Abstract

This study aims to find out villagers participation in supporting the success of the implementation of the National Program for Community Empowerment in Rural Areas (PNPM-MP) in the Ngepung Vilage, Kedamean District of Gresik. The research method used is qualitative research methods. The results show villagers participation in planning, in this case the community has played an active role, but has not been thoroughly to all the community, which in the process of meeting, not all people participate in meetings, in planning meetings represented by the Head of village, Chairman of RT and RW as well as community leaders , active in community planning in the making a decision, the goal of a series of activities, as well as to the determination of the funds that also involve all elements of society, including community leaders.Villagers Participation on Implementation of the Autonomy National People Empowerment Program (PNPM-MP) by the community through self-managed and facilitated by village and assisted by facilitators village that serves as a consultant PNPM. Carried out after the implementation phase of the planning phase is complete and has no funds allocation activities. people participation in the use and maintenance can be seen from the benefits perceived by people in the construction that has been done as well as improve the economy of society in physical form through road paving and toilet and empowerment of the women's credit form (SPP). In terms of physical development, people always have the initiative if there is damage occurred.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how to manage and record petty cash at PT Pusat Dagang Sentosa. The data studied are in the form of SOPs for the Finance Accounting Section, Job Descriptions and also financial reports for the April 2020 period. Companies are required to have good and efficient financial performance. Therefore, companies need to have clear and precise SOPs. The method that the researcher uses is descriptive qualitative method by using all secondary data. Based on this research, it is stated thatPetty cash management at PT Pusat Dagang Sentosa is in accordance with the current SOP. It's just that the SOP often changes from time to time to adjust to the running of the company. This resulted in significant changes to the finance work process.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Economic Literacy, Financial Literacy, on Financial Intelligence of Students in Entrepreneurship Campus Memorizing the Qur'an (KEPQ). Design/methodology/approach: The method in this research uses a quantitative approach with types the research used was ex post facto. Findings: The research was carried out in campus Entrepreneur Memor Al-Qur'an (KEPQ) Surabaya. Research limitations/implications: The limitation in the study uses two independent variables and one variable related to the Economic Literacy variable, the Financial Literacy variable, and the Student Financial Intelligence variable. Practical implications: The population numbered 120 people and the study sample was 93 people who were determined by the proportional random sampling technique. Abstract

MPI Group Printing dan Advertising adalah perusahaan jasa yang berada di kota madiun yang berdiri sejak 9 tahun yang lalu dan fokus dibidang digital printing, percetakan, periklanan dan konveksi. Perusahaan percetakan semakin mudah bagi keberadaannya, baik dari segi pencetakan, operasionalisasi dan desain teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh prosedur layanan untuk kepuasan pelanggan imprimerie dari kelompok MPI dan periklanan kota Madiun. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan di MPI Group Madiun. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 150. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling atau sampel acak. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian kepentingan 5% menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara prosedur layanan untuk kepuasan pelanggan, yang ditunjukkan dari uji uji t> T tabel = 4,805> 1 646. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh antara prosedur pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Diharapkan perusahaan memberikan prosedur pelayanan secara baik, ramah, ketepatan waktu serta memperhatikan harga produk. Apabila pelayanan yang di berikan sudah sesuai prosedur yang ada maka akan lebih meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan yang sangat menguntungkan perusahaan, karena jika Semakin tinggi prosedur layanan, semakin tinggi kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is gender economic development, labor force participation, unemployment, and education. The research method uses descriptive qualitative supported by quantitative data. the results of this study that the community understood enough about the concept of gender, gender equality and gender mainstreaming. women and men seem to understand women better than men. This can be seen from the results of data analysis. In terms of the notion of gender, there are still varied opinions, signifying the struggle for a variety of understandings about gender concepts. In terms of whether or not they agree with gender equality, there are still those who say disagree even though the number is small at 20.50% and when compared to that number men are greater (13.67%) than women (6.83%). because most men mentioned because women would feel no longer uncomfortable with men. From this it can be said that there is still a patriarchal culture, which considers women to feel uncomfortable facing men, men should be more authoritative, than women, where it should not have happened if they understood the concept of gender. In the end, it can be said that in general, they are conceptually aware of the concept of gender equality or gender mainstreaming but in reality, their perceptions are still influenced by the culture of male domination. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the hump-shaped relation of regions in East Java Province. The proof of hump-shaped relation is seen from the influence of the degree of fiscal decentralization on economic growth. Fiscal decentralization analysis which is the ratio of regional original income and total regional expenditure, as well as using control variables consisting of government investment, and education which is implemented with reading and writing ability figures. The method used in this research is the econometrics approach. The model used in this study is the Fixed Effect Model with the Generalized Least Square method. The results of this study indicate that together the degree of decentralization, the degree of quadratic fiscal decentralization, government investment, the Gini ratio, the Gini squared ratio, and education significantly influence the regional economic growth in East Java Province. Partially the degree of decentralization, the degree of decentralized fiscal squared, government investment, the Gini ratio, the quadratic Gini ratio, and education also significantly affect economic growth, and show a hump-shape relationship, namely the degree of fiscal decentralization has a positive effect and quadratic fiscal decentralization hurts economic growth.

Abstract

the Marketing Strategy in the Macho Business in Mojokerto City. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods by conducting interviews with the owner. The type of data used is primary data with data collection techniques with documentation, interviews, and observations. The results of the marketing strategy analysis show an increase in total sales from year to year and are used as a reference for the effectiveness of marketing strategies in competition between boba beverage companies. and by doing a marketing strategy for contemporary boba drinks, what you have to do is to build good and intense communication with potential buyers, consumers, or customers. With good interaction, it will certainly increase engagement and can keep consumers from choosing to buy boba beverage products and the number of Boba beverage brands in Indonesia has been eaten by fierce competition between brands. In response to the competition, they also formulated a marketing strategy to highlight their branding. Their common strategy is to use social media and innovate their boba drinks.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the effect of incentives and work motivation on the performance of employees of Gunawangsa Group Surabaya. This research method used quantitative descriptive. The population in this research is all employees of Gunawangsa Group Surabaya. The illustration of this research is 65 people. Taking illustrations using the saturated sampling method (total sampling). Information was collected using a questionnaire form. The analysis of information in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods and is processed using the SPSS 16 application. The results of this research show that incentives do not affect the employee performance of Gunawangsa Group Surabaya, indicated by the t value is smaller than the t table value (0.138 <1.990 ). Work motivation has a significant influence on the employee performance of Gunawangsa Group Surabaya, this is indicated by the t value is greater than the t table (2,960> 1,990). Incentives and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Gunawangsa Group Surabaya employees, indicated by the calculated F value are greater than the F table value (6,017> 3.07) with a significance level of 5%.

Abstract

Since its first appearance in China in December 2019, corona virus, also known as Covid 19, has spread fast to practically every corner of earth. At the end of March 2020, it had become epidemic in more than 200 countries in earth with total of infected patients above 800,000 people, Covid-19 was first labeled an epidemic by World Health Organization (WHO) at the end of January 2020. However, due to the virus's rapid spread over the worldwide, the WHO classified Corona Virus a pandemic.. Various ways of handling Covid-19, especially in the hero city of Surabaya, have been carried out starting from the making of policies. One of the methods used to implement social distancing is to work from home or "Work From Home" (WFH). The impact of this policy will certainly have an impact on well-being of online gojek drivers in Surabaya city. The purpose and stages of the research method, the research objective is to reveal the effect of Work From Home, and Unemployment, on well-being of Gojek Online Drivers in the City of Surabaya, the research stages begin with preparation, data collection, data analysis, report preparation and international publication. Derived from findings of research that has been carried out on the effect of Work From Home and the Unemployment Rate on the Welfare of Gojek Drivers in the city of Surabaya, it can be concluded that there is a partial influence and there is also a simultaneous influence.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the analysis of customer satisfaction at AHASS Daya Motor in 2020-2021. The data collection technique used is the documentation technique. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The result of this marketing strategy research are based on four main elements, namely product, price, place, promotion which are determined to be successful. The theory of customer behavior consists of four theories, namely microeconomic theory, psychological theory, sociological theory, and anthropological theory. The factors influencing service quality consist of tangible, reability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. Benefits provided to customers by trying to understand consumers desires. So that each company is expected to have understanding and knowledge about customers, understand customer needs specifically, and have comfortable operating times for customers.
