Training and motivation can be maintained and can have an effect on improving employee performance, but in reality the training and motivation of employees is still not able to improve the performance of the employees of the Environment and Forestry Department of Riau Province. This is still a lack of both technical and non-technical training intended for employees who can improve performance and motivation at work. This study aims to determine the effect of training and motivation on improving the performance of employees of the Environment and Forestry Office of Riau Province. This type of quantitative research with a sample of 87 people.The analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, linearity test, with multiple linear regression approach using SPSS 19 IBM. The results of the study partially show that there is a positive and significant effect between training on employee performance. There is a positive and significant effect between motivation on employee performance. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between training and motivation on employee performance.

The tourism sector is currently the government's flagship program, one of which is ecotourism. Inaccordance with government regulations, the development of natural tourism is required to empower localcommunities through the active role of the community in planning, utilization, and control activities.Communities who are members of the Pengambang Hamlet Tourism Awareness Group are currently activelyworking together to build the Semut Island ecotourism object on the banks of the Siak River. They still need alot of help from other parties, one of which is assistance in the preparation of organizational andinstitutional structures. This task was carried out by the Lancang Kuning University Service Team. Thepreparation of the organizational structure is carried out through a deliberation process, where themanagement is filled by all active members. Meanwhile, the institutional arrangement is in the form of draftregulations which will later become the material for the Articles of Association and Bylaws. Assistance topartners requires a long duration of time along with the stages of development to the stage of operating inan established manner. Therefore, assistance for managing the organization and making the Articles ofAssociation and Bylaws is still needed.

In finding the proper and most effective marketing plan to implement, one of the marketing mix's components can be considered. The notion of marketing is already regarded as the foundation of strategic development in every industry in the world, regardless of whether the organization operates in the sphere of products or services. The objective of this study is to provide a comprehensive analysis of marketing mix methods employed by service sector organizations from 2017 to 2021. This research literature review employs bibliometric analysis. By presenting the results of co-authorship, co-occurrence, and citation analysis, the study supported bibliometric analysis methodologies using 42 articles extracted from 50 pieces of data acquired from Google Scholar through the Publish or Perish application and VOSviewer. The finding reveals that one of the aspects that the company can observe in reaching the optimal and best marketing plan to apply is the marketing mix components. This is significant since the marketing mix is one of the most critical factors for customers when making purchasing decisions. If a company does not pay attention to what customers seek, it is almost inevitable that it will miss numerous opportunities to acquire customers and that the items offered would be wasted.

Perdagangan elektronik (e-commerce) merupakan cara untuk membeli dan menjual berupa orang dapat membeli barang dan jasa secara online. E-commerce merupakan bagian dari bidang bisnis yang lebih besar, yang mencakup segala hal mulai dari perdagangan hingga berkolaborasi dengan mitra bisnis, menyediakan layanan pelanggan, menjalankan alur kerja, dan banyak lagi. Studi akhir ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan gambaran umum e-commerce dalam pengembangan bisnis dengan menggunakan bibliometrics dan untuk mempelajari menggunakan software VOSviewer sebagai alat analisis. Jumlah dari metadata dokumen yang berhasil dikumpulkan adalah 50 partikel. Hasil dari studi akhir adalah bahwa ada banyak penulis yang terkait dengan melakukan penelitian. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian e-commerce dalam perkembangan e-commerce baru memberikan titik referensi yang tepat untuk penelitian bibliometrik lebih lanjut.

Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh rasio keuangan dan corporate governance terhadap peringkat obligasi pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2010-2014 yang berjumlah 11 perusahaan. Teknik analisis penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan persamaan regresi logistik Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan uji regresi logistik secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Return On Assets terhadap peringkat obligasi pada perusahaan Pertambangan. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,522. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Return On Assets, Total Assets Turn Over dan Kepemilikan Institutional secara simultan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 52,2% terhadap Peringkat Obligasi

Retribusi dan Pajak daerah telah di atur dalam Undang-undang RI Nomor 28 Tahun 2009,”UU RI ini memberi peluang bagi pemerintah .daerah memperoleh tambahan pendapatan berasal dari PendapatannAsli .Daerah (PAD) yaitu berupa Pajak Bumii& Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaann ( PBB-P2 ). Pemerintahan Kabupaten”Rokan Hulu mempunyai luas areal +7.588,13 kilo meter persegi, terdiri 16 Kecamatan, 6 Kelurahan dan 146 Desa memiliki potensi penambahan penerimaan daerah yang berasal dari PBB-P2. Prakteknya sampai saat ini permasalahan pada tingkat penerimaan PBB-P2 tetap menjadi sebuah permasalahan karena belum mencapai target. Target yang cukup besar tersebut dalam pelaksanaannya tidak dapat tereliasi 100%. Penerimaan PBB-P2 dari tahun 2016-2018 mengalami penurunan. Tahun 2016 realisasi tercapai sebesar 61,88%, tahun 2017 sebesar 61,85% dan tahun 2018 sebesar 60,68%. Hal ini banyak faktor penyebabnya antara lain petugas pemungut PBB-P2 yang bekerja belum mencapai maksimum. Tujuan penelitian ini menguji dan menganalisis peran insentif terhadap kinerja kolektor desa di mediasi kepuasan kerja dalam penerimaan PBB-P2 Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Analisis SEM PLS digunakan menguji model suatu hipotesis, serta digunakan menentukan konsistensi model, apakah sesuai sampel data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: 1) Adanya impek signifikan insentif pada kepuasan kerja & kinerja kolektor, 2) Adanya impek signifikan kepuasan kerja pada kinerja kolektor, 3) Melalui kepuasan kerja, variabel insentif memiliki impek signifikan pada kinerja kolektor.

This study aims to analyze the Compliance Analysis of BLUD Financial Management on the Level of Independence of the Puri Husada Tembilahan Regional General Hospital which has been designated as a Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) since 2012. This study uses a descriptive research method. The type used is time series secondary data which includes aspects of BLUD financial management compliance and the hospital's level of independence during the 2015-2019 period. BLUD financial management compliance is measured by looking at the Hospital Performance Evaluation Report and the level of independence is measured by the hospital independence ratio. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the compliance of BLUD financial management still did not meet the standards, while the level of independence of the BLUD RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan had met the expected standards.

ABSTRACT As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic that emerged in the State of China, in the city of Wuhan, since March 2020, almost all business sectors have been affected, which has been felt by business people, including MSMEs. MSMEs in Indonesia also feel the impact, such as a decrease in sales and a decrease in profits. One of the MSMEs affected is the Bengkulu Salai House, especially MSMEs that produce the manufacture of salai fish, one of which is in Bengkulu City. The purpose of the study was to see the difference in sales income of the Bengkulu Salai House both before and during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method uses a comparative method with a quantitative approach. Secondary data is in the form of financial reports on the Bengkulu Salai House business during the 2018–2021 period. The results showed that there was a difference in sales income before and during the covid-19 pandemic, namely the average sales before the covid-19 pandemic was greater than during the covid-19 pandemic. This shows the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on sales revenue before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The findings of this study indicate that MSMEs in Indonesia are vulnerable to the COVID-19 pandemic, to maintain their business continuity, MSMEs need to innovate sales through the use of e-commerce. ABSTRAK Akibat pandemi covid-19 yang muncul di Negara Bagian China, di kota Wuhan, sejak Maret 2020 hampir seluruh sektor bisnis terdampak, yang dirasakan oleh pelaku bisnis tanpa terkecuali UMKM. UMKM di Indoensia juga ikut merasakan dampaknya seperti penurunan penjualan dan penurunan keuntungan. Salah satu UMKM yang terdampak adalah Rumah Salai Bengkulu khususnya UMKM yang memproduksi pembuatan ikan salai salah satunya di kota bengkulu. Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat perbedaan pendapatan penjualan Rumah Salai Bengkulu baik sebelum dan masa pandemi covid-19. Metode Penelitian mengunakan metode komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan pada usaha bisnis Rumah Salai Bengkulu selama periode 2018–2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya perbedaan pendapatan penjualan sebelum dan masa pandemi covid-19, yaitu rata-rata penjulan sebelum pandemi covid-19 lebih besar di bandingkan masa pandemi covid-19. Hal ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh pandemi covid-19 terhadap pendapatan penjualan sebelum dan masa pandemi covid-19. Temuan penelitian ini menandakan UMKM di Indonesia rentan terhadap pandemi covid-19, untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan usahanya, UMKM perlu melakukan inovasi penjualan melalui pemanfaatan e-commers. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Rumah sakit Bhayangkara TK. III Pekanbaru Polda Riau dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi dan budaya kerja tenaga medis terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti adalah tenaga medis di lingkungan Rumah sakit Bhayangkara TK. III Polda Riau Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sekaligus dijadikan sampel sebanyak 36 orang. Analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan statistic deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif, sebagai alat analisis digunakan Struktural Equational Model yang diproses dengan software SmartPLS2. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Iklim Organisasi terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, Terdapat Pengaruh Budaya Kerja Tenaga Medis, Terdapat Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Terdapat Pengaruh Budaya Kerja Tenaga Medis terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Terdapat Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Terdapat Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening, Terdapat Pengaruh Budaya Kerja Tenaga Medis terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Tk. III Pekanbaru Polda Riau.

This study aims to identify and explain the mechanism underlying the relationship between organizational support and adaptive performance through work-family conflict variables. This research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat (Setda) of Kuansing Regency where the data was taken from the employees of the Regional Secretariat. The number of respondents in this study was 110 as the research sample. The data analysis techniques in this study were descriptive analysis, convergent and discriminant validity tests, and reliability tests on SEM-PLS analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational support has a positive and significant effect on adaptive performance, then organizational support has a positive and significant effect on work family conflict and lastly, work family conflict has a positive and significant effect on adaptive performance
