantly formet, but supported by various factors including field conditions (classes and students), mastery of materials, methods, models, technigues, tactics and supported by media, tools, relevant sources and can give alternative constructive-supportive solutions, mental preparedness. Skills and abilities of performance to support professional training program. The puporse of the research is to find the difference of creative thinking ability to teach profession training program that uses and does not use cooperative learning model of STAD technique on the curriculum study subject of teaching planning (micro practice). The method used in this research is guasi experiment method with descriptive survey, fiel study, instrumental, and literature study. The population of 5 classed with 151 people, systematic sampling technique taken random, distance from 2 experimental class with 32 people, and 2 control classes with 31 people. The data analysis technique used is t tes with the real level α = 0,05 using SPSS version 16,0 for windowns. The results of this study indicate thet there is a difference in the ability of creative thinking teaching on the class that uses and does not use the cooperative learning model of STAD technique on the curriculum study subject of teaching planning (micro practice), so the increase in the profession training program at school is 30,7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena rendahnya prestasi belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Siliwangi. Dalam penelitian ini khususnya akan membahas mengenai yang menyebabkan prestasi bisa berubah, salah satunya bisa berasal dari lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan kampus, lingkungan masyarakat, dan prestasi belajar mahasiswa serta bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap prestais belajar mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah survey eksplnatory. Cara – cara pengumpulan data yang telah dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, atau bisa menggunakan item angket, bantuan dari kepustakaan dan dokumentasi penelitian. Adapun populasinya yaitu mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi yang mengikuti mata kuliah pengantar koperasi dengan jumlah sampel 116 mahasiwa. Hasil analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan kampus, dan lingkungan masyarakat terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Selanjutnya uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebsar 0,431 yang berarti pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa adalah 43,1% dan 56,9% lagi adalah faktor lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian ini.This research was carried out because of the low learning achievement of Economics Education students at FKIP Siliwangi University. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to find out how the family environment, campus environment, community environment, and student achievement and how the influence of the learning environment on student learning achievement. The method used in this research is explanatory survey. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature study and documentation with a population of economic education students who take courses introductory cooperatives with a sample of 116 students. The results of multiple linear regression analysis give the results that there is a positive influence of family environment, campus environment, and community environment on student achievement. Furthermore, the results of the coefficient of determination test obtained Adjusted R Square value of 0.431 which means the influence of the learning environment on student achievement is 43.1% and 56.9% again is another factor not included in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial dari kemandirian belajar dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar pada saat pandemi Covid 19. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah survey dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner dan menganalisis data secara statistik. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi perwakilan semua angkatan yang berjumlah 141 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan SPSS For Windows Release 23. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda diperoleh persamaan Y= 32,058+0,722X1+0,379X2. Hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan (Uji F) diperoleh signifikansi 0,000, sehingga H1 diterima. Koefisien determinasi simultan (R2) sebesar 36,5%, berarti bahwa kemandirian belajar dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 36,5%. Pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa sebesar 49,2%, lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa sebesar 22,8%

Abstract

Various problems faced by students in the early semester can be overcome if balanced with comprehensive adjustments so the goals of learning outcomes related to academic achievement will be good. This research focuses on student academic achievement in the early semester which is still not optimal because they have to adapt to their environment. Individual personal beliefs and the support of friends really help the process of adaptation to student self adjustment. The research method used was a quantitative type of survey. 200 early semester students form outside the West Java area at Siliwangi University were the sample in this study and the sampling technique used nonprobablity sampling, namely saturated samples. Data collection techniques using quistionnaries and data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of the study show that based on self efficacy test and peer support, each has direct effect on self adjustment. Then another result in obtained that peer support does not have a direct effect on academic achievement while self efficacy and self adjustment each have a direct effect on academic achievement. Based on the path analysis test shows that self efficacy and peer support each have an indirect effect on academic achievement through self adjustment as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Unemployment among educated people makes a significant contribution. One of the triggers is the low interest in entrepreneurship among students. This is indicated by students' low participation in activities related to entrepreneurship since they were in college. After graduation, students prefer careers as employees or civil servants rather than entrepreneurs. This study aims to determine the extent to which self-efficacy, family support, and entrepreneurship education affect the interest in entrepreneurship either simultaneously or partially. This study uses a quantitative survey method with an explanatory survey design. The research population is students of the Department of Economics Education, Siliwangi University, Class of 2020. The sampling technique is saturated sampling, which totals 112 students. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and the data analysis technique uses the SPSS 25.0 for Windows program. The results showed: 1) There is a significant influence between self-efficacy on the interest in entrepreneurship with a significance value of 0.030; 2) There is no significant effect between family support on the interest in entrepreneurship with a significance value of 0.405; 3) There is no significant effect between entrepreneurship education on interest in entrepreneurship with a significance value of 0.321 4) There is a significant influence between self-efficacy, family support and entrepreneurship education on interest in entrepreneurship with a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in personal financial management in terms of financial knowledge and gender of ASN teachers in Panumbangan District. This study used a comparative research method with a comparative design and data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire). The sample used in this study was 145 ASN teachers. The sampling technique used simple random sampling so that a total of 62 male ASN teachers and 83 female ASN teachers were obtained. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the personal financial management of men and women, there are differences in the financial knowledge of men and women and differences in financial management based on financial knowledge. The results of the Independent Samples T Test on the personal financial management variable obtained a significance value of (2-Tailed) 0.000 <0.05 and the financial knowledge variable obtained a significance value of (2-Tailed) 0.000 <0.05. This means that there are differences in financial knowledge and financial management. In addition, it can also be seen that financial knowledge has a significant influence on personal financial management.

Abstract

The problem in this study aims to find out how the ideals or aspirations, learning ability factors, student condition factors, environmental conditions factors, dynamic elements factors in learning and the teacher's efforts to teach students influence the learning motivation of students in economics subjects. The population of this study were students of class XI IPS SMAN 1 Karangnunggal for the academic year 2022/2023 with a total of 144 students. The research sample used a saturated sample. In the Validity test using Pearson Correlation and Reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. The data analysis technique used is descriptive percentage analysis and factor analysis using confirmatory factor analysis. Based on the results of this study, namely the ideals or aspirations factor with a percentage value of 59,0% and eigenvalues of 3.968 and the variance is 9.679%, the learning ability factor is with a percentage value of 44,4% and the eigenvalues are 2.497 and the variance is 6.090, the factor student conditions with a percentage value of 38,9% and eigenvalues of 1.161 and a variance of 2.830%, environmental condition factors with a percentage value of 42,4% and eigenvalues of 1.659 and a variance of 4.047%, factors of dynamic elements in learning with values the percentage is 51,4% and the eigenvalues are 3.164 and the variance is 7.718%, the teacher's effort to teach students is with a percentage value of 59,7% and the eigenvalues are 16.966 and the variance is 41.381%.
