Abstract

This paper examine relationship of accounting information and stock price of LQ45 firms. Earnings per share (EPS), book-value per share (BVPS) and net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) are used as independent variables and stock price as dependent variable. Hypothesis was tested using balanced panel data set of 23 listed companies included in the LQ45 index during 2013-2017. The result of this study shows that EPS and NOCFPS has a positive effect on stock price, while there is no evidence that BVPS has effect on stock price.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis dan memperoleh wawasan lebih dalam tentang berbagai elemen yang mempengaruhi pilihan pembelian, yang merupakan variabel dependen, pada retail mall AEON MALL BSD CITY. Di antara aspek-aspek tersebut adalah corporate social responsibility, social media marketing, store environment, sales promotion dan perceived value. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dan program SPSS. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih 168 peserta sebagai sampel. Menurut kesimpulan penelitian, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan tidak memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan secara statistik terhadap purchase decision. Meskipun demikian, variabel yang terdiri dari pemasaran media sosial, lingkungan toko, promosi penjualan, dan nilai yang dirasakan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Manajer memiliki kesempatan untuk menggunakan temuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan pengakuan yang meningkat dan mengembangkan daya saing jangka panjang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of influencers in encouraging tourists' desire to visit the Indonesian Marine National Park. This research will measure the influencer's source characteristics and subjective norms influencing attitudes toward marketing communication and risk perception. Finally, it will investigate the effect of risk perception on tourists' visit intention. 190 respondents of consumers familiar with tourism influencers serve as the data for the analysis of covariant-based SEM. This research finds that source characteristics and subjective norms positively influence attitudes toward marketing communication. Attitude toward marketing communication does not affect the perceived risk of consumers. Otherwise, the perceived threat does not affect consumer visit intention. Implications and further research are provided.

Abstract

The era of digitalization requires development in digital skills. These skills are not only needed for students but also for business people who want to develop businesses, especially creative businesses. It requires solid teamwork, creative ideas and the right HR strategy, especially HR planning that can adapt to the digital world. Community Service - PKM currently being held by FEB Usakti, aims to form a team within the organization that is open to creative and innovative ideas in business, as well as improving human resources within the organization. The method for implementing this PKM is carried out by means of counseling to improve HR performance with a knowledge delivery approach by means of socialization, introduction to the scope of independent business activities that can be carried out, then educational training to improve HR by exploring each potential and managing each ability for appropriate activities (job analysis), as well as training to form creative and digital business and marketing teams. The results are expected for participants to be able to optimize their efforts.
