Abstract

Menurut observasi peneliti menemukan masih rendahnya kemampuan keaksaraan yang dimiliki anak disebabkan oleh penggunaan metode dan media pembelajara yang kurang tepat. Berdasarkan kenyataan tersebut di atas, maka peneliti merasa perlu dilakukan perbaikan dan inovasi bertujuan meningkatkan kinerja pendidik dengan pembelajaran yang berkualitas, sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Survei awal yang telah peneliti lakukan di  kelompok B di TK Citra Taruna Tengger Surabaya, dari 20 anak yang terdiri dari 8 anak laki-laki dan 12 anak perempuan kemampuan Keaksaraan anak masih rendah. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D). Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa antara pretest dan postest mengalami peningkatan yang jelas dan nyata. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkana bahwa kemampuan anak perlu dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebijakan dan program. Dengan ketentuan dapat diketahui bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel, maka data tersebut di distribusikan normal. Dengan data-data yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini dapat dikatakan data yang normal.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, promotions, and product variations on purchasing decisions (case study of Kampung Kecil Restaurant of Bengkulu City). The problem in this study was whether the store atmosphere, promotions, and product variations affect the purchasing decisions. There were 80 respondents as the samples taken by accident (accidental sampling). The data was collected by using the questionnaire. The analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this research, it can be seen that the store atmosphere had a significant effect on the purchasing decision of the consumers in the Kampung Kecil restaurant because a significant value of 0.046 was lower than 0.05. The promotion had a significant effect on the purchasing decision of the consumers because a significant value of 0.015 was lower than 0.05. The Product variations also had a significant effect on the consumer of purchasing decision because a significant value of 0.00 was lower than 0.05. The coefficient of determination of R square was 0.721. It meant that the purchasing decision can be explained 72.1% by the independent variables namely the store atmosphere, promotion, and product variations. While the rest (100-72.1% = 27.9%) is affected by other factors that are not examined in this research. Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Promotions, Product Variations, and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

This study aimed to determine The Effect of Attitude and Dicipline toward Employees’ Achievement of PT. Prioritas of Bengkulu City. The number of samples were used as many as 90 Respondents by using purposive sampling techniques. The data were analyzed by using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Techniques, Determination Coefficient Analysis (R2), and Partial Test (t Test), Simultaneous Test (Test f).The results of this study indicate that partially significant attitudes influence work performance with a value of α = 0.00 and work discipline significantly influence work performance with a value of α = 0.11. While f Attitude Test (X1) and Discipline (X2) have a significant influence toward employees’ performance (Y) at PT. Prioritas Bengkulu City overall significant level of α = 0.000. It has a regression equation Y = 5.380 0.490 (X1) 0.317 (X2),with the coefficient of determination of the Adjusted R Square value is 0.423. The coefficient of determination has the meaning that together attitudes and discipline contribute in influencing work performance of employees of PT. Prioritas Bengkulu City. While the most dominant factor with the greatest regression coefficient value is a variable with a value = 0.490. Keywords: Attitude, Discipline and Work Performance of Employees.

Abstract

            This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on wardah product purchasing decisions (a case study of Wardah consumers in Bengkulu City), either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, including Product Quality (X1) and Price (X2). The object of this research is the consumers of Wardah Bengkulu City, amounting to 96 people. In this research, the writer uses the method of data collection by means of observation, distributing questionnaires and interviews.            There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including by using instrument test, classical assumption test, respondent analysis analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and hypothesis testing. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the variables of Product Quality (X1) and Price (X2) have partially or simultaneously affected Wardah Product Purchase Decisions (Case Study on Wardah Consumers, Bengkulu City). From the results of the multiple linear regression test, the regression equation is as follows: Y = 2.274 + 0.471 (X_1) + 0.416 (X2). Keywords: Product Quality, Price and Purchase Decision

Abstract

Strategy is a managerial process to develop and maintain harmony between company goals, company resources, and market opportunities that are constantly changing, with the aim of shaping and adapting the company's business and products, so as to achieve profits and profitable growth rates. In addition to the use of strategy, the application of ethics is very important to avoid unfair competition between business people. The objectives of this study are: to analyze the management strategy that is suitable for use at PT Astra Honda Motor in the city of Bengkulu. The technique of this research is through field research techniques, and includes qualitative descriptive research. The results of the study indicate that: strategic management analysis is suitable for use by PT Astra Honda Motor in the city of Bengkulu in order to increase the number of sales: 1) Strength (strength) of the company, namely as a dealer in Bengkulu City which has complete facilities and infrastructure in the marketing and maintenance process of Honda motorcycles; 2) Weaknesses (weaknesses) of the company, namely the lack of promotion, integration of data and information between CV. Astra Honda Motor Bengkulu City and PT. Astra Honda Motor is inadequate to obtain information quickly and accurately; 3) Opportunities (opportunities) for the company, namely a large market share; 4) Threats (threats) for the company, namely the presence of new competitors such as Bajaj and Chinese motorcycles, the community paradigm in assessing product superiority based on certain events, rapidly changing community trends so that they prefer new products that appear on the market and the level of use of motorcycles the higher it also triggers the high number of accidents that occur on the highway so that people hesitate in determining the type of vehicle to be chosen; 5) Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the strategies that can be carried out by the company are the Market Development Strategy, Product Development Strategy, and Brand Image Strategy. Keywords: Analysis, Strategic Management, Business Competition

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product diversity and price discounts on buying interest of consumers at the Lova Collection in Bengkulu City. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, the object of this research is the consumers of the Lova Collection in Bengkulu City, which is located on Jl. Lieutenant Suprapto, Kec. Ratu Samban, Bengkulu City, Bengkulu. The sampling method uses a non probability technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 160 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely t test and f test.The results of this study can be concluded that the variable Service quality has a positive effect on Consumer Purchase Interest, product diversity has a positive effect on Consumer Purchase Interest, Price Discounts have a positive effect on Consumer Purchase Interest, and Service Quality, Product Diversity and Price Discounts together have a significant effect on Consumer Buying Interest in the Lova Collection in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of location, price discounts and trust on consumer purchasing decisions at the Puncak Bengkulu Department Store. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, the object of this research is the consumers of the Puncak Bengkulu Department Store which is precisely located on Jl. Lieutenant Suprapto, Kec. Ratu Samban, Bengkulu City, Bengkulu. The sampling method uses a non probability technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 150 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely t test and f test.The results of this study can be concluded that the location variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, price discounts have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, trust has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, and location, price discounts and trust have a positive and significant effect on product purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis marketing strategy applied in increasing the sales volume of Bay Tat Ricka's home industry cakes in Bengkulu City. This type of research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Research informants are owners, employees and consumers of Bay Tat Ricka. The results show that the position of Bay Tat Ricka is in quadrant 1 with the coordinates of internal factors +0.49, and external factors +0.18 This means that Bay Tat Ricka is in a very favorable situation. Bay Tat Ricka has opportunities and strengths so he can take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be applied in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy (Growth oriented strategy). The aggressive strategy that must be applied by Bay Tat Ricka Bengkulu City is the SO strategy, this strategy is a strategy made by utilizing all strengths to seize the opportunities that exist. The SO strategy that can be carried out by Bay Tat Ricka in Bengkulu City is to promote on social media, maintain taste so that consumers continue to subscribe, maintain product quality and maintain packaging in boxes with halal labeling.
