Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the extent of distance, heart rate, and loss of body fluids in various positions in Indonesian professional soccer players as the basic material for planning an exercise program Method: this study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The sample of this study is the 11-player BUFC team in the 2019 Presidential Cup match against SPFC using a purposive sampling technique approach. The results of this study show the distance covered the most reached External Midfielder 10.421 m, the highest Heart Rate Maximum reached Central Midfielder 200 bpm, Average heart highest rate External Defender 165 bpm, the biggest loss of body fluids Central Midfielder 0.9 %. The conclusion of the research based on the results of data analysis shows that Central Midfielder, External Midfielder, and External Defender are the positions that do the most distance (Distance Covered), maximum maximum heart rate, highest average heart rate, and the most loss of body fluids.

Abstract

The higher the number of football schools, the more diverse the quality of the schools. Evaluating the football school curriculum as an effort to determine the quality of the schools. The research design of this study used the Context, Input, Process, Product model (CIPP). It has used a descriptive quantitative method. The samples were two football schools, namely POR UNI football school, and Sidolig football school, selected through the purposive sampling technique. The research instruments were questionnaires and interviews given to 160 respondents, including principals, trainers, students, and parents. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively using t-scores and compared to the Glickmann quadrant. Based on the evaluation dan data analysis, the curriculum of POR UNI football school for the 13-17 years age group showed effective results, while the curriculum of Sidolig football school for the 13-17 years age group was less effective.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the impact of outdoor education activities on personal & social responsibility and physical fitness. The research method used was a Quasi-Experimental design Non-equivalent Control-Group design. The sample consisted of 40 students, then divided into two groups, the experimental group, and the control group. The instrument used was a questionnaire of Personal & Social Responsibility and a Bleep test. The analysis of the experimental group affects Personal & Social Responsibility and Physical Fitness. The results of analysis and calculation state that the Personal & Social Responsibility and physical fitness level experimental group increased compared to the control group and improving the physical fitness level of the experimental group increased by an average of 1.83 compared with the control group with an average of 0.055. In conclusion, the activity of Outdoor Education has increased the Personal & Social Responsibility and physical fitness of students.

Abstract

The physical, mental, social, and environmental facets of an individual's or group's existence are all included in the multifaceted concept of quality of life, one of the extracurricular activities offered by the school is Pencak Silat, which students may engage in since it enhances social intelligence in addition to being connected to sports and martial arts. This research aims to determine the correlation between pencak silat activities and students' quality of life. The method used is descriptive-quantitative with a correlational approach and a one-shot case study design. The sample was drawn from the population as a whole, using a saturated sample of 27 students with an age of 18 years, a weight of 56 kg, and a height of 162 cm. The instrument was adopted by WHOQOL BREF. Based on the results of calculations and data analysis of the four indicators, it is proven that they are very strongly correlated, because the results show that students have good psychological health with a correlation value of 0.853 and physical health with a correlation value of 0.715.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the implementation of evaluations for Physical Education teachers in State Elementary Schools in Klangenan District, Cirebon Regency. The research uses a quantitative descriptive method, with a survey research design in the form of a questionnaire. The instrument used is a closed questionnaire instrument using a 4-point Likert scale; the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis in the form of percentages. The sample in this study was 18 teachers from public elementary school physical education teachers in Klangenan District, Cirebon Regency. This was the use of a total sampling technique, where the entire population approach that was the object of research was included as a sample. Based on the results and analysis in this research, several conclusions can be drawn that the average understanding of the implementation of physical education teacher evaluations in State Elementary Schools in Klangenan District, Cirebon Regency, is at a value of 125.39, which indicates the overall category is 'Sufficient.' However, further descriptive statistical analysis revealed that 11 teachers, covering approximately 60% of the respondents, demonstrated a level of understanding that fell into the 'Poor' category. In conclusion, the results of this research may indicate that there are areas where the interpretation and application of evaluation among Physical Education teachers still require special attention to be improved.
