<![CDATA[Since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, positive confirmed cases and death cases have continued to increase day by day, so the government and WHO urge the entire community to increase their immunity to avoid Covid-19 infection. There are many things that can be done to improve the immune system, one of which is taking health supplements. The objective of the study was to determine the level of knowledge of the people of Gontang Raya RW 001 Makassar City on the use of health supplements to increase immunity during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of study is descriptive with online survey method, with cross sectional approach. This study was conducted in february – June 2021. The number of samples was 93 respondents who were selected by probability sampling. Data collection was carried out online by distributing questionnaires through the Google Form application on WhatsApp media.The results of the study found a total score of 58.63% respondents so it can be concluded that the level of knowledge of the people of Gontang Raya RW 001 Makassar city on the use of health supplements to increase immunity during the Covid-19 pandemic is still low.Keywords : Covid-19, supplements, immunity, Gontang Raya Sejak merebaknya pandemi Covid-19 kasus konfirmasi positif dan kasus kematian terus bertambah dari hari ke hari sehingga pemerintah dan WHO menghimbau seluruh masyarakat untuk meningkatkan imunitas tubuh agar terhindar dari infeksi Covid-19. Banyak hal yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan sistem imun, salah satunya mengonsumsi suplemen kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat Gontang Raya RW 001 Kota Makassar terhadap penggunaan suplemen kesehatan untuk meningkatkan imunitas selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survei online dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari – Juli 2021. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 responden yang dipilih secara secara probability sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara online dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui aplikasi Google Form pada Media Whatsapp. Hasil penelitian menemukan skor total responden 58,63% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat Gontang Raya RW 001 Kota Makassar terhadap penggunaan suplemen kesehatan untuk meningkatkan imunitas selama masa pandemi Covid-19 masih rendah.Kata kunci : Covid-19, Suplemen Kesehatan, Imunitas, Gontang Raya]]>
