Abstract

the Marketing Strategy in the Macho Business in Mojokerto City. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods by conducting interviews with the owner. The type of data used is primary data with data collection techniques with documentation, interviews, and observations. The results of the marketing strategy analysis show an increase in total sales from year to year and are used as a reference for the effectiveness of marketing strategies in competition between boba beverage companies. and by doing a marketing strategy for contemporary boba drinks, what you have to do is to build good and intense communication with potential buyers, consumers, or customers. With good interaction, it will certainly increase engagement and can keep consumers from choosing to buy boba beverage products and the number of Boba beverage brands in Indonesia has been eaten by fierce competition between brands. In response to the competition, they also formulated a marketing strategy to highlight their branding. Their common strategy is to use social media and innovate their boba drinks.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the marketing strategies carried out by Casual Culture.co brands to increase sales. This type of research uses qualitative research. This study used primary data. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that the marketing strategy carried out is to use attributes on products that include quality, design, service, price and brand. From the research on marketing strategies carried out by Casual Culture.co less optimal and less efficient, therefore the author provides advice or input to implement aggressive marketing strategies to increase sales volume so as to get maximum profits.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of rental prices and service quality on customer satisfaction at Pt Gunawangsa Mapan Sentosa Merr. This study uses primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is quantitative. The results of this study are, Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing there is a significant effect of rental prices on customer satisfaction, and there is also a significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. As for simultaneously there is a significant influence of rental prices and service quality on customer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether incentives affect employee motivation at PT Saerah Surya Perkasa Surabaya, to determine how much influence incentives have on employee motivation at PT Saerah Surya Perkasa Surabaya. In this thesis research, the sample used is simple ramdom sampling, namely random sampling without regard to level and the population in this study amounted to 100 people. This study uses primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is quantitative. The results of this study are, Data is analyzed by validity test, reliability test and simple regression test (t test) using SPSS 20 for windows application. The results showed that incentives had an influence on employee work motivation and the magnitude of the influence of incentives on employee work motivation at the regent's office of Southwest Aceh Regency was 10.0%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and find out about the accounting information system in the process of payroll and wages. In addition, the purpose of this study is also to determine the effect of an effective and efficient payroll and payroll accounting information system, thus facilitating the payroll and remuneration process. The research method used in the research of payroll and wage accounting information systems is to use qualitative descriptive research methods and literature. An Accounting Information System (AIS) is a system designed to collect and display accounting information so that accountants and company executives can make informed decisions. The results of this study indicate that every government agency needs to implement public sector accounting because it can simplify and improve the quality of presenting financial reports.
