Abstract

Abstract - Measuring the quality of a system as the software produced an important factor in the process of system development. The aim is to ensure that the system meets the standards of quality measurements of existing software so that the resulting system of quality and can meet the needs of users.To determine the compatibility between the needs of users with the process of running the system, necessary to measure the quality of the characteristics of event management information systems that exist today. One standard that is used in the process of measuring the quality of software is ISO 9126-1. Measurements were made by six (6) other distinguishing characteristics, namely functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability. This standard is one of the common framework used by developers to measure the quality of software. The method used is descriptive. Results of this study was to determine the quality of the event management information system which runs today and make it a matter of evaluation in the development of the next system.Keywords: Event Management, ISO 9126-1, Measurement of Quality, Information Systems Abstrak – Pengukuran kualitas sebuah sistem sebagai perangkat lunak yang dihasilkan menjadi faktor penting dalam proses pengembangan sistem. Tujuannya untuk menjamin bahwa sistem yang digunakan telah memenuhi standar pengukuran kualitas perangkat lunak yang ada sehingga sistem yang dihasilkan berkualitas dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna.Untuk mengetahui kesesuaian antara kebutuhan pengguna dengan proses berjalan sistem, perlu dilakukan pengukuran kualitas terhadap karakteristik sistem informasi event management yang ada saat ini. Salah satu standar baku yang digunakan dalam proses pengukuran kualitas perangkat lunak adalah ISO 9126-1. Pengukuran dilakukan berdasarkan 6 (enam) karakteristik yang ada, yaitu fungsionalitas, keandalan, kegunaan, efisiensi, pemeliharaan, dan portabilitas. Standar ini merupakan salah satu kerangka kerja yang umum digunakan oleh pengembang untuk mengukur kualitas perangkat lunak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas sistem informasi event management yang berjalan saat ini dan menjadikannya sebagai bahan evaluasi dalam pengembangan sistem berikutnya.Kata kunci: Event Management, ISO 9126-1, Pengukuran Kualitas, Sistem Informasi

Abstract

Abstract— Service Level Agreement (SLA) is a benchmark for the achievement of an activity carried out. one of the quality of service is the completion of work in accordance with the SLA. To be able to meet the needs of customer units in an area, the company cooperates with expedition vendors to be able to send units to destinations with a distance of more than 100 km. Unit deliveries are also carried out internally by the company but with a distance of less than or only up to 100 km. Monitoring needs to be done so that unit deliveries to customers arrive quickly, safely, and on time. Currently the process is done manually, namely the calculation of vendor and internal SLAs that still use Ms. Excel. The methods used in this research are Visual Data Mining (VDM) and Extract, Transfer, Load (ETL). The results of the research are in the form of a data visualization dashboard that can be used as monitoring the achievement of SLA unit delivery. Intisari— Service Level Agreement (SLA) merupakan tolak ukur pencapaian atas suatu aktifitas yang dilakukan. salah satu kualitas pelayanan adalah penyelesaian pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan SLA. Untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan unit pelanggan disuatu daerah, perusahaan bekerja sama dengan vendor ekspedisi untuk dapat mengirimkan unit-unit ke tempat tujuan dengan jarak tempuh lebih dari 100 km. Pengiriman unit juga dilakukan oleh internal perusahaan namun dengan jarak tempuh kurang dari atau hanya sampai 100 km. Perlu dilakukan monitoring agar pengiriman unit ke pelanggan tiba dengan cepat, aman, dan tepat waktu. Saat ini proses tersebut dilakukan secara manual, yaitu perhitungan SLA vendor dan internal yang masih menggunakan Ms. Excel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Visual Data Mining (VDM) dan Extract, Transfer, Load (ETL). Hasil dari penelitian berupa dashboard visualisasi data yang dapat digunakan sebagai monitoring pencapaian SLA pengiriman unit. Kata Kunci— Visualisasi Data, Mining, SLA, Monitoring

Abstract

Abstract - System design is a solution in solving work process problems by utilizing advances in technology and information. Required selection of system development methods that are effective and efficient so that the needs of users can be immediately fulfilled. D'cuci in laundry is a company engaged in laundry services with a wide selection of services such as kiloan (dry washing and ironing, dry and folding, ironing only, and express), laundry and dryclean. In transactions recording has not been computerized thus causing slow work process in obtaining information. It takes the right innovation to solve the problem, one of which is building a website based information system. The system development method used is Waterfall with 5 stages, namely requirement analysis, system design, program code generation, implementation, support and maintenance. The results of this study will produce a website-based laundry service information system that provides ease in conducting the transaction process. Abstract

diversity of knowledge that can be used as a valuable asset to the company. With so many events that have been conducted, it should be able to carry out PCM event better than the previous event. However, the lack of documentation of knowledge of the results of the implementation of the event resulted in the same error in the implementation of the next event. This is because there is no proper management of knowledge that has been owned by the company that it can not be used as a reference study for the implementation of the next event. The purpose of this study is to provide a means of documentation and implementation of event knowledge storage well that employees and companies that can be easily accessed and distributed to all employees. This type of research is descriptive. Data was collected through surveys, interviews, and documentation. System design method used is the 10-Step of KM Road Map. The results of this study is a prototype application knowledge management system (KMS) in which there are features that are needed in the process of knowledge sharing in PCM.

Abstract

AbstractAt the end of 2019 the world was shocked by the emergence of a new type of virus from the Corona family, namely the Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) which had never been previously identified in humans, later known as Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19). Early symptoms in people with Covid-19 include fever, cough and shortness of breath, similar to flu and cough symptoms in general, making it difficult to detect early. The certainty factor method can measure a certainty and uncertain thing. Research with certainty factor methods has been carried out to diagnose a disease based on the symptoms experienced. Types of diseases are focused only on types of diseases with almost the same symptoms, namely Upper Respiratory Tract Infection, Pneumonia, and Covid-19. The purpose of this study is to build an expert system application that can be accessed online to detect early symptoms experienced by sufferers. Based on the results and discussion, the expert system application can run well and the results of manual CF calculations are the same as the results of CF calculations on the system.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kecamatan Kembangan merupakan salah satu Kecamatan yang terletak di wilayah Jakarta Barat, dimana terdapat salah satu unit yang menangani pajak daerah seperti Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan (PBB-P2), pajak reklame, pajak restoran, pajak hotel, dan yang termasuk kedalam pajak daerah lainnya. Dalam melakukan pendataan dan pencarian data subjek dan objek pajak, petugas mengalami kesulitan karena proses pendataan dan pencarian yang dilakukan belum terkomputerisasi. Untuk itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat memberikan solusi bagi permasalahan tersebut, terutama dalam hal pencarian data subjek pajak terhadap banyaknya objek pajak yang dimiliki. Dengan adanya sistem diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi petugas untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada saat ini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penulisan adalah dokumentasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah metode air terjun (waterfall). Hasil dari perancangan berupa sistem informasi e-profile subjek pajak berbasis website. In conducting the data collection and data search subjects and objects of taxation, the officer had difficulty because the data collection and searches process do not computerized. For that we need a system that can provide solutions to these problems, especially in terms of search data is subject to tax on the amount of tax object owned. With a system expected to provide facilities for officers to resolve the problems that exist today. Data collection techniques are used in the writing of documentation, interviews, and literature. Abstract

Kendala yang sering dihadapi pengguna ketika mengakses informasi dari suatu website adalah waktu respon yang terkadang lama dari website tersebut dalam menampilkan informasi. Hal ini terjadi karena faktor elemen yang ada didalam konten website tersebut, seperti gambar dengan resolusi tinggi, atau penggunaan struktur script yang tidak mengikuti aturan penulisan program yang baik. Untuk itu diperlukan optimasi untuk meningkatkan performa website agar menjadi lebih baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menguji performa dan tingkat stress pada sebuah website menggunakan tools PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, dan Web Application Tools (WAPT). Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa dokumentasi pengujian yang telah dilakukan dan diimplementasikan terhadap website terkait. Terdapat perbedaan score yang signifikan terhadap hasil pengujian sebelum dilakukannya optimasi dengan setelah dilakukannya optimasi website.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe current information system is still a lot of companies that use the manual way to get the best employees, by advertising the job openings through the newspaper and to provide jobs to other employees, and also Many of the Belom job applicants utilize the Internet as information media. So the limited opportunity to get a job that fits the skills of the applicant. But in this research aims to facilitate the company in obtaining the best employees, namely by using the SAW method in information system of Web-based jobs and facilitate the job applicants in the management of media Internet as the source of information provided by the company. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is looking for the weighted summation of the performance rating on each alternative to all attributes, in this study in the programming language used i.e. PHP, MySQL database, CSS and Java Script. The criteria Used in this study are formal and non formal education applicants, working experience, age and expertise belonging to applicants. In this research showed that the implementation of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in information system Web based jobs are able to produce the best prospective workers from several applicants for the company according to the criteriaKeywords : Job Vacancies, Simple Additive Weigthing, WebABSTRAKSistem informasi lowongan kerja pada saat ini yaitu masih banyak perusahaan yang menggunakan cara manual untuk mendapatkan karyawan terbaik, dengan cara beriklan lowonga pekerjaan melalui koran maupun menginfokan lowongan kepada  karyawan lain, dan juga banyaknya para pelamar pekerjaan yang belom memanfaatkan internet sebagai media informasi. Sehingga terbatasnya kesempatan untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan keahlian dari pelamar. Namun dalam  penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan perusahaan dalam mendapatkan karyawan yang terbaik,  yaitu dengan menggunakan Metode SAW dalam sistem informasi lowongan kerja berbasis web dan memudahkan para pelamar pekerjaan dalam memanfatkan media internet sebagai sumber informasi yang telah disediakan oleh perusahaan. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW)  adalah mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif pada semua atribut, pada penelitian ini dalam bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan yaitu PHP, MySQL basis data, CSS dan Java Script. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendidikan formal dan non formal pelamar, pengalaman bekerja, usia dan keahlian yang dimiliki pelamar. Pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Implementasi Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Dalam Sistem Informasi Lowongan Kerja Berbasis Web mampu menghasilkan calon pekerja yang terbaik dari beberapa pelamar bagi perusahaan sesuai dengan kriteria.Kata kunci : Lowongan Kerja, Simple Additive Weigthing, Web

Abstract

Charity is one of the good deeds taught in Islam. Doing charity is giving out or donating a piece of the property or money to someone else. The amil institution is one of the places where they receive donations and distribute them to those who are entitled. One of the amil institutions is Laznas PPPA Daarul Quran that has a mustahik service program where they must be focused on providing educational, health, venture capital, or other aid to mustahik. The problem we found is that mustahik selection is still conducted by hand, resulting in the lack of accuracy of mustahik. There are eight criteria in determining the mustahik; fardhu prayer, family income, reading Al-Quran, sunnah prayer, social activities, number of loads, residence, and marital status. The purpose of this research is to build a decision support system to facilitate the management and distribution of aid to make it more targeted. The method used in this research is Simple Additive Weighting or SAW with a model Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision Making or FMADM. The method is selected because it can choose the best alternative by calculating and weighting the weight value of any criteria, and then proceed to determining the mustahik and giving help based on the number of funds available.

Abstract

Abstract - Testing is one of the steps that must be passed to produce software or a quality system. Through testing developers can know the flaws and errors contained in a system so that it can fix it immediately, the goal is to adjust the functions to the desired specifications. There are many software testing methods, but one of the most effective methods of testing system functionality is the Boundary Value Analysis black box testing. This method tests the upper limit value and lower bound value to produce a valid value. Management Information System Counseling Final Assignment (SIMLINGTA) is a system that records the student's final counseling activities, starting from the data collection process of the counseling participants, the submission of the title, the counseling process to know the progress that has been achieved by each counseling participants. The test is performed on the Participant Input form of Counseling and the Input Form of Title Submission by testing the upper limit value and lower limit value through a set of predetermined scenarios for each field contained in both forms. The test results show that Boundary Value Analysis black box testing method is an effective method to find errors and deficiencies in the system. The tested input scenario produces valid data according to the desired input specification. Keywords: black box testing, boundary value analysis, testing method Abstrak - Pengujian merupakan salah satu tahapan yang harus dilalui untuk menghasilkan perangkat lunak atau sistem yang berkualitas. Melalui pengujian pengembang dapat mengetahui kekurangan dan kesalahan yang terdapat didalam sebuah sistem sehingga dapat segera memperbaikinya, tujuannya adalah menyesuaikan fungsi-fungsi dengan spesifikasi yang diinginkan. Terdapat banyak metode pengujian perangkat lunak, namun salah satu metode yang efektif dalam menguji fungsionalitas sistem adalah pengujian kotak hitam Boundary Value Analysis. Metode ini menguji nilai batas atas dan nilai batas bawah untuk menghasilkan nilai yang valid. Sistem Informasi Manajemen Konseling Tugas Akhir (SIMLINGTA) merupakan sebuah sistem yang merekam kegiatan konseling tugas akhir mahasiswa, mulai dari proses pendataan peserta konseling, pengajuan judul, proses konseling hingga mengetahui kemajuan yang sudah dicapai oleh masing-masing peserta konseling. Pengujian dilakukan pada form Input Peserta Konseling dan form Input Pengajuan Judul dengan mengujikan nilai batas atas dan nilai batas bawah melalui serangkaian skenario yang telah ditentukan untuk masing-masing field yang terdapat didalam kedua form tersebut. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa metode pengujian kotak hitam Boundary Value Analysis merupakan metode yang efektif untuk menemukan kesalahan dan kekurangan didalam sistem. Skenario input yang diujikan menghasilkan data yang valid sesuai dengan spesifikasi input yang diinginkan. Kata kunci: pengujian kotak hitam, analisis nilai batas, metode pengujian
