Abstract

Perum Jasa Tirta I (Asa) Malang is a drinking water company owned by the local government. With the increasing number of employees, the conflict of human resources faced by the company is increasingly complex. Therefore the management of human resources must be managed and possible to make the origin of human resources satisfied and satisfactory for the company. Realizing the importance of employee job satisfaction in supporting the company's high productivity, the primary battle in this study is to analyze the source that hypnotizes the job satisfaction of permanent employees at Perum Jasa Tirta I (Asa) Malang. This study aimed to determine the influence of organizational climate and job satisfaction on employee performance and whether job satisfaction can be a variable intervention between corporate environment and employee performance. This study uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Respondents from this research are the entire staff of Perum Jasa Tirta I (Asa) Malang. Abstract

In finding the proper and most effective marketing plan to implement, one of the marketing mix's components can be considered. The notion of marketing is already regarded as the foundation of strategic development in every industry in the world, regardless of whether the organization operates in the sphere of products or services. The objective of this study is to provide a comprehensive analysis of marketing mix methods employed by service sector organizations from 2017 to 2021. This research literature review employs bibliometric analysis. By presenting the results of co-authorship, co-occurrence, and citation analysis, the study supported bibliometric analysis methodologies using 42 articles extracted from 50 pieces of data acquired from Google Scholar through the Publish or Perish application and VOSviewer. The finding reveals that one of the aspects that the company can observe in reaching the optimal and best marketing plan to apply is the marketing mix components. This is significant since the marketing mix is one of the most critical factors for customers when making purchasing decisions. If a company does not pay attention to what customers seek, it is almost inevitable that it will miss numerous opportunities to acquire customers and that the items offered would be wasted.

Abstract

UMKM are one of the important economic sectors in Indonesia. The fact is that UMKM have played an important role in the Indonesian economy to date. When Covid 19 became a global problem, it happened in 2019. This virus spread to various countries, one of which is Indonesia. One of the economic impacts felt by UMKM players is a decrease in sales turnover. Development of Managerial Insights is a course whose program teaches students to do community service. Which activity is a form of training in the form of Community Service. This community service aims to help UMKM to increase sales. With this problem, we are the students at the Malang State University Master of Management who carry out this service activity which will be carried out from the beginning of September 2022 to the end of November 2022 at UMKM Seleud, which is addressed at Jl. Sunda Strait II D3/24 Sawojajar Malang city. The methods used in socialization and education activities include identifying work programs, training, and mentoring. The results of this series of community service activities are the development of attractive product logos, making business logos, more modern marketing, payments via QRIS and getting distributors hydroponic raw materials.
