Abstract

The study aimed to determine the effect of interaction between palm oil mill and organic NPK liquid waste doses on the growth and production of Suri Cucumber plants. The design used in this study was a Factorial Completely Randomized Design consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is palm oil mill effluent with a dose of 0, 100, 200, 300 ml/plant while the second factor is organic NPK with a dose of 0, 5, 10, 15 grams/plant. The parameters observed were flowering age, age of the first harvest, number of fruit crops, the weight of fruit per fruit, weight of fruit per plant. The last observation data were analyzed statistically and continued with a BNJ follow-up test at the level of 5%. The results showed that interactively the administration of palm oil mill effluent and organic NPK fertilizer gave a significant effect on fruit weight per fruit and fruit weight per Suri cucumber plant. The best treatment is a combination of 300 ml/plant palm oil mill effluent and 15 g / plant organic NPK fertilizer (L3N3). The main effect of giving palm oil mill effluent has a significant effect on flowering age, harvest age, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per fruit and fruit weight per Suri cucumber plant. The best treatment is by giving 300 ml/plant palm oil mill effluent (L3). The main effect of giving organic NPK fertilizer significantly affected flowering age, harvest age, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per fruit and fruit weight per Suri cucumber plant. The best treatment is by administering 15 g of organic NPK / plant (N3).

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was carried out at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru, from April to July 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the interaction and main fertilizer of Petroganik and Grand K on the growth and production of peanut plants. The method used was a Completely Randomized Design which consisted of two factors. The first factor was P (Petroganik) and the second factor was K (Grand-K), each of which consisted of 4 levels of treatment so that there were 16 treatment combinations. Each treatment consisted of 3 replications, so there were 48 experimental plots, consisting of 12 plants and 3 plants as observational samples with the total number was 576 plants. Data from the latest observations were analyzed by variance (ANOVA) and further tested with the significant difference in honesty (BNJ) at the 5% significant level. The results showed the interaction of Petroganik and Grand-K fertilizers significantly affected plant height, relative growth rate and weight of 100 seeds. The best combination of treatment in the application of Petroganic fertilizer was 81 g/plot and Grand K fertilizer was 14 g/plot (P3K2). The main effect of real Petroganik fertilizer on all parameters of observation with the best treatment was the application of Petroganic fertilizer as much as 81 g/plot (P3). The main effect of Grand K fertilizer was significant on all parameters observed with the best treatment was the application of Grand K fertilizer of 14 g/plot (K2).

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Hormax and NPK Mutiara (16:16:16) on sweet potato plants. The design used in this study was a Factorial Complete Randomized Design consisting of two factors. The first factor is Hormax (H) at doses of 0, 1, 3, and 5 ml per liter of water while the second factor is NPK Mutiara (16:16:16) (N) with concentrations of 0, 3.15, 6.3, and 9.45g per plant. The parameters observed were the number of crop tubers (tubers), tuber weight per plot (g), tuber weight per tuber (g), tuber weight per plant (g), wet pruned weight (g), harvest index. The last observation data were analyzed statistically and continued with a BNJ follow-up test at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction of giving Hormax and NPK Mutiara (16:16:16) significantly affected the number of tubers per plant, tuber weight per plot, tuber weight per fruit, weight. The best treatment is in the combination of H2N2 fertilizer concentration of 3 ml/liter of water and 6.3 g / plant. The main influence of hormax is evident on the parameters of the number of tubers per plant, tuber weight per plot, tuber weight per tuber, tuber weight per plant, wet perched weight, harvest index, the best treatment of 3 ml per liter of water (H2). The main effect of NPK Mutiara fertilizer (16:16:16) is real on the parameters of the number of tubers per plant, tuber weight per plot, tuber weight per fruit, tuber weight per plant, wet perched weight, harvest index, best treatment ie 6.3 g per plants (N2). Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the interactions and main effects on the implementation of planting distance and the addition of oil palm empty fruit bunch OPEFB compost on the growth and production of dwarf bean (Vigna unguiculata var. sequapedalis). This work was conducted using a completely randomized design factorial, consisting of two factors. The first J factor (planting distance) consisted of 4 treatment levels 50 cm x 30 cm, 55 cm x 35 cm, 60 cm x 40 cm, 65 cm x 45 cm and T factor (OPEFB compost) consisted of 4 treatment levels 0, 1.5, 2 and 2.5 kg per plot. The parameters observed were plant height (cm), age of flowering day after planting (HST), age of harvest (HST), number of pods, pod length (cm), pod weight (g) and number of remaining pods. Observation data were analyzed statistically and a BNJ test of 5% was performed. The results showed that the interaction between planting distance and addition of OPEFB compost had a significant effect on all parameters observed with the best combination of 65 x 45 cm and OPEFB compost 2.5 kg per plot. The main effect gave a significant on all parameters with the best treatment of 65 x 45 cm, while the best pod weight parameter of 60 x 40 cm. The main effect on OPEFB compost had also a significant effect on all parameters with the best treatment at 2.5 kg per plot.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the response of mung bean to the application of ameliorant polyvalent cations Cu2+, Fe3+, Zn2+ and Palm Oil Midrib Compost Fertilizer on Peat Media. The research was carried out in the experimental farm of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru from March to May 2020. The design used in this study was a factorial completely randomized design consisting of two factors. The first factor is the provision of ameliorant material (A) consisting of 4 levels of A0 (without ameliorant), A1 (Cu2+), A2 (Fe3+), and A3 (Zn2+) and the second factor is the provision of palm frond compost (K) consisting of 4 levels of K0 ( without compost) K1 (12 g/plant) K2 (24 g/plant) K3 (36 g/plant). Observational data were analyzed statistically and further test BNJ level 5%. The results of the study by interaction gave an influence on the observation of seed weight per plant, with the best treatment being the provision of ameliorant Cu2+ and oil palm midrib compost 24 g/plant (A1K2). The main effect of giving ameliorant material gave effect on all observation parameters, namely plant height, relative growth rate, speed of dry matter filling, effective seed filling time, flowering age, harvest age, seed weight per plant, percentage of empty pods, the weight of 100 seeds and root volume, where the best treatment is in the provision of ameliorant Cu2+ (A1). The main effect of oil palm midrib compost affects the observation parameters, namely plant height, relative growth rate, speed of dry matter filling, flowering age, harvest age, seed weight per plant, percentage of empty pods, weight of 100 seeds and root volume where the best treatment is in giving 24 g/plant (K2) of oil palm midrib compost.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the interaction and the main effect between Petrobio biofertilizers and NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 fertilizers on the growth and yield of soybean plants. This research was conducted at the experimental farm of Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru from July to October 2019. The design used in the study was a completely randomized design, consisting of 2 factors. The first factor was the dose of Petrobio's Biofertilizer (P), consisting of 4 levels of treatment namely 0, 3, 6, and 9 g per plot. The second factor was NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 (N) fertilizer dosage, consisting of 4 levels, 0, 10, 20, and 30 g per plot. So that the treatment combinations obtained as 16, consisting of 3 replications with a total of 48 experimental units. The observed parameters were plant height, percentage of pods with a healthy crop, crop weight of seeds, the weight of 100 seeds, harvest index, and further tested BNJ at the level of 5%. The results showed that the interaction of Petrobio Biological fertilizers and NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 fertilizers was significant for the percentage of pithed pods, crop seed weight, and harvest index. Effect of application of Petrobio Biofertilizer dosage, 9 g per plot and NPK Mutiara fertilizer 16:16:16 30 g per plot P3N3. The main effect of Petrobio biological fertilizer was evident in plant height, net assimilation rate, relative growth rate, and weight of 100 seeds. The best treatment is on Petrobio 9 g per fertilizer plot. The main effect of NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 fertilizer was found in all observed parameters. The best NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 fertilizer treatment was at a dose of 30 g per plot.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi dan utama kompos titonia dan pupuk Grand-K terhadap pertumbuhan serta produksi bawang dayak. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap faktorial dengan dua faktor, dan dilakukan 3 kali ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah dosis kompos titonia (T) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu 0, 0,5, 1,0, dan 1,5 kg/plot. Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk Grand-K (G) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu 0, 5, 10 dan 15 g/plot. Parameter yang diamati adalah laju pertumbuhan relatif (LPR) (g/hari), tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah umbi per rumpun (umbi), berat umbi basah per rumpun (g), berat umbi kering per rumpun (g) dan persentase susut umbi (%). Data pengamatan terakhir dianalisis secara statistik dan dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut BNJ pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: interaksi kompos titonia dan pupuk Grand-K berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah umbi per rumpun, berat basah umbi per rumpun dan berat kering umbi per rumpun. Perlakuan terbaik adalah kombinasi perlakuan kompos titonia 1,5 kg/plot dan pupuk Grand-K 10 g/plot (T3G2) atau kombinasi perlakuan kompos titonia 1,5 kg/plot dan pupuk Grand-K 15 g/plot (T3G3). Pengaruh utama kompos titonia nyata terhadap semua parameter pengamatan dengan perlakuan terbaik adalah dosis 1,5 kg/plot (T3). Pengaruh utama dosis pupuk pupuk Grand-K nyata terhadap semua parameter pengamatan dengan perlakuan terbaik adalah (G2) dosis 10 g/plot atau (G3) dosis 15 g/plot.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi maupun utama aplikasi berbagai jenis ZPT dan pemangkasan daun entres terhadap pertumbuhan sambung pucuk durian bawor. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dikebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Islam Riau Pekanbaru dari November 2020 sampai Januari 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap 2 faktorial. Faktor utama adalah tanpa ZPT, Atonik 2 cc/l, Hormax 4 cc/l dan Growtone 6 g/l. Faktor kedua yaitu pemangkasan daun entres 0, 1, 2 dan 3 daun entres sehingga diperoleh 16 kombinasi perlakuan. Setiap kombinasi perlakuan terdiri dari 3 ulangan, sehingga diperoleh 48 satuan percobaan. Parameter yang diamati adalah persentase sambungan hidup, waktu pecah tunas, pertambahan panjang tunas, jumlah daun dan jumlah tangkai daun. Data pengamatan dianalisis statistik dan dilanjutkan dengan uji BNJ pada taraf 5%. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa secara interaksi berbagai jenis ZPT dan pemangaksan daun entres nyata terhadap waktu pecah tunas. Kombinasi perlakuan terbaik adalah Growtone 6 g/l dan pemangkasan 3 daun entres (Z3P3). Pengaruh utama berbagai jenis ZPT nyata terhadap semua parameter. Perlakuan terbaik adalah Growtone 6 g/ (Z3). Pengaruh utama pemangkasan daun entres nyata terhadap semua parameter. Perlakuan terbaik adalah pemangkasan 3 helai (N3).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi maupun utama respon pertumbuhan setek sirih merah (Piper crocatum) pada berbagaik media tanam dan konsentrasi IBA (Indole Butyric Acid)”. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Islam Riau.Selama 4 bulan terhitung bulan Januari 2021–April 2021.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi berbagaikomposisi media tanam dan konsentrasi IBA dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman setek sirih merah. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap yangterdiri dari 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah berbagai komposisi media tanam terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu tanah+pasir (1:1), tanah+pasir+kompos (1:1:1), tanah+pasir+pukan ayam (1:1:1), tanah+pasir+tepung sekam (1:1:1). Faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi IBAterdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu 0, 500, 1000, 1500 ppm. Parameter yang diamati :umur muncul tunas, persentase setek hidup, panjang tanaman, jumlah daun total, lebar daun, panjang daun, luas daun, jumlah ruas, panjang ruas internodus, jumlah tunas. Data dianalisis secara statistik dan dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ) pada taraf 5%. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa interaksi berbagai komposisi media tanam dan konsentrasiIBA nyata terhadap semua parameter pengamatan, kecuali parameter persentase setek hidup dan jumlah ruas tanaman setek sirih merah. Perlakuan terbaik adalah kombinasi media tanam pukan ayam dan konsentrasi IBA 1000 ppm. Pengaruh utama berbagai komposisi media tanam nyata terhadap semua parameter pengamatan dengan perlakuan terbaik adalah campuran tanah + pasir + pukan ayam. Pengaruh utama berbagai konsentrasi hormon IBA nyata terhadap semua parameter pengamatan dengan perlakuan terbaik konsentrasi 1000 ppm.
