Abstract

Penerapan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja Rumah Sakit belum menjadi prioritas pihak manajemen, hal tersebut terjadi bukan karena tidak ada regulasi dari pemerintah namun dikarenakan masih rendahnya komitmen manajemen rumah sakit untuk menerapkan K3RS. Fenomena yang terjadi di setiap rumah sakit yaitu lebih kepada pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana yang ada dalam standar akreditasi JCI 4 yang tercantum dalam standar manajemen fasilitas dan keselamatan. Hal tersebut berdampak kepada kebijakan direktur terkait dengan pelaksanaan K3RS. Pengelola K3RS digabung dengan bidang IPSRS, IPSRS dengan K3RS merupakan dua hal yang berbeda pengelolaannya sehingga penggabungan tersebut membuat program K3RS tidak berjalan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menentukan Strategi Meningkatkan Komitmen Penerapan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja Di Rumah Sakit X Tahun 2017 Menggunakan metode kualitatif, informan kepala instalasi sanitasi dan K3RS, koordinator sanitasi dan lingkungan, ketua PK3RS, sekertaris PK3RS, karyawan yang tidak masuk struktural, pasien, fungsional pengawas ketenagakerjaan madya, dan kepala dinas kesehatan, penentuan strategi dengan cara analisis SWOT. Hasil dari penelitian diketahui kekuatan utama RS X adalah sarana dan prasarana K3RS, dengan nilai sebesar 0,28. Kelemahan utama adalah kurangnya sumber daya manusia K3RS, dengan nilai sebesar 0,108. Peluang utama adalah pengawasan dari perwakilan balai K3 Provinsi Jawa Barat, dengan nilai sebesar 0,45 sedangkan ancaman utama adalah teguran dan sanksi dari pemerintah dengan nilai sebesar 0,45. Sehingga strategi yang didapat yaitu meningkatkan pembinaan sumber daya manusia serta pemeliharaan terhadap sarana dan prasarana. Disarankan kepada Rumah Sakit agar komitmen penerapan K3RS meningkat maka program K3RS disusun berdasarkan strategi yang sudah dianalisis menggunakan SWOT.

Abstract

Abstract

Every year, thousands of work accidents were occurred in workplace which causes victims, materials damage, and production disturbances. According to International Labor Organization (ILO) estimated that around 2.3 million people around the world have died caused of work accident and illness in every year, the work accident in industrial field also experienced by PT X Cirebon. On 2016, there were 30 cases of work accident occur outside or inside of PT X Cirebon. According to some researches, work accident is related to knowledge, attitude and practice of SOP. It needs to do research to reduce the work accident in PT X Cirebon. The relation between free variables (knowledge, attitude and practice workers of SOP) and bound variables (work accident) were tested with Chi-Square test.The result of research shows there is no relation between knowledge and worker’s attitude of SOP with work accident, but there is relation between practice workers of SOP and work accident. It has the same result of Kartika’s research (2017) that there is relation between compliance of job instruction and behavior safe workers. It can conclude that the practice workers of SOP are the causes of work accident in PT X Cirebon. There is suggestion to company, to give punishment to worker who disobeyed regulations related to K3.

Abstract

Smoking behavior in the Ujung Gebang Village community home is more than 50%, of the 200 households monitored by 74.5% smoking inside the house. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the role of family, health workers and the media as a source of information on knowledge of smoking bans in homes in Ujunggebang Village. The research uses survey method with Cross Sectional approach. The population of the study was 1321 heads of households, the determination of the sample was using the Slovin formula of 93 heads of households, the sampling technique used accidental sampling using a questionnaire, statistical tests using the Chi-Square Test. The results showed there was an influence between the role of family on knowledge with a value of p = 0.007, there was no effect between the role of health workers on knowledge with a value of p = 0.105, and there was no influence between the role of the media on knowledge with a value of p = 0.098. family role. So family members must be educated about the dangers of smoking and prohibit smoking in the house

Abstract

work shift system is a way for companies to achieve production targets in meeting the increasingly rapid market demand, almost all industries implement a continuous production system so that companies impose work shifts, but with the implementation of work shifts it creates a work health problem that can affect the body's psychology, including fatigue. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work shift and work fatigue in production workers. This research method using analytic observational with cross sectional study approach. The total population in this study were 76 workers in the production department at PT X Cirebon City, in taking work fatigue data using the Reaction Timer tool. Data analysis in this study used t-test and mann-whitney test. The results of this study for fatigue in the morning work shift there were 14 (38.9%) respondents experiencing mild fatigue while on the night shift there were 21 (58.3%) respondents experiencing mild fatigue and 5 (13.9%) moderate fatigue. From the bivariate analysis, it was found that there was a relationship between work shift and fatigue p = 0.001. Suggestions for companies to make SOP related to the prevention of work fatigue, 24 hours off after the shift.

Abstract

Every year accidents occur in the workplace which cause casualties, both minor and serious injuries. Compliance with the implementation of standard operating procedures is needed to minimize and protect workers from the risk of accidents in the workplace. Knowledge, attitudes and motivation are factors from the human component that affect workers. This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge, attitudes and motivation on standard operating procedures in industrial workers. This research method uses literature reviews by searching for articles through electronic media such as Google Scholar, Garuda Portal, Neliti, Microsoft Academia, and Open Knowledge Map. The keywords used to search for articles included standard operating procedures, knowledge, attitudes, motivation, motivation, knowledge, attitudes, motivation, compliance, standard operating procedures, and SOPs in selecting research articles using inclusion and exclusion criteria and journal analysis. The results of the study of the 9 articles of knowledge variables analyzed, there were 6 articles that had a relationship, 6 articles from the attitude variable, 4 of which had no relationship and 5 of the variable motivation articles, 3 of which had a relationship between knowledge and standard operating procedures. The knowledge and motivation conclusion variables have an influence on the operational guidelines of industrial workers, while the attitude variable has no influence on the standard operating procedures of industrial workers. Efforts are needed to increase knowledge and motivation for SOPs to prevent workplace accidents.

Abstract

Cases of Musculoskelatal Disorders (MSDs) caused by work that was too forced in the lifting process totaled 356,910 cases or 31% of all workplace accident cases. Studies on MSDs in various types of industries have been carried out and the results of the studies show that the parts of the skeletal muscles which include the muscles of the neck, shoulders, arms, hands, fingers, back, waist and lower muscles, complaints in the parts of the skeletal muscles that are often experienced by workers, especially Manual Handling or hauling workers in the sense that there is a significant relationship between MSDs complaints and work posture in manual handling workersThis research method uses Literature Review or literature review with a Systematic Literature Review approach by searching articles through search engines such as Google Scholar and DOAJ. The keywords used to search for articles include unnatural work attitudes (work posture) with MSDs, in selecting articles using inclusion criteria and journal analysis. The results of the Literature review study of 7 journals were obtained and stated that there was a relationship between work attitude and MSD complaints in manual handling workers.
