Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, price, and timeliness of delivery on purchasing decisions at J&T Express Bekasi branch in 2021. The research method used is quantitative methods and data collection methods using a survey method with a questionnaire. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling with a simple random sampling approach, using 100 respondents. The test was carried out using the SPSS version 21 program. The result of this study indicates that brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions where the results of the partial test show that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meanwhile the price did not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions whereas the results of the partial test show that Ho is accepted. and Ha is rejected, and timeliness of delivery has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions where the results of the partial test showed that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. As a simultaneous test results showed that brand image, price, and timeliness of delivery have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions where the results of the simultaneous test show that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Suggestions given in this study include the company is expected to always improve the quality of service related to company employees in serving consumers and improve the quality of delivery of goods so that there are no delays.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the correlation between freehand export service and customer satisfaction. Questionnaires were used to collect the data. The data was analysed using simple linear regression, coefficient correlation, coefficient determinant, and hypothesis test with T-test. The study was conducted in one of international freight forwarder companies. There were 76 participants as samples. The result of this study is that there is trig and positive relationship between freehand export service and customer service satisfaction which is shown on the coefficient relation of 0,785. Freehand export service has trig impact on customer satisfaction with coefficient value of 61.6%. T value is bigger than t-table. It is 10.9 > 1.66571. It means there is a significant correlation between freight forwarder and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The targets in this PkM activity are our partners, namely DTKJ, policy-making agencies and the public using transportation so that it can run more optimally. Transportation is a very important and strategic tool in accelerating the wheels of the economy, strengthening unity and integrity and affecting all aspects of national and state life. In Jakarta, the unresolved transportation problem is congestion, especially at certain points which are meeting centers from various directions, so it is very important to have signposted intersections to avoid conflicts that occur on the roads. Therefore, it is necessary to have a more in-depth study in determining the capacity of the road, the length of the vehicle queue, the estimated traffic volume, and the level of road service. Therefore, an assessment was carried out using the Vissim software where the assessment can be carried out with 3D simulation which will make it easier to analyze a road section and be able to find out the actual conditions that occur on that road segment. This PkM activity succeeded in introducing Socialization of the use of Vissim software which has not widely known by many people and providing an understanding of what Vissim simulation.
