Abstract

This study aims to determine the direction of the development of Mangrove Tourism Tamo Neighborhood, Baurung Village, Majene Regency. Analytical techniques used is descriptive. Tamo Mangrove Tourism Development Baurung Village, Majene Regency, still needs attention and proper handling of the local government. Tourism development Tamo Mangrove is currently expected to become one of the ecotourism areas in Majene Regency which can be a driver for improvement local economy. Therefore, collaboration with local communities and the government is very needed in the management and maintenance of the area the development of tamo mangrove tourism in order to be more improved and maintained the sustainability of the mangrove itself. From the results of the study it can be concluded that tamo mangrove tourism development in Baurung Village, Majene Regency still lacking in aspects of tourism supporting infrastructure, community participation, waste management, and management of tourism promotion itself

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pembangunan Makassar New Port terhadap Sosial Ekonomi Masyarakat Pesisir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan Makassar New Port secara simultan (bersama-sama) memberikan pengaruh terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyrakat pesisir. Sedangkan secara parsial, menunjukkan bahwa dari tiga variabel pembagunan Makassar New Port terdapat satu variabel yang tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyrakat pesisir yaitu variabel X2 Pembangunan Dermaga. Sedangkan variabel X1 Pembangunan Jaringan Jalan dan variabel X3 Pembangunan Kantor Pelabuhan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat pesisir.

Abstract

Valentino Sarapang Batara, 2020. Development Strategy for the Tourism Area of the Lantebung Mangrove Forest in Makassar City. Supervised by Agus Salim and Jufriadi. This study aims to determine how the carrying capacity of the area towards tourism activities in the Lantebung mangrove forest tourism object and provide strategies in developing the Lantebung mangrove forest tourism area. This study uses a qualitative approach method and a quantitative approach to the data collection process through observation, structured interviews and documentation. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis used is the calculation of the carrying capacity of the mangrove tourism area and the SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Lantebung mangrove forest tourism area is suitable for tourism activities with a suitability value of 61.73%. The carrying capacity of the tourist area only allows visitors of 250 peoples/day. The strategy obtained to develop the Lantebung mangrove forest tourism area is to minimize weaknesses by taking advantage of opportunities. Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence the impact of industrial activities against changed of land use in Kayutanyo Village, East Luwuk District, Banggai Regency. As well as how much land use change occurred in Kayutanyo Village, East Luwuk District, Banggai Regency. The government of Banggai Regency, this research can be used as input on the relationship between industrial development and land use. As well as how much land use change occurred in Kayutanyo Village, East Luwuk District, Banggai Regency. For the government of Banggai Regency.There are four variables used, (1) conversion of agricultural land functions, (2) conversion of residential land functions, (3) Environmental Pollution (4) Land Price. The analytical method used is in the form of chi-square analysis, then a contingency test is used in drawing conclusions, which is followed by a Likert scale scoring system as a parameter to determine the magnitude of the relationship between X and Y variables. Furthermore, to find out how much land use change has occurred during the last 5 years, work process using ArcGis software application version 10.6.1. The overlay process technique is carried out by overlapping the 2016 land use map and the 2020 land use map.The results of this study indicate that the variables have an influence on industrial activity in Kayutanyo Village. And it shows that some areas in Kayutanyo Village, Luwuk Timur Subdistrict, Banggai Regency have experienced changes, which are from built land to built-up land.
