Cultural diversity (multicultural) is a natural event due to the meeting of various cultures, the interaction of various individuals and groups carrying cultural behavior, having different and specific ways of life. Diversities such as cultural diversity, family background, religion, and ethnicity interact with each other in the Indonesian community. In horizontal communication between communities, Mulyana said, clashes between tribes are still taking place in various areas, ranging from stereotypes and prejudices between tribes, discrimination, to open conflicts and massacres between tribes that take lives. Competition between tribes is not only in the community but also among political elites and even academics to occupy positions in various agencies. This study aims to explain the importance of being moderate in religion and also to see how the conditions of religion in Indonesia are through descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study are 1) Moderation of religion as an effort to always maintain that whatever variety of interpretations and understandings of religion are maintained according to the corridor so as not to bring up extreme religious ways. Because the main points of religious teachings are basically the same, such as humanity, justice, equality before the law, respect for human rights and other universal values. 2) Based on research conducted by the Ministry of Religion, it shows that the 2021 Religious Harmony Index (KUB) is in the good category. Abstract

The Qur'an lays down the teachings of monotheism or divinity in the one and only God, where every human being must be responsible to him, eradicating social and economic crimes from the lowest level to the highest level. The concept of Islam in the educational process and overcoming ignorance is found in the Qur'an and Sunnah. Islam is present as a religion that provides instructions in which the context of the holy book directs it so that its people do not become ignorant people. For Muslims, believing in the Qur'an as a way of life is a form of obligation and religion whose rights are Islam. But in reality, now the concepts in the Qur'an are not fully realized in education in the community. As in society, education and teaching have been carried out, but there are still many children and even adults who do not have morals or etiquette with fellow humans both to teachers and parents, or even their souls are not trained to be able to accept what the teacher teaches to make them a good person. noble. There are many realities in the life of a society in terms of education that are still left behind, those who still put aside learning and choose to work to fulfill their lives and even just fulfill their lifestyle. There are many possibilities that they are not aware and understand the importance of learning to seek knowledge or even left behind the discourse about knowledge. This study aims to look at the concept of education from the perspective of the Qur'an. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative literature (library research). The data collection technique used by the researcher is to collect data from various library sources, both from books, journals, seminar results, and discussions with experts relevant to the research theme. The conclusion of this study is that the Qur'an reveals the term education with many terms including al-Tarbiyah, al-Ta'lim, al-Tazkiyah, al-Tadris, al-Tafaquh, al-Ta'aqul, al-Tadabbur, al-Tadzkirah, al-Tafakkur, al-Mau'idza. The purpose of education in Islam wants the formation of a Muslim who has integrity in his personality, the goodness of his speech is also manifested in good behavior, all of which are a reflection of the cleanliness of his heart.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic period began to shift and shake the order of the learning process that usually takes place, one example is face-to-face learning turning into online learning. Online features seem to be a substitute for offline or face-to-face learning such as schoology, whatsapp, google classroom, moodle, zoom meeting, and several other applications that support learning (Kahfi & Kasanova, 2020). This shift has also begun to create new challenges for the world of Islamic boarding schools, as we all know that Islamic boarding schools are educational institutions that implement a boarding school system. Usually the discipline of the students can be measured through the punctuality of coming to school on time, but now this is an obstacle for the kiai or the asatidz council regarding the learning evaluation process, especially if the students who carry out the learning process with the online system, many from the economy or lower class. those who live in areas that do not support the internet network. Likewise, it is rather difficult to control the students in carrying out activities such as compulsory worship and other circumcision, even though we all know that what is unique about the education system in pesantren is the transfer of knowledge from the kiai or the asatidz council. The focus of this research is the online learning process at the Roudlatul Khuffadz Islamic Boarding School, Sorong Regency. Therefore, the author uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method, namely research that produces descriptive data in the form of words or text and behavior, which can be observed from the subject itself (Kahfi & Kasanova, 2020). This was done to reveal facts about Islamic boarding school learning in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic at the Raudlatul Khuffadz Islamic boarding school, where most Islamic boarding schools were closed or using an online system. Fraenkel and Wallen argue that qualitative research can reveal real events that occur in the field (Kahfi & Kasanova, 2020). The methods that I will use include: Interview or Interview, Observation and Documentation Methods From the results of the study, the authors conclude that: First, during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Roudlotul Khuffadz Islamic Boarding School continued to carry out learning as usual (outside the network) while still adhering to health protocols. Second), the obstacles faced by the Roudlotul Khuffadz Islamic Boarding School in learning during the pandemic are first, related to the equipment of medical devices for the prevention of Covid-19. Second, Infaq as one of the financial income of pesantren tends to decrease due to the impact of the guardians who are also affected by Covid-19 from an economic perspective.
