Abstract

Penelitian Pengaruh Pemberian Bokashi Solid Decanter Terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) di Main-Nursery dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Koto Panjang Ikur Koto Kecamatan Koto Tangah, Kota Padang, Provinsi Sumatera Barat, waktu penelitian dilakukan dari bulan Februari 2019-Mei 2019. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan perbandingan media tanam terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman bibit kelapa sawit. Penelitian dalam bentuk percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan sehingga semuanya terdapat 24 satuan percobaan. Masing- masing satuan percobaan terdiri dari 5 polybag tanaman sehingga terdapat 120 polybag tanaman. Sebagai perlakuan media tanam adalah A = Kontrol, B = Media tanam (tanah topsoil:Bokashi Solid Decanter) 10:1, C = Media tanam (tanah topsoil:Bokashi Solid Decanter) 10:2, D = Media tanam (tanah topsoil:Bokashi Solid Decanter) 10:3, E = Media tanam (tanah topsoil:Bokashi Solid Decanter) 10:4, F = Media tanam (tanah topsoil:Bokashi Solid Decanter) 10:5. Data hasil pengamatan bibit kelapa sawit dianalisis secara statistik dengan uji F. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa pemberian Bokashi Solid Decanter memperlihatkan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata pada pertambahan tinggi bibit tanaman, pertambahan diameter bonggol, bobot segar bagian atas, bobot kering bagian atas, bobot segar akar, bobot kering akar, tetapi tidak berbeda nyata pada pertambahan jumlah daun (pelepah). Bibit yang mendapatkan perlakuan Bokashi Solid Decanter 10 : 5 memperlihatkan pengaruh yang terbaik bagi pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit di Main-Nursery. Bibit kelapa sawit di pembibitan utama disarankan sebaiknya menggunakan media tanam (Tanah Topsoil : Bokashi Solid Decanter) 10:5.

Abstract

Research "Providing Soil, Oil Palm Empty Bunches Compost (TKKS); NPK Fertilizer 16:16:16 on the Growth of Oil Palm Seeds (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) ”has been implemented in Koto Panjang  Village, Ikur Koto, Koto Tangah District, Padang City. Starting from February to May 2020, the study aims to obtain the best comparison of soil planting media, OPEFB compost and NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer on the growth of oil palm seedlings. The design used was a completely randomized design (CRD), with 7 treatments and 4 replications. As treatment is the ratio of Soil: TKKS and NPK 16:16:16, namely: Treatment A = Soil + 5gr NPK, B = Soil: EFB (1: 1) + 5gr NPK, C = Soil: EFB (1: 1) + 10gr NPK, D = Land: TKKS (2: 1) + 5gr NPK, E = Land: TKKS (2: 1) + 10gr NPK, F = Land: TKKS (3: 1) + 5gr NPK, G = Land: TKKS ( 3: 1) + 10gr NPK. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the provision of land: OPEFB compost; NPK Fertilizer 16:16:16 gave a very significant effect on plant height, weevil diameter, root fresh weight, root dry weight, fresh weight of stems, dry weight of stalks and not significantly different on the number of leaf midribs. Providing soil: The best OPEFB compost is found in treatment D = Soil: EFB (2: 1) + 5gr NPK.

Abstract

Research on the effect of dosage of NPK fertilizer on the growth and yield of Paddy Rice (Oryza sativa L.) Using the SRI (Sytem of Rice Intensification) Method in Korong Kapalo Banda, Nagari Aie Tajun District, Padang Pariaman Regency, from January to April 2021. This study aims to obtain the best dose of NPK fertilizer to support the growth and yield of lowland rice using the sri method. This study used a randomized  block design (RAK)with 5 treatments and 4 groups in the form of a plot. The data for each observation obtained were analyzed by means of variance, and continued with Duncan’s New Mutiple Range Test( DNMRT) further test at the 5% level. From the experiments that have been carried out, several conclusions can be drawn: the application of N, P, K fertilizer with the SRI method has a very significantly different effect the prameters of plants height, average grain number of panicles, 1000 seed grain weight, and grain weight yield. Per plot bad had no significant effect the percentage of productive tillers. The N4 treatment was the best dose and increased the growth yield of rice plants. It is tecommended to use N4 treatment (200 kg ha-1) on rice plants using the System of Rice Intensification method to get the best.

Abstract

Research on the effect of giving tofu liquid waste fertilizer on the growth and yield of soybean (Glycine max L. Merril), has been carried out in Koto Panjang Ikur Koto Village, Koto Tengah District, Padang City. Starting from April to July 2019. The study aims to get the best concentration of tofu liquid waste fertilizer for the growth and yield of soybean (Glycine max L. Merril) The experiment used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 5 and 5 groups of treatment, so there were 25 experimental units. The treatments given in the experiment were various concentrations of tofu liquid waste fertilizer as follows: A: 0 ml/liter water/plot, B: 30 ml/liter water/plot, C: 60 ml/liter water/plot, D: 90 ml/liter water/plot, E : 120 ml/liter water/plot. The results showed no effect significantly different on the number of primary branches, flowering age, harvest age, weight of 100 seeds, but significantly different on plant height, percentage of pithy pods per plant, dry seed weight per plant and dry seed weight per plot, but the yield was still below description. From the results of this study, it is recommended to increase the concentration of tofu liquid waste fertilizer by more than 120 ml/liter of water/plot against the observation parameters to get results that match the description

Abstract

Research on the effect of the combination of quail droppings bokashi + NPK 16:16:16 on the growth and yield of green beans (Vigna radiata L.) was carried out in Koto Panjang Ikur Koto Village, Koto Tangah District, Padang. This research was started from December 2019 to March 2020. The purpose of this study was to obtain the best combination of quail droppings + NPK 16:16:16 for growth and yield of green bean plants. This study used a randomized block design with 9 treatments and 3 groups. The treatments were given with the dose of bokashi quail manure with a combination of NPK fertilizer 16:16:16, namely A = 0 ton / ha + 100 kg / ha NPK; B = 5 tonnes / ha + 50 kg / ha NPK; C = 5 tonnes / ha + 100 kg / ha NPK; D = 10 tonnes / ha + 50 kg / ha NPK; E = 10 tonnes / ha + 100 kg / ha NPK; F = 15 tonnes / ha + 50 kg / ha NPK; G = 15 tonnes / ha + 100 kg / ha NPK; H = 20 tonnes / ha + 50 kg / ha NPK; I = 20 tonnes / ha + 100 kg / ha NPK. The results showed that the combination of quail dung bokashi + NPK fertilizer 16:16:16 showed no significant effect on the observed variable number of primary branches and had a very significant effect on plant height, flowering age, first harvest age, number of pods planted, number of pods per plot, percentage of pithy per plot, dry weight of seeds per plot, and significant differences in seed dry weight per plant. The combination of quail droppings bokashi + NPK 16:16:16, namely 15 tonnes / ha + 50 kg / ha NPK is the best measure for the growth and yield of green bean plants.

Abstract

The research was conducted in Kandih Raya, Kampung Olo, Nanggalo District, Padang City, West Sumatra. The experiment was carried out from January to April 2020. The aim of this study was to obtain the best combination dose of bokashi goat manure and NPK 16:16:16 on the growth and yield of sweet corn. The design used was a randomized block design (RBD) with 7 treatments and 3 groups. The treatments were various combinations of dosage of bokashi goat manure and NPK, namely: A = 0 tonnes / ha bokashi goat manure and 300 kg NPK 16:16:16 B = 10 tonnes / ha bokashi goat manure and 250 kg NPK 16:16 : 16 C = 10 tonnes / ha bokashi goat manure and 300 kg NPK 16:16:16 D = 15 tonnes / ha bokashi goat manure and 250 kg NPK 16:16:16 E = 15 tonnes / ha bokashi goat manure and 300 kg NPK 16:16:16 F = 20 tons / ha bokashi goat manure and 250 kg NPK 16:16:16 G = 20 tons / ha bokashi goat manure and 300 kg NPK 16:16:16. The use of the combined dose of bokashi goat manure and NPK gave no significant effect on: stem diameter, harvest age, ear length and diameter and ear weight without husks per plant, showing significant differences on: flowering age, and ear weight with weight per plant. and showed significantly different effects on: plant height, longest leaf length, widest leaf width, number of leaves and ear weight without husks per plot. The combination of dosage combination of bokashi goat manure at 15 ton / ha and 300 kg / ha NPK 16:16:16 was the best treatment for the growth and yield of sweet corn plants.

Abstract

Research on the effect of giving POC (lamtoro leaves + banana stem) on the growth and yield of cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) has been carried out in Korong Gadang Village, Kuranji District, Padang, February - May 2021. The aim of the study was to obtain the best POC concentration for growth and cucumber yields. The design used was a randomized block design with 5 treatments and 5 groups so that there were 25 experimental units, the experimental unit was a plot with a size of 200 x 210 cm, a spacing of 70 x 50 cm so that in each experimental unit there were 15 plants, 5 of which were used as sample plants for observation. . The treatments given were various concentrations of POC, namely: A = No POC 0 ml/l water, B = POC 50 ml/l water, C = POC 100 ml/l water, D = POC 150 ml/l water, E = POC 200 ml/l water. The data obtained were analyzed statistically with the F test, if the F-count > F-table then continued with the DNMRT test at a 5% significance level. The results showed that the administration of POC showed significantly different effects on the number of segments, the number of fruit planted, the number for plots, the weight of the fruit in the plantation, and the weight of the fruit in the plots; significantly different to the number of female flowers and harvest age; and not significantly different for plant length, fruit diameter and fruit length. The treatment that showed the best effect was 100 ml/l water. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended to use a POC dose of 100 ml/l of water for cucumber plants.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang Aplikasi kombinasi konsentrasi POC Batang Pisang dan NPK 16:16:16 terhadap pertumbuhan bibit gaharu (Aquilaria malaccensis) telah dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Koto Panjang Ikur Koto, Kecamatan Koto Tangah, Kota Padang, Provinsi Sumatera Barat, mulai dari bulan Februari sampai Juni 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kombinasi konsentrasi POC Batang Pisang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan bibit gaharu (Aquilaria malaccensis). Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan sehingga diperoleh 25 unit percobaan terdiri 4 bibit dan semua dijadikan sebagai tanaman sampel, total jumlah terdapat 100 tanaman. Adapun perlakuan yang diberikan:  A POC Batang Pisang 0% dan NPK 100% (12 gr), B POC Batang Pisang 20% dan NPK 75% (9 gr), C POC Batang Pisang 40% dan NPK 50% (6 gr), D POC Batang Pisang 60% dan NPK 25% (3 gr), E POC Batang Pisang 80% dan NPK 0% (0 gr). Hasil percobaan dapat disimpulkan pemberian berbagai konsentrasi POC Batang pisang dan NPK 16:16:16 terhadap pertumbuhan bibit gaharu memberikan pengaruh tidak berbeda nyata pada seluruh variabel pengamatan, Perlakuan B (POC 20% ml/L air + NPK 75% (9 gr) memiliki unsur hara seimbang dengan NPK 100% untuk pertumbuhan gaharu. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan disarankan untuk memberikan naungan dan adaptasi terlebuh dahulu sebelum pindah tanam serta lama penelitiannya diperpanjang.

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan percobaan Universitas Ekasakti Padang mulai bulan Maret sampai Juni 2021. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan volume Pupuk Organik Cair Batang Pisang + NPK 16:16:16 yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan minyak. bibit kelapa sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) di Pembibitan Utama. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 5 kelompok, sehingga seluruhnya terdapat 25 unit percobaan dan setiap unit percobaan terdapat 3 tanaman sehingga terdapat 75 tanaman. Perlakuan penelitian adalah berbagai volume POC batang pisang + 16:16:16 NPK, yaitu: Perlakuan A = Kontrol 0 ml POC Batang Pisang + 100% NPK (10 g), perlakuan B = 500 ml POC Batang Pisang + 75% NPK (7,5 g), perlakuan C = 1000 ml POC Batang Pisang + 50% NPK (5,0 g), perlakuan D = 1500 ml POC Batang Pisang + 25% NPK (2,5 g), perlakuan E = 2000 ml POC Batang Pisang + 0% NPK (0 g). Data setiap pengamatan bibit kelapa sawit yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) pada taraf 5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian berbagai volume POC batang pisang + NPK 16:16:16 menunjukkan pengaruh yang tidak berbeda nyata dan belum didapatkan volume terbaik. yang secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan parameter pertumbuhan tanaman untuk tinggi tanaman, diameter gulma, jumlah daun, bobot segar brangkasan, bobot segar akar, bobot kering brangkasan, dan bobot kering akar

Abstract

This research was carried out in the koto Panjang Ikur village, Koto tangah District, Padang city, West Sumatra Provience. This research starts in January-April 2022. The objective of the study was to obtain a comparison of the best growing media from the application of swallow droppings fertilizer on the growth of oil palm (elaeis guineensis jacq) seedlings in the pre nursery. This experiment used a completely randomized design (RAL) with 4 treatments and 6 replications, so there were 24 experimental units. Each experimental units. Each experimental unit consisted of 6 polibags, so there were 144 polybags. The treatment is as follows : A = Top Soil, B = Top Soil : Swallow manure fertilizer (1:1), C = Top Soil : Swallow manure fertilizer (2:1). Observational data were analyzed statistically with variance (f test). If f count > from f table 5%, proceed with duncans new multiple range test (DNMRT) test at 5% significance level. Variables observed were seedling height. Number of leaves (midrib), tuber diameter, top fresh weight, top dry weight, root length, root fresh weiht, root dry weight, and visual observation. From the experimental results it was concluded that the application of swallow manure fertilizer had a very significantly different effect on the increase in seedling height, number of leaves . hump diameter, upper fresh weight, upper dry weight, root length, fresht root weight, and was not significantly different in weightdry roots. The ratio of Top Soil : Swallow manure fertilizer (1:2) is the best ratio for the growth of oil palm seedlings (elaeis guineensis jacq) in the pre nursery when compared to other treatments
