Abstract

Calistung ability is the basic knowledge that must be possessed by someone to be able to learn various things. SD Masehi Berastagi still has problems related to the completion of Calistung's low ability. The purpose of this service is to provide training and assistance to the community at SD Masehi Berastagi in order to be able to improve Calistung's abilities. The service method used is through the stages of observation, socialization, mentoring training, monitoring and evaluation. The implementation of the activity took place in February with the target community of SD Masehi Berastagi students. The results of this service obtained calistung learning media in the form of simple counting tools, picture cards, blackboards, colored pens, and books. The level of student participation in activities is classified as very high, which is indicated by the Calistung ability of the students of SD Masehi Berastagi which has increased after the implementation of the service.

Abstract

An examination of an empirical investigation was done to determine how relationship capabilities, value co-creation, and entrepreneurial innovativeness oriented marketing may improve the performance of SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) apparel fashion sectors in Medan, Indonesia. 150 respondents were used in the purposive sampling strategy for data collection. A questionnaire that was distributed directly to the respondents was used to gather the data. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), with help from the AMOS tool, was used for the data analysis. Abstract

The method used in this study is library research. From this study, it could be concluded that environmental accounting had an impact on company performance. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of environmental accounting on company performance through analysis of various impacts on company performance, such as increasing costs and decreasing corporate profits, improving company performance, reducing performance damage that often resembles precision and even the impact that shows habits on company performance.The research implication of this study for the development of science is as a material consideration for companies in implementing environmental accounting as a solution to overcome environmental problems

Abstract

Previous research or relevant research is very important in research or scientific articles. Previous research or relevant research functions to strengthen theories and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the Influence of Job Satisfaction and Performance: Analysis of Training, Work Environment and Discipline, a Study of Human Resource Management Literature. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Training influences job satisfaction; 2) The work environment influences job satisfaction; 3) Discipline influences job satisfaction; 4) Training influences performance; 5) The work environment influences performance. 6) Discipline influences performance and 7) Job satisfaction influences performance
