Abstract

Carrefour is a company engaged in the field of trade. Carrefour during this procedure uses only the standard recommends employees per Division to include in the determination of the best employees. The assessment is done to determine the best employees of the company must comply with aspects such as mastery of insight into carrefour, mastery of the insight into the activities of the shops, the mastery of an insight into the management of the store, the ability to respond to and answer questions. The company is sometimes difficult in making a decision, especially if some of the existing employees have skills that are not much different the existing problems on the determination of the best employees. Therefore required a decision support system in the determination of the best employees. This research method using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) are often also known the term weighted summation method. The concept of the method is to find a weighted summation of the SAW of rating performance on any alternative on all attributes. The method of matrix the normalization process requires SAW decision (x) to a scale that can be compared with all the alternative rating. Development of a system that used to use the waterfall. The results of this research in the form of a system that will help employees admin section in performing data processing employees, can automate the penginputan employees and can provide solutions for the employee admin section. Keywords:Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Assessment, Waterfall

Abstract

RSUD Kraton Pekalongan Central Java is one of the Public Service Board which is engaged in health care, especially for society in pekalongan and the surrounding counties. One of the existing service is outpatient treatment services which operationally has many obstacles due to the large volume of patient visits without any supported by tools such as computer-based information sistems. This study tries to provide an alternative model of outpatient administration by using the information sistem of architecture client/server applications which can connect several parts involved in outpatient operations. by this administration sistem of patient registration, action and the use of medical devices and prescription services can be assisted by using the sistem, then the entire bill of patient can be easily displayed through the cashier menu as billing patients attending for treatment in outpatient installation.Keywords: Outpatient, Client/Server, RSUD Kraton

Abstract

Sistem Informasi dan teknologi saat ini telah berkembang dengan cepat dan memberikan dampak kedalam semua aspek kehidupan. Kebutuhan akan sistem informasi yang didukung dengan teknologi mulai dirasakan oleh berbagai kalangan masyarakat, salah satunya adalah kalangan masyarakat yang bergerak di dunia bisnis dan usaha, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi, setiap orang yang bergerak di dunia usaha dapat memperkenalkan produk mereka dengan menggunakan media internet, sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan memperluas pemasarannya, sedangkan pada media penjualan dagangan yang dijajakan masih secara konvensional, yaitu langsung bertatap muka dengan pelanggan untuk melihat maupun melakukan pembelian produk, dimana pelanggan terlebih dahulu menuju toko yang diinginkan, tapi dengan adanya sebuah website E-Mall ini, pelanggan bisa menemukan apa yang dicari tanpa harus mengunjungi toko tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode RUP (Rational Unifed Process) yang menggunakan konsep object oriented, dengan aktifitas yang berfokus pada pengembangan model dengan menggunakan Unified Model Language (UML). Penelitian yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan sebuah website yang dapat membantu dalam bisnis perdagangan pakaian online.

Abstract

Purpose: The focus of this research is to create a Consumer Service Questionnaire Dashboard application that can perform questionnaire data processing, service satisfaction analysis and reporting the results of service improvement recommendations at STMIK PalComTech.Design/methodology/approach: This study uses the Prototype method, where this method can interact with the user during user creation. This method consists of five stages, namely communication, planning quickly, modeling the design quickly, making prototypes, and submitting the system or software to the user or users to be tested using the black box testing method.Findings/result: The results of this study resulted in an application for processing customer service questionnaires from STMIK PalComTech, to simplify and shorten UPT-PM staff in preparing reports on the results of the questionnaire recap, reporting and distributing the results of the questionnaire recap of the Head of UPT-PM.Originality/value/state of the art: The system testing technique used in this study is black box testing, this testing technique focuses on the functional specifications of the software, this test is also used to find errors in the system, for example interface errors, performance errors, incorrect or missing functions.
