Abstract

The purposes of this reasearch are 1) describing the efforts of increasing the elementary school of Turusgede teachers pedagogic competence at the first semester of 2018/2019 academic year in opening and closing the learning by using the self assessment technique and 2) analysing the increase of the elementary school of Turusgede teachers pedagogic competence at the first semester of 2018/2019 academic year in opening and closing the learning by using the self assessment technique. This research is School Action Research (SAR). This research is taken palce in elementary school of Turusgede, Subdistrict of Rembang, Regency of Rembang. The time of this research is the early-middle first semester of 2018/2019 academic year. The subjects of this research are teachers in the elementary school of Turusgede, Subdistrict of Rembang, Regency of Rembang, consist of twelve teachers. The data of this research is teachers pedagogic competence in opening and closing the learning. The techniques of collecting data are using nontest technique and test technique. The tools of collecting data are using the sheets of observation, camera application on hand phone and the form of self assessment. The technique of analizing data in this research is decriptive comparation. The procedure of this research is using Cycle Model, consist of four steps: planning, action, observation and reflection. Each cycle is going on one week. The results of this research are 1) the academic supervision with self assessment technique is previously sharing the form of self assessment to the subjects of this research, 2) self assessment technique is self assessment according to the next theme and matter, 3) self assessment technique is self assessment after the learning finish and 4) teachers pedagogic competence with self assessment technique is increasing and including good category (B) that according with the result of observation and including very good category (A) that according with the result of self assessment. Key words: Pedagogic, Supervision, Self Assessment Technique.

Abstract

The aims of this research are fi rstly, to describe the interactionused by the teacher and studentsconducted in the classroomof theeighth grade of SMP Negeri 18 Purworejo in the Academic Year2012/2013; secondly, to know what type of interaction characteris-tics of the teacher-student talk in the classroom interaction; thirdly,to identify languages used in the classroom interaction used duringteaching-learning process.This thesis is a descriptive qualitative study on teacher and stu-dent talk in the classroom interaction, particularly on the partici-pants’ interaction in SMP N 18 Purworejo. The data of this studyare the interaction between the teacher and the students in the class-room. In order to analyze the data, some steps are conducted. Thedata was taken by recording the classroom interaction. The subjectin this research wasthe grade VIIIG of SMP Negeri 18 Purworejo,there were 40 students and one English teacher. The researcher usedobservation and recording for collecting the data. Flanders’ Interac-tion Analysis was used to identify and analyze teacher-student talkin the classroom interaction.The result of this study shows that the teacher was more ac-tive in the interaction. Meanwhile, the student was less active than the teacher. Based on the fi nding, the researcher concludes that theteacher was dominant in the classroom interaction. The percentageof the teacher talk was 78.15%,whereas the students’ participationwas 21.16%.the studentsnot balance between Indonesianand English. Indonesian is 62% while English is only 38%. Itshows that teacher used more Indonesian than English when sheexplains the material. The interaction was in three ways communi-cation: interaction between teacher-students, students-teacher, andstudents-students.

Abstract

Thisreason of this research is most of the students still have difficulties in understanding the concept of fraction. The purpose of this research is to determine the misconception of students using the Certainty of Response Index (CRI) method and the cause of the misconception. Method of this research is descriptive qualitative. Subjects in this research were 27 students of VIIG class at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta in academic year 2016/2017. The research data were obtained from test instrument which multiple choice te using CRI technique to identify student misconception and interview withstudents. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman model, that is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.The results showed that 28.89% of studentswho experienced misconception. The location of misconceptions experienced by students occurs in the concept of the relationship between two fractions, changing the fractional shapes, fractions of rank, the multiplication and meaning of the word "of", addition, and division. Misconceptions experienced by students were caused by preconception (initial concept), incomplete or wrong reasoning, false intuition, and student ability.Keywords: Misconception, Certainty of Response Index (CRI), Fraction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is increasing the Citizen Education learningoutcome about globalizationof the students of Class IV the Elementary School ofTurusgede on the second Semester of the 2017/2018 year academic with Make aMatch Method. The type of this research ia a Class Room Research (CAR). The actionof this research is learning with Make a Match Method. This research is in theElementary School of Turusgede, Sub district of Rembang, Regency ofRembang. Thisresearch is going on middle of the second Semester of the 2017/2018 year academic.The subjects of this research are the students of Class IV the Elementary School ofTurusgede on the second Semester of the 2017/2018 year academicas much asseventeen children; consist of nine boys and eight girls. Techniques of collecting dataof this research are non test technique and test technique. Technique of analyzing dataof this research is comparative description.The procedure of this research is the Cyclesmodel, which going on two cycles; first cycle and second cycle. The results of thisresearch are1) learningswith Make a Match Methodare matching question card withsome answering card, 2) learnings with Make a Match Method are using text andpicture answering cards, 3) learnings with Make a Match Method are going on oneperiod and continuing with correction and discussion also on two periods withcorrection and discussion on the second period, 4) learnings with Make a MatchMethod are increasing the students’learning activities that include as intermediate (C),5) learnings with Make a Match Method areincreasing the students’learning outcomesthat include as good. The learning outcomes on the Early Condition are 63,53 for theaverage and 41,17% for the completeness. The learning outcomes on the First Cycleare 72,35 for the average and 82,35% for the completeness. The learning outcomes onthe Second Cycle are 84,11 for the average and 88,35% for the completeness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pembatasan masa jabatan presiden di Indonesia. Bagaimana pembatasan masa jabatan presiden di Indonesia dan apa tujuan dari pembatasan masa jabatan presiden itu, serta bagaimana pembatasan masa jabatan presiden di Indoensia dimasa yang akan datang. Pembatasan masa jabatan presiden di Indonesia dilakukan agar tidak terjadi penyalahgunaan kewenangan dan kekuasaan oleh Pemimpin negara. Sebelumnya pada masa Presiden Soekarno dan Soeharto, mereka menjabat lebih dari dua kali periode, meskipun dilakukan pemilu namun selalu menjadi calon tunggal sehingga selalu terpilih dan masa jabatannya sangat lama. Pada masa kepemimpinan otoriter ini, banyak terjadi penyimpangan-penyimpangan UUD 1945. Setelah berakhirnya kepemiminan yang otoritter tersebut dilakukan amandemen pada UUD 1945 yang salah satu nya adalah pembatasan masa jabatan presiden. Pasal 7 UUD 1945 mengeaskan bahwa Masa Jabatan Presiden adalah 5 (lima) tahun dan boleh dipilih kembali setelahnya hanya untuk satu kali masa jabatan atau dengan kata lain dua kali periode.
