Abstract

Sudah ditegaskan bahwa dana desa diprioritaskan untuk membiayai pelaksanaan program dan kegiatan berskala lokal desa bidang pembangunan desa dan pemberdayaan desa. Pemerintah desa masih melakukan penentuan keputusan dengan cara musyawarah dengan para masyarakat desa tanpa adanya aspek yang pasti yang bisa dijadikan bahan pertimbangan. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini, yakni untuk membantu pemerintah desa dalam menentukan keputusan rencana kerja pembangunan desa yang tepat dan terbaik. Penelitian ini tergolong kedalam penelitian pengembangan dengan subjek penelitian kepala desa, perangkat desa, serta masyarakat desa. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, serta penyebaran angket. Peneltian diawali dengan melakukan wawancara kepada kepala desa dan perangkat desa dilanjutkan observasi proses kegiatan musyawarah tingkat rukun tetangga, musyawarah dusun, dan diakhiri dengan musyawarah desa. Selanjutnya, mencari referensi berupa literatur dalam bentuk jurnal penelitian bertemakan aplikasi website, membuat prototype aplikasi RKPDes, perhitungan metode TOPSIS, dan menghasilkan aplikasi website penyusunan RKPDes. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode TOPSIS dapat menyesuaikan proses penyusunan musyawarah rukun tetangga, musyawarah dusun, dan musyawarah desa untuk menyusun RKPDes.

Abstract

The government has prepared social assistance for those affected by Covid-19, such as subsidized electricity tariffs for 450VA and 900VA, pre-employment card program, presidential assistance for productive micro-enterprises, subsidized assistance for workers' wages below Rp. 5,000,000., - as a BPJSTK participant, Jabodetabek basic food assistance, cash assistance outside Jabodetabek, Non PKH basic food card program assistance, distribution of cooperative loans through the KUMKM Revolving Fund Management Agency, as well as direct cash assistance from village funds. The main requirements are that the head of the neighborhood association and community unit has registered, lost their livelihood in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic and is not registered as a recipient of other social assistance from the central government. However, in the field, it does not meet the expectations of the community, because it is considered not right on target. There needs to be a re-evaluation of the assistance program so that it is more targeted because it is not in accordance with the previous government's planning. by utilizing the Simple Additive Weighting Method, it can make it easier for the village government to determine the recipients of village fund social assistance. The results of existing calculations can be implemented on the previous platform (Web Based).

Abstract

Education has a very important role in educating human life and cannot be separated from development and change. The development of technology in this digital era cannot be separated from its influence in the world of education. So that the world of education always adjusts to technological developments as an increase in the quality of education to support educational success. With the Campus Teaching Program, the role of students is needed in assisting the learning process, one of which is in adapting technology to increase student awareness of the importance of technology in today's digital era. Currently, SD Negeri Sumberagung students do not yet have the skills to use the Canva application. The Canva application can be used to create graphic designs so that it can be used to explore students' talents in making graphic designs. There fore it is necessary to conduct graphic design training using the Canva application so that students can use the Canva application to explore their potential to make graphic designs. After training students can use the Canva application, students are very enthusiastic about this activity and students are quite familiar with using the Canva application.
