Abstract

Abstrak Daerah Irigasi Cidurian terus mengalami pengurangan lahan, disebabkan pembangunan yang pesat di daerah Kabupaten Tangerang. Volume ketersediaan air semakin terbatas dan musim kemarau yang panjang juga menjadi salah satu penyebab kekuranga air tanaman. Tanaman yang biasa dibudidayakan yaitu Padi dan Palawija dengan penyusunan pola tata tanam yang sudah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketersediaan air dan mengetahui luasan yang paling optimal dan keuntungan yang diperoleh dari berbagai alternatif yang dimodelkan.  Metode optimasi yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan program linier, dengan bantuan program lingo. Hasil optimasi dari beberapa alternatif pola tanam yang dicoba dipilih alternatif ke II dan III dengan keuntungan maksimum mencapai 83%. Kata Kunci: Pola Tata Tanam, Irigasi, Optimasi Program Linier, Program Lingo.  Abstract Irrigation Area of cidurian is getting land reduction continuing. It causes by rapid development in Tangerang districts area. The volume of water availability is increasing limited and a long dry season is also one of the causes of plant water shortages. The commonly cultivated crops are Rice and Crops. The research aims to determine the availability of water and find out the most optimal area and the benefits obtained based on the various alternatives modeled. The optimization method used by a linear program that connected into the lingo application. The results of the optimization based on several alternative cropping patterns those are second and tried to be chosen are the third alternative which has a maximum profit for about 83%. Keywords: Cropping Pattern, Irrigation, Linear Programing Optimization, Lingo Program.

Abstract

Building construction project is one of the projects that has a high risk based on the workload and the height of the building structure. Implementation of this construction takes a long and complex. Therefore, it can cause uncertainty of conditions in the field raises various risks in the implementation of the project. Risk management should apply at the initial phase for project development, risk management will be very useful in developing an understanding of project uncertainty. It is very important to understand the risk management concept before understanding the risks in building construction industry. This study aims to obtain the dominant most influential risk factors in a building construction project by using Relative Important Index (RII) Method. The RII method is used to look at the greatest risk factors. Primary data of the research were obtained by filling the risk factor questionnaire by 32 respondents with the positions of Consultans, Chief Expert, Project Manager, and Site Manager. The results showed that The events included in the high risk category are as follows; lack of detailed drawings, a change in design, the designs and drawings do not comply with the bill of quantity, the amount of labor is changing, lack of availability of workers, lack of control and coordination in the field, additional scope of work, inaccuracy and mismatch of detailed specifications on the design, lack of worker expertise and lack of qualified staff, error estimating costs and implementation time.

Abstract

Irrigation is a supporting infrastructure for water distribution in agriculture. Its role is vital, especially for agricultural areas which are not rain-fed, meaning that to irrigate agricultural areas the irrigation infrastructure is needed. It is important for all parties involved in agriculture and irrigation management institutions to find out and ensure the condition and performance of an irrigation network, whether its function is still as planned or even vice versa. So far, the performance evaluation of irrigation networks is still carried out conventionally and only reaches a form of Maintenance Operation report, not specific to its performance. So based on these conditions, this research will build an expert system that can be used to assess the performance of irrigation networks. The design begins by determining the logic of assessment that will be used as a way of thinking from the expert system that will be built. The indicators used by the system to assess irrigation performance are as stated in the regulation of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing No. 12 of 2015. After designing the expert system, the next step is to simulate it using the data available in the operation and maintenance reports of some irrigation networks that are used as samples. Then the simulation results are analyzed so that it can be known whether the system can work as planned or not. The system simulation results show a mismatch between the two indicators namely the performance of infrastructure and water services. While other assessment indicators have logical results.

Abstract

Planning for water needs for irrigation areas is carried out to determine the water needs for plants to grow and develop. The source of water obtained for meeting water needs comes from the Walahar Dam. The results of water demand planning can also be used to simulate cropping patterns. Cropping patterns are very helpful for farmers in determining effective and efficient planting times. Calculation of plant water needs is processed from climatological data and rainfall data, the results of which are demand discharge. Based on the results of the calculation of water requirements for plants, the average discharge requirement is 0.65 m3/second – 9.59 m3/second, while the available water or available discharge in Walahar Weir is 183.90 m3/second. So it can be concluded that the available water in Walahar Weir can meet the water needs of plants. Keywords: Discharge, Climatological Data, Rainfall Data, Plant Water Demand Planning

Abstract

IPAL Cimanggis berlokasi di Jakarta Timur yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan layanan sanitasi masyarakat dan mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh air limbah perkotaan yang dibuang secara langsung ke badan air atau ke tanah. Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengevaluasi efisiensi pengolahan IPAL Cimanggis, selanjutnya dilakukan optimalisasi berdasarkan tiga model yang berbeda untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kinerja IPAL. Analisis laboratorium dan data historis digunakan sebagai data utama untuk memeriksa perilaku instalasi pengolahan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa instalasi sudah bekerja dengan baik dalam pengurangan senyawa BOD5, Ammonia, TKN, TN dan Total Alkalinitas. Sedangkan dalam penguraian senyawa TSS, COD dan TP sangat buruk dikarenakan hasil output masih melebihi batas standar baku mutu yang ditetapkan. Software GPS-X digunakan sebagai alat untuk mengoptimalisasi IPAL. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah optimalisasi dilakukan dengan tiga model skenario yaitu, skenario pertama dengan penambahan unit saringan pada awal pengolahan dapat mengurai senyawa TSS sebesar 83,27%, BOD5 6,27%, COD 40,33%, TN 8,90% dan 5,58%. skenario kedua dengann penambahan unit tangki anoxic bahwa persentase penguraian senyawa TSS sebesar 82,37%, BOD5 61,38%, COD 57,14%, Ammonia 0,19%, TKN 24,39%, TN 16,37% dan TP 23,34%. Skenario ketiga dengan menambahkan unit MBR menghasilkan output yang signifikan dalam mengurangi senyawa TSS sebesar 98,18%, BOD5 85,02%, COD 71,37%, Ammonia 82,45%, TKN 68,28%, TN 76,97% dan TP 42,32%.

Abstract

Banyak kegiatan manusia bergantung pada banyak sedikitnya jumlah curah hujan yang turun ke permukaan bumi termasuk ke dalam Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS). Curah hujan merupakan jumlah air hujan yang turun pada suatu daerah dalam waktu tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar curah hujan rencana dimana hasil tersebut banyak digunakan dalam dunia Teknik Sipil seperti melakukan perencanaan bangunan pengendali hujan, perencanaan desain saluran drainase dan lain-lain. Data penelitian yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yakni data curah hujan maksimum harian yang diambil dari Stasiun Meteorologi Tanah Merah. Jenis distribusi terpilih yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah distribusi probabilitas Gumbel. Hujan rencana periode ulang T tahun metode Gumbel yang digunakan adalah 2 tahun, 5 tahun, 10 tahun, 20 tahun dan 25 tahun. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan curah hujan rencana pada periode ulang 2 tahun sebesar 119,10 mm, pada 5 tahun sebesar 169,15 mm, pada 10 tahun sebesar 202,29 mm, pada 20 tahun sebesar 233,67 mm dan pada 25 tahun sebesar 244,16 mm.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the teaching and learning process of students with intellectual disabilities is quite interesting, because of the development of a child who shows limitations in intellectual functioning and social adaptation. Students with intellectual disabilities have below-average intelligence and difficulty learning, understanding, and solving problems, especially in communication. The purpose of this study is to find out how the communication strategies used by teachers in teaching students with intellectual disabilities at the elementary, junior high, and high school levels at the SLB B / C Budi Lestari Education Foundation, Sukatani Depok. This research uses Charles Berger's theory of Planning and the theory of Symbolic Interactionism by George Herbert Mead. This research uses qualitative methods and constructivist paradigms. The results of this study show that teacher communication strategies in teaching students with intellectual disabilities both elementary, junior high, and high school at the SLB B / C Budi Lestari Sukatani Education Foundation, Depok are using media assistance and combining verbal and non-verbal forms of communication in the learning process. Teachers apply communication strategies, namely to secure understanding, to establish acceptance, and to motivate action. The process of implementing strategies is carried out by interacting using the help of media such as images, computers, body language, and facial expressions.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengungkap penafsiran Syaikh Nawawi al-Bantani pada surat al-Nisa ayat 86 tentang kebolehan salam kepada non muslim. Ungensi dari artikel ini adalah bantahan terhadap larangan salam kepada non muslim. Lewat artikel ini penulis hendak mengungkap penafsiran ulama-ulama yang sejalan dengan Syaikh Nawawi al-Bantani dalam menfasiran surat al-Nisa ayat 86. Melalui analisis terhadap ayat al-Qur’an, diketumakan surat al-Nisa ayat 70, bahwa manusia (bani adam) dimuliakan Tuhan. Kata manusia (Bani Adam) dalam al-Qur’an meng-isyaratkan tidak dibatasi agama, Islam atau bukan Islam. Dengan demikian batasan salam hanya kepada muslim yang ditafsirkan sebagain ulama didasarkan pada surat al-Nisa ayat 86, terbantahkan oleh surat al-Nisa ayat 70. Hal yang menarik lainnya, dalam artikel ini akan memetakan para mufasir dalam menafsirkan surat al-Nisa, baik kubu yang memahmi larangan salam kepada non muslim, maupun yang membolehkannya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price to Earnings to Growth (PEG), Return On Equity (ROE), and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) on stock returns through  the firm value in the consumer goods industry companies for the period 2016-2020, and determine how much influence the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price to Earnings to Growth (PEG), Return On Equity (ROE), and  Total Assets Turnover (TATO) on stock returns through the firm value in the consumer goods industry companies for the 2016-2020 period.  The data used in this study were obtained from www.idx.co.id and www.investing.com with a total of 120 data. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique.  The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and path analysis.  The results showed that firm value was able to mediate the effect of Price to Earnings to Growth (PEG) and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) on stock returns, while firm value was unable to mediate the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS), and  Return On Equity (ROE) on stock returns.
