Abstract

Penelitian ini di lakukan guna memberikan implementasi mengenai pengendalian kualitas pada produk yang dihasilkan dan informasi mengenai masalah kecacatan yang terjadi pada CV. X, untuk mengurangi jumlah kecacatan perlu dilakukan pengendalian kualitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah check sheet, Diagram pareto, Peta kendali p (p-chart), Diagram sebab-akibat serta tabel FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analys). Menurut hasil penelitian yang menggunakan alat-alat kendali kualitas menunjukkan bahwa produksi hanger, monekin, dan torsobody 3/4 masih berada diluar batas kendali. Sehingga perlu dilakukan tindakan lanjutan, seperti menggunakan chect sheet agar perusahaan dapat mencatat jumlah jenis cacat yang terjadi ...

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna memberikan implementasi mengenai pengendalian kualitas pada produk yang dihasilkan dan informasi mengenai masalah kecacatan yang terjadi pada CV. X, untuk mengurangi jumlah kecacatan perlu dilakukan pengendalian kualitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengendalian kualitas dengan metode statistik. Alat-alat pengendalian kualitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Check sheet, Diagram Pareto, Peta kendali p (p-chart), Diagram sebab-akibat, serta tabel FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis). Menurut hasil penelitian yang menggunakan alat-alat kendali kualitas menunjukkan bahwa produksi hanger, manekin, dan torsobody ¾ masih berada diluar batas kendali. Sehingga perlu dilakukan tindakan lanjutan, seperti menggunakan check sheet agar perusahaan dapat mencatat jumlah jenis cacat yang terjadi. Diagram pareto digunakan untuk melihat seberapa besar proporsi kecacatan yang terjadi pada CV. X sehingga perusahaan dapat melakukan penanganan sesegera mungkin. Tabel FMEA yang mengacu pada diagram sebab-akibat diperlukan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap perusahaan, seperti memperbaiki kondisi ruangan tempat kerja, memperketat pengawasan, menetapkan standar perusahaan, mengganti mesin yang sudah tua.

Abstract

Application of inventory control is aimed support bakery owner’s decision making in order to obtain optimum inventory and optimum production quantity in the lO best-selling products, namely Burger Buns Milk, Soft Pretzel Regular, Soft roll Cranberry, Walnut cranberry, Baguette Viennoise, Hot Dogs Charcoal, Olive focaccia, Rectangular multigrain. Application of inventory control was necessary because the bakery didn’t get the maximum profit and even suffer losses owing can’t determine the optimum inventory levels at the fourth weeks on December 2Ol3 until 2Ol6. In addition, the products are not sold until 2O:OO will also be sold at the residual value or scrap value of 5O% of the sale price initially. The implementation uses the method of calculation of Newsboy Problem or Single Period Problem. The calculations begin from determining the probability sold and cumulative probability. Thereafter, the method applied newsboy problem with the known unit cost, scrap value, and selling price. After getting what the optimal production quantity, expected profit is calculated by using the quantity of information production, sales quantity, scrap value, selling price and unit cost. After getting the calculation using the Newsboy Problem method, it performed the optimal production quantity, optimal inventory levels and expected maximum profit obtained the bakery at the fourth weeks in December when using the method of Newsboy Problem.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explore both the cognitive and affective images and examine the effects of destination image through both aspects on satisfaction levels and tourist loyalty. The data used in this study comes from primary data, namely data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. This measurement uses the interval measurement level, which is a measurement that has the same distance and clear difference. This study uses a quantitative approach through statistical testing. Tests conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Analysis of Moment Structured (AMOS 16). The results showed that the cognitive image have positive significant effect to affective image. Cognitive image has a significant positive effect on tourist satisfaction. Affective image has a positive effect on tourist satisfaction. While cognitive image, affective image, and tourist satisfaction does not affect the tourist loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract - The purpose of this study is to determine whether the quality of the restaurant has a affect to customer satisfaction or customer recommendation in Guilin chinese food restaurant Surabaya. The quality of restaurant is measured through the experience of eating perceived by customer in the restaurant as a whole. This study was analyzed using multiple ordinary least square (OLS)regression, binary logistic regression, and sobel test via the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 18.0 for windows.The results of this study found that restaurant service, physical atmosphere and overall quality has a positive and significant impact on restaurant quality. As well as the quality of the restaurant has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. From customer satisfaction comes up the customer recommendation, where satisfied customers will be willing to recommend Guilin chinese food restaurant Surabaya to others. Thus, the results of the study support the concept of the theory about the impact of restaurant quality to customer satisfaction or customer recommendation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of food quality, service quality, atmosphere, other customers, and positive and negative emotions on customer loyalty. The research method uses measurement and structural model analysis. The sample used is the Domicile Kitchen & Lounge Surabaya restaurant consumers. This study found that positive and negative customer emotions determine customer loyalty. Positive and negative emotions in this study were influenced by the quality of food and service as well as other customers, while the atmosphere had no influence on positive and negative emotions. The research implication is for restaurant owners to maintain the quality of service and food by providing feedback and conducting evaluations. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas makanan, kualitas layanan, suasana, pelanggan lain, dan emosi positif serta negatif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis model pengukuran dan sruktural. Adapun sampel yang digunakan adalah konsumen restoran Domicile Kitchen & Lounge Surabaya. Penelitian ini menemukan emosi pelanggan yang sifatnya postif dan negatif menjadi penentu loyalitas pelanggan. Emosi positif dan negatif dalam penelitian ini dipengaruhi faktor kualitas makanan dan pelayanan serta pelanggan lain, sedangkan suasana tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap emosi positif dan negatif. Implikasi penelitian bagi pemilik restauran agar tetap menjaga kualitas layanan dan makanan dengan memberikan feedback dan melakukan evaluasi.

Abstract

This study describes the tolerance zone for the assessment of service quality cellular phone card providers in the city of Surabaya. Variables which refer to the variables used in the variable service quality (SERVQUAL) Zeithaml, Parasuraman, and Berry (1990) which includes dimensions reliability, assurance, tangible, Empathy, and responsiveness. Furthermore, the analysis obtained questionnaires aimed to describe the MSS (Measure of Service Superiority), namely the gap between service perceptions and service desired, and MSA (Measure of Adequate Service) is the gap between service perceptions and service adequate, and the tolerance zone is the gap between desire service and adequate service. Moreover, tolerance zone is used to explore customer satisfaction to the individual transaction, or service Encounters, and customer satisfaction for services provided by mobile phone providers in the city of Surabaya as a whole.

Abstract

Abstract

In several analysis about the roles and function of a program study in the future that a main roles of education is quality. Program Study that can not keep their quality will be lose in the competition, and make the community not survive in the 21st era.The Program Study has responsibility in quality of realization "tridharma" (Learning, Research and Public Service). That is the reason why the program study should has Quality Management System (QMS) to meet and exceed the stakeholder requirement. The successfully of Manufacturing industry and Service industry get standard ISO 9000 as a Management System can be adopted by program study to improve education quality.This paper describes the important of Quality Management System and the implementation on the program study in order to increase the performance of program study.

Abstract

This classroom action research discusses the application of risk management in delivering results-based learning. The author uses a conceptual model development approach and examples of application in a course. This research is essential to guide the teaching team in conducting risk management to achieve learning outcomes by developing conceptual models. The study results show that the teaching team that carries out risk management in the learning process can guarantee more in achieving Graduate Learning Outcomes and Course Learning Outcomes. Furthermore, the teaching team continuously improves learning outcomes through the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle. This conceptual model's development helps teaching staff identify, assess, evaluate, and control risks and enhance learning objectives.Keywords: Risk management; Outcome-based learning; PDCA cycle; Continuous improvement. Abstrak Penelitian tindakan kelas ini membahas penerapan manajemen risiko dalam penyampaian pembelajaran berbasis hasil. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan pengembangan model konseptual dan contoh penerapan di sebuah mata kuliah. Penelitian ini penting untuk memandu bagaimana tim pengajar menerapkan manajemen risiko untuk pencapaian hasil belajar melalui pengembangan model konseptual.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tim pengajar yang melakukan manajemen risiko di proses pembelajaran dapat lebih menjamin dalam pencapaian Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan dan Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah. Selanjutnya, tim pengajar melakukan peningkatan capaian pembelajaran secara berkelanjutan melalui siklus Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA). Pengembangan model konseptual ini bermanfaat memandu staf pengajar dalam mengidentifikasi, menilai, mengevaluasi, dan pengendalian risiko serta peningkatan tujuan pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: Manajemen risiko; Pembelajaran berbasis hasil; siklus PDCA; peningkatan berkelanjutan
