Abstract

Strengthening governance, accountability, and public image is a work of the national education plan. This policy aims to improve the capacity and competency management and budgeting of education in the implementation and management to realize transparent and accountable education so as to create the image and services of the school/madrasah quality sound and accountable manner. These objectives can be achieved through, autonomy and decentralization of education, school-based management/madrasah, community-based management, and image enhancement.

Abstract

Gerakan pramuka hadir sebagai alat untuk pembentukan karekter yang berbentukkegiatan pendidikan non formal di sekolah. Pendidikan kepramukaan di SDITSalsabila 2 Klaseman merupakan sebuah organisasi yang dikemas dalam kegiatanyang menarik dan menyenangkan tetapi juga mengandung nilai-nilai pendidikan.Pendidikan kepramukaan dilaksanakan di luar ruangan sehingga memberikan unsurrekreatif untuk peserta didik setelah seharian penuh melalui proses pembelajaran.Pembina pramuka memberikan permainan-permainan yang mengandung unsurpendidikan yang dipadukan dengan materi kepramukaan.

Abstract

Character education has a higher meaning than moral education, because character education is not only related to right and wrong problems, but how to instill habits (habituation) about things that are good in life, so that students have high awareness, sensitivity, and understanding , as well as concern and commitment to apply virtue in everyday life. Thus it can be said that a person with character is a person's nature in responding to situations in a moral way, manifested in real action through good behavior, honesty, sincerity, responsibility, respect for others and other noble character values. Therefore, as a teacher, it should be able to apply character education to the learning process. In this paper, the authors offer ideas or concepts in the preparation of a comprehensive character education based learning plan (RPP).

Abstract

Maqashid as-shari'ah is a new trend in the legal istinbath that is undergoing development in the contemporary era. The development of the method of extracting the source of contemporary Islamic law is now considered more promising as using maqashid as-sharia. As a scientific discipline that is the development of fiqh and fiqh rules, maqashid as-shari'ah is now widely studied by experts in Islamic law more deeply. Benefit as the essence of maqashid as-shari'ah, has urgency in determining Islamic law. Because Islamic law is revealed has the purpose and purpose to realize the benefit of the people both in this world and in the Hereafter. Thus the study of maqashid as-shari'ah has a very important correlation in extracting the source of Islamic law, in other words that the excavation of Islamic law based on benefit still refers to the books of qawaid al-fiqhi and ushul al-fiqh. As for the way used by the scholars' in exploring the benefits there are three methods: bayani method (substantive analysis), qiyasi method (analogy analysis), and istishlahi method (benefit analysis)

Abstract

Dakwah Islam zaman milenial sekarang ini dihadapkan dengan berbagai persoalan yang kompleks. Kondisi seperti ini menjadi motivasi dan tantangan tersendiri bagi seorang da’i (pendakwah) sehingga mereka harus memiliki berbagai kompetensi dalam menghadapi realitas zaman. Diperlukan sosok dai yang handal yang mampu menguasai berbagai macam objektivitas (disambiguasi), baik yang bersifat material maupun formal supaya dakwahnya pragmatis di dalam menghadapi berbagai macam problematika umat. Berdakwah di zaman milenial dianggap lebih mudah dibandingkan dengan zaman dahulu. Dahulu para ulama’ kita seperti walisongo bisa dikatakan dihadapkan dengan berbagai keterbatasan, seperti transportasi, media informasi dan komunikasi. Sedangkan saat ini tidak ada lagi hambatan seperti itu. Dunia saat ini sudah mengalami perubahan dalam proses revolusi informasi dan komunikasi yang melahirkan peradan baru sehingga manusia mudah untuk saling berkomunikasi dalam meningkatkan mobilitas sosialnya. Kehadiran media masa seperti koran, telivisi, radio bahkan internet sebagai alat komunikasi zaman modern telah berpengaruh sangat luas. Suatu berita sangat mudah diakses dalam waktu relative cepat. Fasilitas media internet merupakan media terlengkap dan dianggap lebih efisien dibandingkan media lainnya. Segala macam bentuk informasi dapat dengan mudah diakses dan murah yang dimana dakwah di era sekarang lebih cepat didukung dengan adanya teknologi. Sekarang kita bisa berdakwah dengan menggunakan digital bisa melalui media telivisi, radio bahkan media internet seperti youtube, twetter, facebook, whatsap dan lain sebagainya dianggap lebih efektif unuk membahas problematika umat. Kendati demikian, hal yang tidak dapat dihindari adalah bagaimana muatan itu bisa disampaikan dengan mudah agar diterima masyarakat.syaratnya memang harus kaya akan inovasi bahkan bisa menjadi wahana hiburan. Akan tetapi yang menjadi problem urgen masyarakat awam sudah jarang yang mau belajar kepada ulama’, kyai, ustad dan ahli agama yang alim secara talaqqi (langsung). Mereka ingin mendapatkan ilmu secara instan lewat media internet mengakses konten-konten web islami yang terkadang isinya tidak bisa dipertanggungjawabkan kevaliditasannya. Masalahnya adalah situs-situs Islam yang mereka kunjungi berada di urutan halaman awal adalah situs yang berafiliasi dengan paham Wahabi, Syiah, Liberal, dan aliran lainnya. Yang terkadang Isinya malah menebarkan fitnah, kebencian, kebohongan, mengfirkan sesama muslim, mengadu domba organisasi yang berpaham ahlussunnah waljama’ah dengan Syiah, dan mereka terang-terangan memberontak terhadap pemerintahan yang sah. Parahnya lagi, ulama Sunni yang berpaham ahlussunnah waljama’ah seperti Syekh Ramadlan al-Buti dibunuh karena difitnah sebagai Syi’ah, Syekh Hassan Saifuddin secara sadis dipenggal kepalanya, Syekh Ahmad Hassoun (Grand Mufti Suriah) difitnah bahwa fatwanya telah menyebabkan ratusan ribu kaum muslimin Sunni Suriah dibantai dan jutaan orang terusir dari negaranya, dan masih banyak lagi. Dampaknya orientasi dakwah yang semula mengajarkan kesantunan, kabaikan menjadi ladang untuk menyebarkan fitnah dan mencaci maki. Pola dakwah milenial melalui media elektronik menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi para da’i. Pengaruh media memungkinkan bagi seorang da’I memperoleh popularitas tersendiri layaknya selebriti

Abstract

One of the main themes that have always received attention in the history of human thought is the problem of divinity. This theme is discussed not only in the world of philosophy and theology, but also in the mystical world. This theme is never dryly discussed in order to find concepts and efforts that should be suitable for carrying out various approaches to religious concepts. Philosophy, which starts from the ratio with its enrichment, is rooted in the deepest depths of the nature of things. In this article, we will discuss a brief biography of Ibn Arabi, the method of Ibn Arabi's approach, makrifat about worry and istiqra ', an ontological review of the nature of the names of God, Ibn Arabi's concept of divinity. The approach taken by Ibn Arabi is not much different from the approach of other mystics, namely both emphasizing the kasyf approach. However, Ibn Arabi was able to use his basic philosophy to describe his mystical experiences. Attempting to describe mystical experiences is not an easy thing without the help of active reasoning. It is not surprising that Ibn Arabi's theosophical school always tries to turn on the imagination in describing mystical experiences, especially about God in a sense that simultaneously leads to his transcendence and immanence. The mystical-style approach taken by Ibn Arabi is nothing but a form of transferring the "image" of divinity in the inner vision (witness) as a way to get closer to God, which does not only rely on thought alone, but is far from the depths of the infinite inner ocean.

Abstract

Cultural diversity (multicultural) is a natural event due to the meeting of various cultures, the interaction of various individuals and groups carrying cultural behavior, having different and specific ways of life. Diversities such as cultural diversity, family background, religion, and ethnicity interact with each other in the Indonesian community. In horizontal communication between communities, Mulyana said, clashes between tribes are still taking place in various areas, ranging from stereotypes and prejudices between tribes, discrimination, to open conflicts and massacres between tribes that take lives. Competition between tribes is not only in the community but also among political elites and even academics to occupy positions in various agencies. This study aims to explain the importance of being moderate in religion and also to see how the conditions of religion in Indonesia are through descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study are 1) Moderation of religion as an effort to always maintain that whatever variety of interpretations and understandings of religion are maintained according to the corridor so as not to bring up extreme religious ways. Because the main points of religious teachings are basically the same, such as humanity, justice, equality before the law, respect for human rights and other universal values. 2) Based on research conducted by the Ministry of Religion, it shows that the 2021 Religious Harmony Index (KUB) is in the good category. Its value is at the national average of 72.39, up 4.93 points from the previous year.

Abstract

Online learning has become a demand for education since the Covid-19 pandemic and continues in New Normal until it continues until post-pandemic even if teachers or lecturers have to develop learning strategies. Therefore teachers/lecturers are required to be literate in technology and always up to date on learning models, one of which is Blended Learning. This research itself is expected to explain what is meant by the Blended Learning Model. And, how is the application of the Blended Learning Model when applied to the new order after the Covid-19 pandemic? The research method in this article uses a literature review, where an action on the quality and new findings of scientific work. The development of a blended learning model is a combination of learning models carried out in an online and offline context. The allocation used is 50:50, meaning that from the time allocation provided, 50% for face-to-face learning activities and 50% for online learning. The same is the case with using a 75:25 composition and doing 25:75. Blended learning model development techniques that need to be developed; 1) Face-to-face Learning Model; 2) Learning Using Electronic Teaching Materials, and 3) Learning Using Technology Media.

Abstract

This paper aims to understand the two basic concepts that are the focus of the discussion, namely science and religion through a philosophy of science approach. This approach assumes seeing the foundation that allows the development of theoretical arguments about the nature of science (knowledge, science) and religion studied in the basic concepts of Philosophy of Science. The Philosophy of Science that is meant must have been formulated in a contextual-humanist-sociological manner that is social salvation. So that it can make a significant contribution to humanity as a whole. Thus, the Philosophy of Science will dynamically always be in line with the main mission of Islam, namely rahmatan Lil 'ālamīn.
