Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the sector that absorbs the largest workforce in Indonesia up to 97% and is the most important part of the country's economy. When Indonesia experienced the monetary crisis in 1998, MSMEs were able to restore the Indonesian economy. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic that is currently hitting Indonesia, it causes a decline in production for MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency and contributes to the country's weak economy. This study aims to analyze and identify the factors that cause the decline in the existence of MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency using SWOT analysis and analysis of internal and external factors, as well as strategies for developing MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, which uses literature in the form of journals, papers or seminar proceedings, and reports from government or private institutions, as a reference in data collection. The results of the research are in the form of development strategies according to the needs of MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency.Keywords:SWOT Analysis,Analysis of Internal and External Factors,MSMEs Development Strategy.

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi mendukung usaha-usaha pembaruan dalam penggunaan hasil teknologi dalam proses belajar, salah satunya pengembangan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mendeskripsikan hasil pengembangan media pembelajaran Ludo pada mata pelajaran Penataan Produk, dan 2) Menganalisis kelayakan pengembangan media pembelajaran Ludo. Metode penelitian ini adalah R&D menggunakan model pengembangan 4D, namun hanya dilaksankan pada tahapan develop. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar telaah dan lembar validasi ahli materi serta ahli media. Lembar validasi ahli dianalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan skala likert. Penelitian ini menghasilkan media pembelajaran Ludo digital yang dioperasikan offline melalui Komputer atau Laptop. Media Ludo dilengkapi dengan materi dan latihan soal bersifat objektif. Penilaian validasi oleh ahli materi memperoleh presentase sebesar 90% diinterpretasikan sangat layak dan penilaian ahli media memperoleh sebesar 95,6% diinterpretasikan sangat layak. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran Ludo pada mata pelajaran Penataan Produk dinyatakan sangat layak dimanfaatkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 2 Buduran.Kata Kunci : Media pembelajaran, pengembangan media, ludo
