Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang bagaimana guru menerapkan pembelajaran tematik mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penilaian dan juga hambatan-hambatan apa saja yang ditemui oleh guru kelas 3 SDN Gempol Sari Kecamatan Sepatan Timur Kabupaten Tangerang dalam menerapkan pembelajaran tematik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas 3 SDN Gempol Sari Kecamatan Sepatan Timur Kabupaten Tangerang. Jenis Penelitan ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian guru kelas 3. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam penerapan pembelajaran tematik guru masih menemukan hambatan perencanaan yaitu dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa dan kurangnya alat bantu mengajar juga menjadi faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik Kelas 3 SDN Gempol Sari Kabupaten Tangerang.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of a preliminary study conducted by researchers in the field showing that students' interest in reading is very lacking, especially regarding good reading comprehension, causing elementary school students who are at the concrete stage to need tools in the form of media that can clarify what will be conveyed by the teacher. This study uses a qualitative approach. The instruments used are student observations, reading skills, interviews and assignments. Based on the results of the study, several research findings were obtained through data collection tools such as observation, interviews, and documentation. In the research on Analysis of Using Letter Card Media in Improving Reading Ability for Grade 1 SD Negeri Cengkareng Barat 14 Pagi, the findings of this study will be analyzed for data including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been described, it can be concluded as follows. After the implementation of letter card media in learning to read the beginning of grade 1 SD Negeri Cengkareng Barat 14 Pagi there was an increase of 81.25%. Thus, the application of letter card media can improve the early reading ability of students in grade 1 SD Negeri Cengkareng Barat 14 Pagi in 2021/2022.

Abstract

Learning saturation is a person's psychological condition in the form of boredom and excessive fatigue, resulting in a lack of enthusiasm to carry out learning activities. If the student loses the spirit of learning and motivation in learning, the student will be saturated in learning. The large number of tasks at school makes students feel saturated and often ignores tasks. The focus of the research is to analyze teacher strategies in overcoming learning saturation during the online learning period. This study aims to find out what are the teacher's strategies in overcoming student learning saturation during the online learning period of class IV A. The method used is descriptive qualitative by using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data obtained using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on data analysis, teacher strategies were obtained in overcoming learning saturation during the pandemic by applying various methods, approaching parents and students such as home visit activities and evaluating each end of learning by providing motivations to students.

Abstract

Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) are becoming increasingly important in today's society as they drive innovation and shape the future of the global economy. However, there is a persistent gender gap in STEM education and careers, with women significantly underrepresented in these fields. This gender gap can be attributed to various factors, including societal stereotypes, a lack of role models, and inadequate support systems for girls and women interested in pursuing STEM careers. This study aims to understand why women tend to avoid STEM careers and how to encourage women to be more involved in STEM fields. This study uses qualitative methods with interview collection techniques. The results of the study show that there are several aspects for women to be involved in STEM (1) initial exposure to the STEM field, (2) providing positive role models for women, (3) creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment, and (4) working actively to eliminate gender bias and stereotypes. Encouraging girls and young women to pursue STEM fields is critical as it not only helps create a more diverse and inclusive workforce but also opens up opportunities for innovation and advancement. Studies have shown that exposing girls to STEM fields at an early age can significantly impact their interest and confidence. In addition, they have access to positive female role models. They are creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for girls in STEM fields. In conclusion, addressing the STEM gender gap and encouraging girls to pursue STEM careers is critical to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce, driving innovation and progress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan perhatian orang tua dengan kesiapan belajar siswa kelas V MI Al-Maghfiroh Kota Tangerang tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V MI Al-Maghfiroh Kota Tangerang tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Objek penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar, perhatian orang tua dan kesiapan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan expostfacto. Penelitian ini meneliti populasi yaitu seluruh siswa kelas V MI di MI Al-Maghfiroh Kota Tangerang yang terdiri dari siswa kelas VA dan VB MI Al-Maghfiroh Kota Tangerang yang berjumlah 66 siswa. Data diperoleh melalui daftar skala motivasi belajar, perhatian orang tua dan kesiapan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan statistik non parametris, dan merupakan penelitian populasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji hipotesis (korelasi product moment). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tingkat kesalahan 5%, besarnya korelasi antara motivasi belajar dan perhatian orang tua terhadap kesiapan belajar (rhitung) sebesar 0,565 dengan rtabel sebesar 0,239. Karena rhitung ? rtabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara motivasi belajar dan perhatian orang tua secara bersama-sama dengan kesiapan belajar siswa.

Abstract

Literasi sains dipandang sebagai multidimensional yang artinya bahwa literasi sains tidak sekedar hanya pemahaman terhadap pengetahuan sains, namun dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi dan mengaitkan pemahaman pengetahuan yang diperolehnya dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. SDN Tajur 2 Kota Tangerang merupakan salah satu sekolah yang menerapkan literasi sains. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan: (1) keterampilan literasi sains pada siswa kelas 5 SDN Tajur 2 Kota Tangerang, (2) upaya guru kelas agar siswa dapat menguasai keterampilan literasi sains dengan mudah dan baik. Penelitan ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif yang menggambarkan penelitian pada subjek yaitu siswa kelas 5 SDN Tajur 2 Kota Tangerang, dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penilitian kualitatif, dimana proses penelitian yang dilakukan secara wajar dan natural sesuai dengan kondisi objektif di lapangan tanpa adanya manipulasi
